A little about my classes;

BLM: Serious Mage, likes thunder element spells the best.

WHM: Probably the angriest hume whm ever. lol "walk it off!"

RDM: When not doing party stuff, is a compete goofball. ( subs war and vorpal blade spams mobs she probably should not be fighting alone, has tenancy to anger her tanks and DDs. out of love of course. )

NIN: Tanks till the death, with a trick up her sleeve (mijin)

MNK: Fights till pain or death. usually results in death.

DNC: Pretty Pretty :)

SAM: OwMyFace

Figured I'd make a little post while I wait for paint to dry.( right now i wan the impossible, like holy god dry faster so i can get more stuff finished!) Otakon is in a few days and as usual, I'm not finished my stuff! Looks like everything is going according to plan then! No matter how early I start something i'm always running around like a crazy person the few days before. All those little things that "will be easy" are never freaking easy! >_>;

I think I finally figured out the hood for AA EV. its an annoying method, but I guessed it kinda would be. I made my front and back body armor.. I should had made it awhile ago. but the thought of how I was going to make it made me procrastinate more. the rest of the armor is finished, thankfully. so other then the hood and a little more minor detailing it should be done by tomorrow night. I really hope so!

Prishe is pretty much done. There is some stuff I can't do without my sister wearing it so i might just simplify it a bit this time and fix it up before an official photo shoot for her.

Things are so crazy right now. I was so hoping I was going to have all this done in time so I could sit back this week and geek out and countdown the days till the convention. one day it'll work out that way ;-;

I haven't posted in quite some time. admittedly, I don't use my dev art that much for it really to be a big deal, so!

I've been working on my costumes very slowly. I have just about 2 months to finish all three.

AAEV is working out, i've been taking my time with it. I'm not so happy with all the painting i'm doing because it never seems to be done. lol I am still yet to sew -anything- i'm trying to finish all the little armor parts first and then move onto that. To be fair its a simple tunic, i'll probably be able to finish that in 2 hours max.

I'm also making Prishe for my sister. and if time permits after those two, I'll be finishing Ulmia to go with her Prishe. I'm definitely making it, I just don't know if I'll get it done in time for that event. I bought a beautiful small harp for my costume, I'm really excited to finish the rest of it. You'd think with my insomnia i'd have all this done twice over by now. oh well.

Adam is working on his Gurren Lagaan stuff, its looking amazing, however I don't like his costume mask staring at me when I go to make coffee.. Me screaming " HI MY NAME IS BRAK!" Every time i see it, probably doesn't help.. XD Adam: F'ing shit now i see brak, way to go missy. Now he can't unsee! We're going to be the blind leading the blind at this con. I'm going to be unwieldy and hes gonna be a clunky mecha. F'ING AWESOME!

I might post more pics after the shield is decorated, I've been lazy with getting it finished because of all the drawing on it that was needed first.

I also need to make a new DevArt ID. i keep meaning to, I still have not used my new tablet, so sad. I want to draw so much but can't sit down long enough to actually try. So many neat ideas. ; ; in time i hope!

Not dead. Things have been rough this last year but I am trying to get back into stuff I once enjoyed. : Drawing, Sewing, Designing, ect.

I've been out of touch with a lot of my friends, I miss you. :(

I submitted a few new things, though they are not hand-drawn and strictly digital onry. I still play alot of FFXI.. Slowly going for my Maat's cap. So yeah the game pretty much owns me. lol

I got a new tablet though! It's not the cintiq that I was hoping to get this year, but as with everyone else, things are tight right now so a cute little bamboo fun will do just fine till I can really get myself back and dedicated to drawing. God knows I need the practice. I miss creating things.


I submitted a decent amount of forum signatures i've made for linkshell members in the last few months. Some people are probably going " wtf, signatures?" I assure you each one took AT LEAST. 2 to 3 hours to make. So while they are small, they were time consuming. Its really the only art-like thing i've been doing lately besides some banners for the same cause -- and i'm kinda burnt out of them. I think i've made 30 of them so far. lol

So how is everyone doing? Anything interesting going on? I hope your all doing well!

Its been almost 10 years since I went somewhere to get my hair cut.

I've had pretty bad luck in the past, I finally built up enough courage to give it another try. I found a nice place where they were not scared of my mass amount of hair. I usually cut it myself and just wing it with a color, but lately Ive just been leaving it black. It is really the same style it always has been, but it just looks better now! I had it angled a bit and 3 inches or so taken off the bottom. I also got bright red streaks put in. I wanted blue and purple, but Adam took the color swatch book away from me. XD
