Let's see- I've known LYX for awhile now (in real life), and watched her art evolve as she went into art school. So yeah, two original characters and procrastination- I think that sums it up nicely.

There is a virus or worm or something that is passing itself around via dA comments/a malicious website. I got a comment from it this afternoon (I've since hidden the comment to keep others from rooting through it and making this rougher on people, but go with me on this). It hijacks the accounts of actual users - not totally, I wouldn't be here if that were the case- and uses their account to post a comment on someone else or a deviation with a link that says 'rofl this is relevant to your interests' which takes them to a site that just says 'Loading...' Turns out there are a ton of iFrames on that site that seem to plant the damn thing and send it from you to others.


SO, those of you here trying to figure out who I am and what is relevant to your interests from me, it's not me, apologies for any weirdness that may have caused.

Stay away from the link if you can, and if you do visit, run a good solid spyware cleaner, and probably clear your cache and such. I think it may send a comment for everytime you load the page, or it may be an ongoing thing. I'd rather not find out, either way.

I have about 6 Twilight Princess sketches that are all incomplete but I want to draw so many things for that game. (because Midna + Link = )

I've not drawn any JTHM/Squee/I Feel Sick fanart in awhile which kinda makes me sad

I finished reading Deathly Hollows and want to make fanart for that

I've a project in mind involving Earthbound that I'm working on

and ~artemis251 and I have just started playing through FFVI (we're about 6 hours in) and I already want to draw things for that game. ( i am reallllly enjoying the characters so far, Locke, Sabin and Terra being my faves at this point- and from a JTHM point of view, i was amused that there were both an "Edgar" and "Vargas" in FFVI XP)

and of course I'm working full time and have some original pieces laying around unfinished with more original pieces in my mind.

and on top of that I have real-life stuff that needs to get done.

I need like a week when I can just churn out all this stuff!!

I have a lot of works in progress right now and some things that I'm itching to get done.

however- with Otakon only a few weeks away- I must finish up my cosplays before i do other stuff (like watercolor a picture of a barn owl with a faery-- want to draw it sooo bad)

anyways- this year I'm going to do the following:
-Paula from Earthbound (with ~artemis251 being Ness)

-Zelda - Ocarina of Time outfit - need to make my tiara again as the one last year melted 'cause I didn't have waterproof clay and my sweat made it gross.

-Crazy chick in Guilty Gear who possesses Zappa- ~artemis251 is hopefully going to be zappa therefore I'm the demon thing possessing him. (I don't know if she haas a name or not- but I'm looking foreward to cutting up a dress!!)

so yeah- that's my cosplay list so far.

my other summer projects have kind of been sitting on the sidelines :/

and I won. WTF! In the last match (it went Bowling (15 people)-> Golf (8 people)-> Tennis (four people)-> Boxing (finals)). During boxing I fell down as the room had a bunch of wide stairs we were playing on and twisted my ankle and scratched my hip on a desk (no blood) and got up and continued to play- there was no way I was going to lose on an injury that wasn't even that bad!!

But I won, and one of my bestest friends, ~b-styles came in second.
