I am pretty sure only 5 people have even looked at this page ever. Well I moved to Oakland because I liked it so much, and its not as scary as everyone in the suburbs make it out to be. It is different, but much more fun, inspiring and closer to everything that is an adventure. I also have acquired a full set of dark room equipment sans chemicals, so I am going 90% film, studying the zone system, and will tweak digital prints to a less contrasty, or better printing(if this is possible). Right on!

So I shouldn't have had as good as a time as I did hanging out with my dad but I had a super tight road trip. We basically when up highway one past san francisco as far as the edge of Mendocino county, but mainly around Fort Ross. I went to about 6 different beaches, muir woods, and a ton of other sweet places. It was also a great excuse to take some shots so hopefully its not annoying when I post a million deviations.

so basically I was adjusting the ol monitor when I realized how low the brightness was... I always wondered how my pictures kept coming out super dark. I look at it now and the greys in some pictures are kinda weird. Woooops

I used to have a Panasonic DMC-LC50 and it was kinda weak. Most of the older pictures are that except for the one and only printed one....

Now i got a sony cybershot DSC-H2 and I don't like this one either. Got it 6 months ago for the b-day and only recently have I reluctantly been fulfilling the photo-itch. Its not the best camera, and it makes me sad. I am doing what I can with it though!!!
