I've been livestreaming a lot lately, and when I do them i'll update both My dA Journal page and my twitter. Seeing as how most of the pictures i'm doing is from the Scott Pilgrim Comic series, I'm not sure if they will ever be posted here on dA, but they are always on my TwitPic account so either follow me, or just watch out for them from time to time.

It's actually been months since I've updated my journal. I've been on pretty well everyday but didn't come to my mind that I should update.

I've been keeping in constant contact with the guys from ForTaxReasons on twitter.

School is going well considering I have another month before I go back home for 3 weeks.

I've also been doing some more story ideas, and have my characters on posters now, I feel like I made it big although I didn't do anything to really deserve them.

I've got bad news, my computer has officially been stricken down. From the looks of it my harddrive is dead.

So what does this mean for you? Well for anyone that was waiting on commisions, I'm sorry but my files are unretrieveable right now, I need to send it back to Dell and that could take awhile. Hopefully when I get a new harddrive (if thats what they choose to fix, seeing as how I'm very sure thats what's been going wrong) I might be able to recover some files, if not, then all my personal files are gone, all commisions, all comic characters and development of them, all my games and all of my hardwork is gone.

I'm finally back from my week long trip to St. John's. Needless to say I bought alot of crap but first things first, I'll just talk about a few places I went.

First place I went was Signal Hill, a very beautiful spot that shows the entire city. I was in the oldest city in North America, the oldest street in North America and on the most eastern point in North America (Cape Spear).  Tomorrow's my last day for my job placement and also my last day of college for the year, will be back in early janurary for registration. I think I did a fairly good job at my placement, we had a big youth event tonight, there was food, karaoke, curling, and pool. I tried curling with a friend but I ripped my pants down my inner thoigh, the weirdest place to get it I know, but that was easily fixable with a well placed hoody, I guess it looked kinda grungy, I was wearing a hoodie around my waist, a leather jacket, and rips in my pants, yea thats grunge.

Anyway Today I had gotten in a new comic from eBay, yea it's Batman: Arkham Asylum; A Serious House on Serious Earth, and yea it's the original 1989 copy of it, not the 15th anniversary reprint, so I'm happy about that, the only thing that could make it better would have it signed by Grant Morrison and Dave McKean themselves.

I'm thinking about doing another one of my free subscription christmas gifts again like I did last year, and yes there will be 2 people i'll pick again this year, I have one in mind and it may or may not be someone I picked last year.

I've been going through saome really weird stuff recently, would rather not talk about it, atleast not here. It has to do mostly with friends and family mostly, I'll leave it at that for now.

I've done well for my exams, 90% on Leadership Skills, not too shabby. Talking about school I have to get 2 reports done by friday at the latest, so I'm really trying to crack at that right now. And I'm attending a conference tomorrow and already did today.

Had a good birthday, it was fun, got a few things, got a Sumi mascot plush (1 of 3 mascots for the 2010 olympics), got "Ghostbusters: The Video Game" for the Wii, and it's very fun, it's graphics are more cartoony then the other versions but when you actually get into gameplay and storywise, you hardly even think about it. Since we are on the topic of games, i'm preordering a PS3 Bundle and also getting Batman: Arkham Asylum.

I knew that for atleast 2 years now. Anyways I ca't wait to be able to see the first 2 Evangelion series remake movies, I really wanna wait until it actually gets a DVD release for Region 1 before i even try looking online for it but temptation might over power me. I have just finished my work term, got 2 more days of 'classes' to do before summer officailly starts for me. Which means I have 1 more year of college and 2 more years of university left. Hurray.

I've had my interview with the town and got the job again, which means I have one more year that I am able to do that, so next year will hopefully be a good one.

Had my first first week of work-placement, not bad, really wasn't sure how it was going to go but still waiting for the time thats over and I can go work with the town again, atleast i'll get paid to do some work.

Just to let you know I start my work placement on tuesday and won't be finished till June 12th, then i have 2 days to do a suicide prevention course for the 17th and 18th. I seriously need to send in my resume to the town office again this coming week so i'll be able to get my spot in there.

I have recently got Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop, and interestingly enough it is pretty good. The reason for people giving it such low reviews is because they are trying to compare the Wii to the 360, without considering that it's a good game on it's own.

Serisously though it's just something really annoying and not all that bad, it's a visual error on the Vista's Computer Folder! In fact here it is:

Yup thats my folder and you can see the blue bar in the description portion of the folder. Yea there is supposed to be another one directly underneath the HardDisks.
If anyone knows how to fix this craziness then that would be great! ]]>
