Working!!! ETA on this project got cut in half...and is due on friday...So anyway I apologize for not putting up too much art. Work has been keeping me busy and my deadline for this webpage has been cut in half. Good news is next job Ill be heading a team of webdesigners (Since I am now managment of my division) and Ill be getting a good chunk of money.

Well I finally finished the big project for work now only smaller clients should be filtering in. As you can see thru good graces I have come across a graphics tablet...I thank the person that sent this to me and only hope he/she realizes how appreciative I am.

Anyway Ive been practicing with my tablet. Ive never used one before and its rather different then a reglar art pad and pencil. You dont feel the texture of the paper against the lead of the pencil...but you also dont have to worry about smudging when you erase. Anyway with this break from work I hope to practice tons and further develop my technique....

I thank for his picture that he drew of San my Winter wolf and a member of his pack in our roleplay. I felt it needed to be featured in my journal.

My roomate got me sick again cant breath and cant hardly swallow...I get
a fever off and on during the day. I just feel miserable and have no way of
feeling better. Im sticking to drinking hot liquids for now. Got a job. Im
excited. I get to work from home doing what I love. Art I help set up/make
webpages for a friends company. More to come on that

Ive been contemplating a lot of things...such as art trades and so on. So I will
leave the idea open if I have any grabbers .

1. from now on I NEED A REFERENCE OF YOUR CHARACTER. it is very difficult for me to draw you character or characters for you when i have no idea what they look like and your discription is very general. i can go with even the most basic picture of them as long as it includes the details you want in them. if someone pays me money i want them to be happy with what i give them.

2. please send me a note or an email including the word commission in it or something because it's really hard to tell junk email from normal ones if i don't already know your name.

3. please, be patient when you commission me. it takes some time for me to draw pictures for other people because i get nervous. sometimes it helps if you give me a description of what your character's like or a basic idea of what they do so i get an idea of what to draw them with, but still, i won't forget about you if you commission me, so please don't harass me about it.

4. please offer a price that you think will fit the picture that you are requesting. i know i'm not the best artist out there, but i'm still taking my time to create something for you. i'm usually very flexible with prices.

5. i am not familiar with paypal, but i do have an account. if you'd like to explain to me how to use it i will accept paypal payments.

6. please let me know what you want with your picture. i can do pencil sketch, ink drawing, digital coloring, and traditional color pencil. if you want any other media please let me know and i'll let you know what i can do about it.

7. I WILL NOT DRAW PORN/ YIFF/ SMUT please, please, please, keep this in mind if you want to request something.

8. when it comes to things you want me to draw i can do anthro, an anime-ish style (i guess if you really want it :/), animals, furries and so on.

9. understand that if you commission me, you character or characters will be in MY style. i will not draw in someone else's style for you (i.e. sonic, inuyasha, or some other Deviant)

And as a direct result of that you can see Im working more on art Yay. The griffon is by far my best peice and I just wanted to say thank you to a few people

First...Ryuujin He has been helping me with tidbits of advice and so on. A real help and a true friend. His stuff rocks and I can only hope to one day aspire to where he is right now.

The driving force for a lot of inspiration and the happiness in my life. Words cant even describe how greatly I am indebted to this man

and Two great friends who always give me endearing words of inspiration when its most needed. Much like a cat they are always there when you need them and even when you dont.

I just felt that I needed to let people know that if it werent for some motivating factors in my life *points up* I would produce utter crap. You guys are super great and it just keeps getting better as more and more friends help in ways that only they can.

Been trying to keep drawing everyday...Well I havent been feeling good and have neglected to do so...I feel lazy. I am no physically ill but...well...I have been getting migranes that make me feel ill. No excuse. So I am gonna hop on the bandwagon again and try to produce something heh...

For the past week I have produced some decent work. Spent hours on the Nightfire Family one...*points to her display image* So much work behind that one...I was nearly falling asleep by the time I finished it. I stayed up all night. That drawing was a request by a dear friend I have been roleplaying with from the very beginning. Its a depiction of his main character Dimitrius Nightfire and his wife, my main character, Sinneslust Nightfire.

The Female pantherling Sheevah was just a spur of the moment thing. I love how her body turned out and had thoughts on clothing her but I dont want to mess up the flow of the image by cluttering its simplicity and beauty up with clothing. The other has me slightly miffed. I think her head looks more like a bear. Other than that I am pleased with her as well.

I also took the time to color one of my original ink works...the Womans Profile...I didnt want to taint the original and so I edited the scanned copy in photoshop. I think subtle colors suit her *grins* well perhaps I will get another good drawing or two...if this inspiration keeps up.

Neverwinter Nights

Well Halloween passed with no trick or treaters. Also on Halloween Neverwinter Nights 2 came out. Gives me something to save my change for. My server is doing well and we planned a Masquerade ball very carnivale like. We have a good player base for a password protected invite only server and people love what they see. Once we get the bugs worked out we will put it up publically.

Now I am thinking I need some custom portraits Dungeons And Dragons style. Looking for help on that *hint hint* Hehe. I have some inspiration and using every ounce of this perk of artistic interest for as long as it will last.

I look at those who are so much younger than I and I try to compete in vain. I need to strive to be so much better than I am. I am my worst critic. I will look at something while I am drawing and get upset and try to fix it. This just makes it worse. No matter how much I try to fix it it is never perfect leaving me rather ticked and I loose said inspiration. With this newfound inspiration I am taking my time so this doesnt happen. I am so critical of myself that I will refuse to draw something I dont think I will be able to. And when I get upset at something it puts me in a block for quite some time.

Just came back from a wedding...the most silent one I have been too...My old step father married his deaf Fiancee. She is nice but what an experience. Makes you value the gift of hearing and speech.

I was tasked with making a Star Trek Next Generation tatoo..Hopefully it will turn out ok. Also had some inspiration altho I am still down on my abilities. I think I should be able to do so much more and I hold myself to such high expectations that when I dont fulfill them I get pissed at myself so much that I cant draw. That just sends me spiraling into an artisitic depression. :S

Well my birthday faired out better than I had thought. Happened a week after but people eventually remembered. For now I am working hard on my server. Making a webpage for it and custom graphics. I am mentoring under someone. Still have an illustration block altho PC graphics flow freely all the time from my fingers so to speak.

Still down about my abilities. In a real rut. I look and see all these kids producing stuff that I should be able to. Meh...Ill just continue and try to thrive and produce stuff..but not feeling too into it.

Well I am working on some graphics for my new layout. What I have made for it thus far is all rush stuff. I just wanted something up so it is up and is slightly pleasant to look at. More links and media and so on to come. Lemme know if you run into any problems.

Just slightly down. It seems that when I view others art that their progression is much faster than mine. It doesnt help that I have a "Block" I hope I get out of this rut and back to the drawing board.
