Today morning I was SMS-chatting with some friends of mine. I reached the work place at 9:35. A person saw the phone in my hands, asked me to have a look. The person held it and had a look at it: it is 1 year old, so many scratches, fell off my hands for so many times, and on the events screen: Messages (5).

45 minutes exactly passed by.It's 10:25, I received a message from a friend. I remember her first line: "You woke me up...." And Bang! The phone blacked out! A black screen of death appeared and then nothing. Nil. NADA!

Nothing... It was just turned off. I couldn't believe how powerful and quick the evil eye is.

*Sigh*

Few days ago I was thinking of backing off my phone data before migrating to BlackBerry.

I wanted to cry, it's scary. I just thanked God I recited the daily Azkaar this morning on my way to work.

So.. I was busy in the last few weeks looking for something that gets me busy. 7mdella, I did find a number of things, especially when everyone jumped in "the club".

I've read so many books that made me feel like a worm. I've watched lots of TV series/movies that my daily routine went upside down. I played wii until my hands screamed weee and I got monopolized in monopoly, ~well haven't got enough from that yet. However, dropping is not a side effect of shopping, thus this stays on the list. A side effect is getting bankrupt, and I am sure many of you have the experience.

Art & Business
Also, photography, portrait photography to be specific, is what got me really, really busy in the past few weeks. It's so much fun so much inspiration and highly profitable, if you know what I mean. My only advice is: don't, ever, accept late payments. You will earn null.

Firstly, Salam. Betty is back with a summer look this time. Dressed by me. She's wearing colored contact lenses, And by the way, she's going for a tan in few weeks, you'll have to see her!

Thanks to *Nicasus for the gorgeous CSS journal that have been modified by Mr 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7, that I later re-adjusted to suite my needs. Thanks to Photobucket(c) for hosting the beautiful Betty boop. AND last but not least thanks to Latutah(tm) for taking care of her and watching after our comfort in the last few weeks.

As for me, I am taking the chance to actually do some useful work instead of just planning for the summer break, online, and offline.

At this long absence of mine, I have been reading about some entertaining topics in clipmarks.com, watching lots of movies, writing whatever is writeable, making delicious icecreams shall I call them, MizzenDasz? Mizzi-Dairy? What ever they just taste good, they're home made! Oh and I couldn't stop missing every one here!

wandering around net's visual aisles, I found this cool website, it tracks the most used English words.

It's funny because in the middle of non-sense, a well thought words may appear together, you can see sentences like:

Seriously, I didn't want to post any other personality tests until =GhostInTheMachine sent me this one, it's Dr. Phil's personality test.. although I am no big fan of him or his show, I think it's a good test.. a really good one.

The difference between Dr Phil's test and the numbers test is that the former depends on the person's answers instead of just relying on a set of +ve irrational numbers ... I believe number-based tests are involved to Pythagorean theories, by Pythagoras & his followers: who believed that "all is number" .. "and thought that everything could be predicted and measured in rhythmic patterns or cycles." [link]

The results in the Numbers Test describes more than one aspect of one's personality, which makes it inaccurate and so many just get annoyed with its analysis.. unlike this one.. hopefully!

So, try out this test by Dr. Phil, it's an e-mail forwarded in (PPS) *PowerPoint-show* format. I am pasting all its contents as they are in the slides, just a matter of integrity.

Since the vacation has started, I had almost nothing to do.. I felt like doing more deviations, I had this motivation in doing works in new types like lineart & emotes..

Recently, someone called ~Etisalat added me to his/her watch list, weird thing.. Why this name ? *alarfaj's last journal entry popped in my head..

On the 4th of January, a couple of things happened around, it was one jinxed day in my gonna-be boring vacation.

I woke up at 9:55 ... first thing I did is opening the computer to connect to the net...

About ten times trying to connect & ten redials just to figure out what's the error that causes "no reply from remote computer" ~Error 731 I think.. Couldn't.

Therefore I called Etisalat *ISP in UAE*, I was in such a bad mood because of the error, and did want to have a phone fight, *yeah right*.. I called them, and when that guy replied, he told me the connection is cut I was like no, there's a problem with the line, what is it.. ? The guy didn't know how to explain the Line is cut part... apparently, I haven't woke-up mentally until that moment. No worries, because eventually, & when I got it, I had a moment of silence , stared at the TV & hung up..

...

On the TV, at that moment, Sama Dubai *tv channel* closed broadcasting & put on the Quraan.

I knew something went wrong in the UAE.. but what is it? INTERNET is cut, how can I know, *paralyzed curiosity* .. Afterwards, my brother came in, he told me the shocking news.. he told me about Maktoum Bin Rashid's death.. It was truely a shock, although I've never seen him, or anything.. He wasn't that old.. And have been seen recently in horse races & public events..

Allah yer7mah *may allah's mercy be upon his soul*.. In less than two years, we've lost two men, Zayed & Maktoum..

Maktoum was generous, and humble. He was indeed a quiet modest kind of ruler. He was always seen here & there with no bodyguards, if you smiled at him, he would smile back.. if you greeted, he would ask about you, & your family, even though you know that he doesn't know you.. His deeds were not for the media... and for sure can't be summed in one journal...

The day he died, I wanted to write something in that entry, but in a time like that, no one would have the words to write anything, I believe.

I even wanted to have the help of emoticons to describe my feelings at that time, none could characterize that real emotional feeling.. So I had to make my own!!

I made this emoticon, & believe me, emoticons is addiction; when you're done with the first emoticon, you'll start doing the next one, and the next one, until you drop.. Emoticons are joyful, & they do affect the mood!

What makes you laugh?

Many people around me laugh at silly things, while am like "what's so funny here?!"

I think it sounds stupid & boring to not laugh at things that other people laugh at.. But .. I cant pretend that am laughing

Only few are those who would bring the laughs outa my throat, these are my sister, my brother & my cousins. My closer friends can make me laugh too.

I hate laughing AT people, shamefully I admit that I do it *rarely, but it happens*.. I don't laugh at their faces or body shapes, no I would never do that.

If I laughed at someone, it's either the way he talks or it's the way he acts, coz I hate pretenders!

i.e. anyone trying to change his accent, or a filipino who's pretending to be a local human being is something that would make me LMAO! just Be Yourself!!

I believe, laughter and knowing the things that can make some one laugh are keys to some deeper aspects of one's personality .. like his Id & superego.

bugs bunny, he knows how to make me laugh, for me he's the king of sarcasm. Tom & jerry too, they would make me laugh stupidly!

honestly, & with all respect, George W. Bush makes me laugh! Specifically, the look in his eyes... Letterman has a good collection of GWB's funny clips when he gives speeches and such trying to look serious... Just look at his EYES! [link]

I didnt go to one of my classes

cuz the instructor is not taking attendance.

She's from eastern-asia, and she's kinda nice....

She always wears light

colors: white, pink, light-green & yellow.. Klean colors.

I don't know how to explain it!

_{I'm not sure of what's happened over here, in dA. I can't really tell who's right and who's not, and I cant either tell whether I can trust this place's administration any longer or not

Even though it sounds like jark's rights' were taken, we're still unaware of what is the real story.

Emotionally, I support jark for what he claims. At least he's done many things for the community; he came up with the idea of making

dA. He's the one who stepped the first step.

He could clearly and with no fear tell everyone what happened. He trusted us -the deviants- and did not fear the other side's "cans".

Conversely, spyed showed a good image of a leader who is convinced with his actions, not afraid of what may happen next as it appears. He has done it.

Regardless to what was spread all over the community, He simply, moved on.

Briefly, I can say they were both bold in their acts. Yet, both have done something wrong that led to all that...

What urged me to write this down is only to point out one thing. A thing that is much more important than a business-related conflict between people who doesnt really care about our rights!

Yes, I dont think they do.

If they ever did care about the deviants right they would have taken the responsibility of being TRUSTED very well. And trust is a big responsibility

Do exams really measure the realization and knowledge of the examined?

Spending hours and days studying a subject to get a good grade in the exam is a real waste of time, especially if the results were below whats expected!! Thank God Ive finished all my exams, and got the results I wanted for most of the subjects, and thats enough for me. The real relief that would help us getting over all this exhausting process is whats waiting for us after the exams, summer vacation!!

Its summer time!

In the summer time when the weather is fine I guess not!

I wonder how some people live the whole year without doing something which make us wish Having the long summer vacation, Ive never experienced that.. this sounds AWESOME having no duties!

Sometimes, or I may say all the time, whenever I have an exam, a final exam, the atmosphere gets really motivating to do some workI mean art-related work!

And because I dont want to get involved at this important time to any of this, I start doing simple art stuff like the ones you see here *notice the: dont want to get involved O_o * of course, this is supposed to be done during my break time, which lasts a bit longer than what I decided

In fact, this is my sleeping time, I was laying in my bed for one hour, I was so tired, and couldnt sleep that my eyes were like (O)_(O).. I couldnt sleep ! And I have a Final tomorrow

So, thats what I have to say for tonight, I hope you like my new journal 'LOOK & FEEL' No, its not the one I was talking about in the last journal post that one needs some extra work on, and some time.
