I've decided to skip TAFE this semester and concentrate on getting my health right; everything else will fall into place!

School was stressful. I really want to continue in the diploma program for web development, but not being a math or logic whiz by nature, it is hard work. And I get stressed, wanting to be the best. No pressure here! lol. So I'm taking it down a notch, for my own good.

Plus, after seeing a picture of me at 20, I thought, shit, I used to feel great all the time. Age does stuff to a body! Doesn't help when bad habits get in the way but those things have been put aside slowly the last several years. And now, I'm going further. Have you tried yoga? It is challenging...but afterwards, my body and mind are so clear about how good it is to practice yoga.

My policy regarding coffee (I was addicted, friends), is now what I call the martini category. Like a good gin martini, its something I'm going to have as an occasional treat. Sugar and carb stuff is in there too. This is hard core, I know! But when one's priority is health, decisions are clear. Mind you, on Austraia Day I had a coffee and fancy choc. cupcake (with a sugar Sydney Opera House on top, whee!), and that was tasty and fun to consume. I was awake a good part of the night between the sugar and caffeine though, lol. Like I said - occasional treat.

Cheerfully, I feel that right choices have been made and I'm on my way to feeling a little of what that 20 year old felt. Fingers crossed.
