President - In the event that the owner[s] and the Admins are unavailable to meet their duties, the President will step in.

Vice President - In the event that the owner [=Aquanius & =virgino0owhore] and the President are unavailable to meet their duties, the V.P. will step in.

Contest Manager - The contest manager is incharge of making sure the current and upcoming contests go smoothly. They will clearly state rules, find a reward for at least first place, find donations for said reward [if need be] and see that the group is aware of the guidlines and end date.

Collaboration Cordinator - This person will see out any collaborations. There will be an anual collaboration. There may be some inbetween that this person will be incharge of.

Tutorial Editor - This person will be incharge of the tutorials and making sure any tutorials submited are user friendly. They will also see that a tutorial is submited at least every other month to ensure that we are giving back to the group.

Recruit team - This will consist of a group of people who will serve as scouts for multiTALENT. Using the activities we have going on at any given time will help them in knowing where to go to recruit people. Referal rules will still apply, and they will be able to participate, however, they will also be expected to refer at least 5 people a month. If you see someone asking "how do I join?" on the user page, it's your job to let them know. You must be friendly and understand what makes someone multiTALENT material.

Web Team - Some web/photoshop/psp knowledge is required. If you don't understand one of the three, you may not be able to be apart of this team at this time. As the site develops we'll change this discription to meet our needs. Currently we need people willing to help maintain the site on a regular basis.

Birthday Commitee - Being on the birthday commitee means you keep track of all member birthdays, and arrange a special something for them on their birthdays. A Commitee chairman will need to be established.

More jobs, and current jobs are up for discussion and editing. I don't want one person to have too much of a job. This is suppose to be enjoyable. Also take into account that you only get out of it what you put in.

multiTALENT yearbook! - We're going to be starting a yearbook. Please submit a photo or representation of yourself, as well as 1-3 pictures of you having fun. If you'd like to submit a written piece to be put in the yearbook please send that was well. All submissions should be noted to the group with "Yearbook" as the title. If you wish to help put the year book together, not me with "Yearbook Staff" in the title. All submissions should be turned in no later than December 1st of each year.

Collaborations - Below are some ideas for collaborations. To get in on this collaboration note the group with the header "Collaboration - Name of Collab"

- Pixel town - In this collab, you create your home in a pixel form, as well as one of your favorite stores/resturants/musems/etc. I will compile the pieces for now, unless someone volunteers. [chipped@gmail.com]. [Project ongoing]

- Banner Ad - In this collab, you have to converse with an "advertising team" to come up with a banner ad to promote multiTALENT. You must vote on someone to put all the pieces together. Depending upon the end date set by the group for this project, =Aquanius may be able to purchase the ad space on DA.
