Anyway, Uni is going ok for me, bit bored of it though.
Mainly because I'm learning stuff I already know from College.

Today though the post, I got an Insectosaurus and The Missing Link Dynamic Duo set. It's awesome, Link is so tiny :D
Insecto can rawr and make stomping sounds it's cool!

Also I have a cold and I feel a little poorly at the moment, So I think I'l go to bed now, night all :sleep:

(character from MvA)

Now, alot of people, including myself, believed that Insecto was a Male, however after it transformed into a Butterfly, we get confused, well, I did anyway :D

I looked up on line about the character and looked at insects, insecto's designs and read insecto's part from the book,
'The art of Monsters vs aliens' and this book was put together by the movies artists and creators of the characters, including the creative directors, and it was here that I found the awnser i was looking for.

Insectosaurus is infact a Female!

They even say so in the book, i know i was surprised too :D
But if you looks at Insecto's different designs, espetialy after the transformation, you can see why.

Just though I'd mention...God, I'm bored.

It's got interesting extras on how the film was made and what gave them the idea to go all Imax on us. :D

The karaoke party extra was great! Espetialy Link and Dr Cockroach's duet of 'Born to be wild'

I never knew Link was so shy, awww :aww:
He quickly got into it though :)

It's absolutly amazing, the lecture areas are great and very comfortable to be in.

I totaly liked the Student Union though, It is HUGE!
Inside it has a bar, gym, a smimming pool, (yes a swimming pool)
plenty of sports clubs (including badminton, yay)and a games room. :dance:

The uni campus is surounded by beautiful nature, plus a huge park and sports feild.
The student flats were nice, but I'm not ready to move out yet, Infact, I've desided to live at home this year and get to know some people and make friends. after all that, it I feel I can do it, I'l live on campus...but boy is it gonna cost me! :D

I can't wait to start my Media Performance course, it's going to be so awesome!

plus comments from fellow gamers of the best game from years back, I posted one up saying,
"Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped! Brilliant, one of the best!" writen on a sonic the hedgehog cut out thing.

All the old consoles were there, the snez, (I played micro machines on that) super nintendo, N64, PS1, PS2, master system, megadrive, megadrive II, Atari, Comidore 64 even the old arcade machines! :D
They also had PC games and Xbox 360's.

There was a part of it where you could sit down and draw a picture of a video game cover you'd like to see. Of course, I couldent pass up this opportunity so I did what came naturaly.

I drew a pic of Amy Rose with her Piko Piko Hammer behind her back and I drew her name and a heart above her in a logo style like on the cover of a game.
then under her pic, I drew a little sonic team style symbol, only instead of Sonic's siluette, it was Amy's, and under that I wrote "Robotnik Approved" :D
followed by, "please give her a game" before pinning it up on the wall with the other pictures that others had drawn.

I had such a fun time there, I saw a whole lot of nostalga, plus I put my art work in there for them :aww:

I tried out a few of the rides, including a rollercoaster called,
The Grand National.

It's faster and steeper than it looks, I did not enjoy one bit, I was truly terrified by evey single down hill drop that we made, screaming louder than I have ever screamed before in my life!
I'm laughing at it now though :giggle:

I rode on the River Caves, Swamp Buggies, (witch are practicly impossible to steer) Go-Karts twice, Goast Train Twice, (it's really funny, espetial the skellitons riding the bikes) Alice in Wonderland and when round the arcades.

One ride really me scream because it was in a dark tube and going really, really fast. to be honest, I would of never ridden the thing if I'd known it was going to be super fast.

I also rode the longest slide in the world, the Master Blaster!
I'm not kidding, this was long, so long that it even takes you outside :D

I really hurt myself on this one though, at the very end there is this rather unexpected downward slope where the rapids really pick up an you go at super speed.
I literaly flew in the air and crash landed on my bottom really hard! I swear I'm not kidding, I did, I flew, I though I was going to die! But, I landed back on the slope, hard, mind you :D

The result, bandly pulled arm muscle, three dark bruses on my lower back and it's a bit swolen too.
Still, I had a fun day out...but I doubt I'l ever ride that Master Blaster again...for a while anyway :D

I've had a fantastic weekend away, the best birthday I've ever had!
I Saw Avenue Q last night to completly round off the day perfectly.
I bought a T-shirt from there that says. 'Avenue Q London' on it,
a set of badges with different lines from the show writen on and a huge keyring with the 'Q' on it.
I got lots of birthday cards and lots of money too and lots of chocolate :yay:
It's certently a time that I'l never forget :aww:
