J'ai eu une excellente nouvelle dernièrement!
Ayant présenté un dossier d'inscription à l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris (ENSAD, pour les intimes, mais c'est plus pompeux comme ça), j'avais déjà été contente de le voir selectionné pour les épreuves d'admissibilité du mois dernier...Et bien une bonne chose en appellant une autre, je suis très heureuse de vous annoncer que j'ai passé cette épreuve avec succès!

Je vais donc passer les prochaines épreuves (d'admission, entrer à l'Ensad, c'est un vrai parcours du combattant!) la semaine prochaine!
Il s'agit d'une épreuve de créativité en trois heures et d'un oral de connaissance générales.

Bon, je ne poste pas ce journal pour me vanter, en fait, c'est plus pour des conseils, si jamais vous êtes à l'Ensad, si vous l'avez tenté, ou si vous connaissez quelqu'un qui l'ayrait fait, et bien je serais contente d'avoir des suggestions, de l'aide quoi...histoire de mieux gérer mon stress!

Loukyss took an afternoon to paint on my skin and took pictures of me then I worked on the pics with photoshop.

I even stopped going to the oekaki board I love!!!
I was having one of the crazyest month of my life.
I totally stopped drawing and playin with photoshop...I dunno what happened exactly. The lack of inspiration made me think about all the pics I had done until now. I looked at them...it made me feel so down!!! They are so plain. Exept for some pics like +Unfair+, +two sirens and a silver tear+, and a few others...I really don't feel proud. I mean, they are meaningless, pointless, totally un-original...I think I'm gonna clean my gallery.

But, the fact is that I finally understood what was the problem. I alway do the same mistake: I do a computer coloring. It's well done, but nothin can replace the hand and the pen. Starting from this, I did a few pics, just by myself, the computer where just used to scan them and to had some color filters... It's sketchy, but it looks like a new challenge for me.

So I started a serie. But before submitting it, I have to submit the old pics, and the other oekakis I have done last month.

The list of my Original Characters is growing bigger!
Lylia. A beautiful half elf woman. Sweet and smart. Kind of sexy.
(the most important): Dolly. Looking at her is looking at me. She is me. I'm her. She means a lot to me.
Cool Guy (also known as Him): I still don't have a name for him. Poor guy. He his cool. He didn't have a real hair style until now...In my last pics he has a longue pony tail. ^____^
Lola: sexy and tall, she was born this summer. I love her short blue hair and her red eyes!!

Sorry!

In fact, I was...training hard. I decided that my line art was crappy, and that there was a good way to work on it: oekaki boards.
Let me explain why:
I don't have a tablet and I work with photoshop. So I have to do the lineart with my dear, my beloved...MOUSE! And, beleive it...It's FUCKING hard! I have to color with this mouse...I have to do backgrounds with it...and I have to do the shading with it too! And I think my shading is not good...at all.
Oekakis have good points...They are sort of...simplified photoshops. And doing everything with the mouse makes me work better...I dunno why. Maybe because I really focus on my lines? Look, on oeakis, I do the sketches, the lineart, the coloring, the shading and the background, etc...with the mouse! And I will keep doing it until some people tell me I can go to the "senpaï's board" (for the advanced users...)
So...prepare to see all my oekakis until now. (there are a few good ones, but I still need to work).

But, for those who don't like oekakis at all, don't worry, I'll soon take my pen and my piece of paper. But I have a lack of inspiration right now...In a way, looking a blank paper makes me...weird, and I can't draw...But, in front of a scree, I can draw during 2h...I don't understand it myself!

Most of my oekakis are done with a program named "Shi-Painter"...wich is a little more advanced than Paint BBS...Personally, I prefer Shi...It gives more possiblities.

So I just saw this movie. I won't lie. I did not understand the most of it. Yet, I immediatly felt totally init! There is something in the atmosphere, in the dialogs, in the actors's parts, in the music,...there is something "magic" in this movie. So I was alone on the couch, in the dark, with a warm blanket and the cat on me, totally hypnotized by this film. I dunno if it was my mood, or something in the air...

The last word:"Silencio" falls, and then the back screen comes. I'm thinking:"What the fuck did I just saw?!". Not at all disappointed. Just curious. Thank Gawd: There are the Keys of this movie just after it! So I decide to watch it...And now, I m proud to say: I get it! Not totally...but I think I get the most of it...The story, to begin, what is real and what is not, to continue, who's who....to end it.

So, if you wanna travel in a parallel universe ruled by beauty and mystery, you shall watch this movie. So I drawed and drawed and played a lil with photoshop, and had fun and re discovered the bliss of working on a piece. Cos it's a real pleasure for me. Doing all this "Dolly" stuff, and others, art trading, thinking of something nice to do...wow! I love it! I know I m not really talented compared to a whole lot of others artists who draw anime, and do digital art, but I hope they know this blissful sensation of drawing, I hope they all have this heaven-like feeling of "speaking" with a pen and a piece of paper. I hope they ALL enjoy what they do. it's important.

And I find an important side of my search for my innerself during those days while I didn't draw...I finally understood how much I need it. I need to draw. If I don't draw, I lose the will to do anything else. Drawing helps me.

THERE IS A GREAT NEWCOMER IN DA!!! Cyndirella! She is my BEST BEST friend! Please go visit her gallery, right now there is just one deviation in her gallery, but well...It is an awesome first entry. I shall talk about her work, because, lucky me, I m one of the first person who saw her work. The words I could use talking of her work are clearly opposed, there is one aspect of her pic who are the reflect of her tenderness, something sweet and soft she mixes with violence, anger and anarchy. Her ideas are always turning around this duallity and that's what makes it interesting...

"Yum Yum" is about two girls (Lana and Keera) and a guy (Mike) who have serious problems with their computer... It 's supposed to be humorous. But I have doubts...

Anyway...Lana and Keera were originally born during a journey (to the USA ) my bro () helped me at the beginning, for the script. It really started great...but then...I decided to stop it because it bored me to ink it all and the drawings were crappy and the story not so good...I really cannot say more about the story, because it will reveal some aspects of "Yum Yum"...
Well, I found this old comic while I was searching something in my messy room! It gave me some cool ideas, a new start, a new story, less complicated, drawed better and...funnier! .

The whole design of the characters even changed...exept for Keera (who was supposed to be Lana at the beginning, but I exchange them... *headache*). Even their personnalities. Let me explain: Lana (the ex-Keera) was shy, intelligent, guys oriented and novelist (or smthg like that). Keera (the ex-Lana) was totally mad, pervert and beer oriented...Now, both of them are mad and not really intelligent,...Keera still is beer-oriented ans Lana still keeps her romantic side. They are HUGE fans of Fruits Basket, and Lana's ideal is Kyo .

I will post asap the old design of them to have a good laugh ^_^!

Mike, the new comer ^_^ I like him. He has nothing particular, although i tried to make him look bishounen, I m afraid it didn't work as good as I expected it... It still works anyway. He is not ugly...not handsome either...let's say he is normal and it's perfect like that. He LOVES computer and is a real genius of data processing!! He is a quite superior being type but hey...nobody's perfect!

Why did I called it "Yum Yum"?? LOL well, my bro certainly knows it...Let's say it is a private joke

Things are turning okay!

Someone stoled my my racket of badmington today. I don't understand, I am in a school of people rich enough to buy their own rackets! I think we live in a mad world.

Searching for an invisible god rising endlessly in the freezing cold despite the mass of the souls evolving in the glowing snow, I tried to forget that I was nothing but a simple shadow in the inmensity of this wedding dress the Earth had decided to wear. While I was cleaning my room, I find some old pictures I did while I was a child…I was surprised to see Dolly in almost every old pics I had done! Same hair cut, same sad eyes…I was odd, really. Then I saw this pic I named “she was turning in my head”, once again, the image was totally right with what I felt: She IS turning in my head! I am not mad, I’m just saying that for the first time in my life I found my missing part. I know it is hard to believe but I know it is true. Dolly and I are the same. And Lylia…is nothing for me.

Who is Dolly?
She is the dark side of my personality, sometimes I even want to say that she IS my REAL personality. Let me explain: when I am with my friends, I m always under the impression that I m playing a part. The part of the nice, kind, smiling and kind of superficial Ana. Just like I was wearing a mask. And there is Dolly. Those sad eyes…this lonely person, living in a dream, feeling the presence of her beloved without even knowing how he looks like. And this nostalgia.

Why “Dolly”?
Because…because she IS a doll. Everybody plays with her in a symbolic way. She is a puppet. And she wants to be free. Just like me.

Dolly’s End…
I wrote a text. A sort of letter that Dolly could have wrote for me. I am changing. I wanna go far from Dolly because, even if She and I are like sisters, she is “killing” me. I know how mad it can seems to be.

A guy i know well in DA is leaving the community, I understand his choice, but this is still sad...All I hope is that he won't forget me...I m always afraid of that...That people I used to love don't remember me. Does it means that evey conversations we had together didn't make no sense? All I want is to not loose everything we had in common, all the moments we shared together...This amazing how someone you met on the net can take so much importance for you...I think he appeard at a moment when i was in need for someone to whom i could say everything. I m under the impression that all I do is creating problems around me, whatever I do, wathever I say...So, what shall I do? stop breathing, stop speaking, stop helping friends in need... Yeah, i should shut up, and watch everything around me. I m going to let the other live their lives without doing a thing, even if my best friend wants to date a boy ugly, weirdo and stupid...I won't say a thing...^_^

Now...how to stop being alone...
