Bill Bailey was F*CKING AWESOME! I was in hysterics the whole damn time lol. SO was *Keepinschtum lmao. The man is a genius/.

Ok, here we go...

[Begin Recollection]

I get up for work at 5am, intending to catch the 6:10am bus there. Which will get me to work at 6:20. Which I don't fancy, as I don't start until 7am. So, I set the alarm for 6am, and get up about... quarter past...

Get to work, and have a reasonably good and wide awake day. Best day on record, as i'm up £1.96, so not much deviance on what should be in my till.

Schtum comes to get me from work at three thirty. I'm still cashing up, SO he has to wait until i'm finished. By 4pm, we're walking into town, where we head straight to the train station. Tip folks, buuy your beverages before the train station, they cost WAY TOO MUCH THERE. I mean, I work in a gas station and I KNOW our prices are too high. But theirs were higher. Asshats.

Anyways.

It was f*cking cold waiting for the train, but I had my coat. Schtum forgot his. HAHA! well the train was pretty packed, luckily we got to sit down in a corner, squished into some seats.

When we got there, we decided the McD*nalds (don't wish to be sued, thankies. They are OVER SENSITIVE about their... stuff. It's like D*sney.) is an appropriate solution to our empty stomah problem. But they don't sell the only thing I like from there, the Quarter Pounder. Slightly pissed, we get cheeseburgers instead. But now there's nowhere to sit. Because in their infinite wisdom, the M.E.N. Arena, has only put enough seats in the McD*nalds for about 20 people.

Yeah, cause only 20 people at a time are at ANY McD*nalds. F*ckwits.

Doors open at 6:30, we're at the front of our queue to get in. But because the lovely folks at Manchester as so paranoid, we're all bag-searched.

THEY MADE US THROW AWAY OUR F*CKING COKE FOR F*CK'S SAKE!!!!

They uhhh... missed two in my bag though, teehee! Me and my 'special' cokes were very happy after the show, waiting for the train back. But before that...

We walked in to find the Kraftwerk's Das Hokey Kokey playing... Bill covered it in Part Troll, it was hysterical.

When Bill came on, there was such a loud applause, w00ts, whistles, EVERYTHING!!! They were recording it too, and there's a particular part where both myself and Schtum may be in view. We shall see.

Here's a list of things I learned from the wise Mr Bailey on this trip:

-He ain't gonna be Asda's bitch. [link]
-James Blunt has officially been found to be more annoying than a papercut.
-Dark Matter is inside KitKats.
-The AA have abandonment issues. Not the Alcoholics one, the roadside breakdown one.
-Gong Jousting is fun!
-He cannot drive his trouser-press Segway (He couldn't get it to stop properly and ended up shoving one of the platforms with his Keyboards on sideways. As well as unintentionally going backwards a couple of times.)
-People leaving the arena for the potty are going to get ripped to shreds and put on the big screen for all to laugh at.

The whole thing was hysterical, and i'm so glad I went. I'm also glad I went with my love, it was our first gigs, and our first gig together, c'mon everybody, AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

Alrighty then. Well, we left in a somewhat euporic state, and waited for the train whilst drinking our 'special' cokes. You know, those ones with SOuthern COmfort in them. Oh yeah, those ones are nice. HAHAHAHA IN YOUR FACE MANCHESTER EVENING NEWS ARENAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Train home was boring, got in about 12:45, went to sleep, and got up this morning at 6am, tired and feeling bvery ill. I think i'm allergic to Manchester. Hm.

Well now, that was a long journal. Sorry folks, I know I witter on a bit. But I do procrastinate a lot to make up for it. Speaking of which, the to-do list is slowly being wittled down. CHeck out the star system at the bottom for how far things are done. BunnyVee, I promise I will have yours done soon, it's SO nearly done!

Other trades and such are in the works as well. I just need to work less, that's all. But then the lack of monies...
