Finished midterms and the National Latin Exam...get my report card on Thursday and then fourth quarter starts on Monday! Oh and tomorrow I get out at 11 and then I have a three day weekend, and now there's only 8 weeks and 4 days left of school :D As if things weren't good enough for me right now the snow is almost completely gone and it's getting back up in the 50s and 60s outside! I'm so excited for summer to finally get here...Now that it's sunnier I've been in a much better mood lately and even my endoscopy wasn't so bad ^^ and they gave me a teddy bear... A 19 year-old male named Robert A. Hawkins shot 14 people in the store of Von Maur. Killing nine people, and injuring 5, two critical. He was said to run around the mall shooting at random and after going back into Von Maur, shot himself.

People came running out of some doors, knowing what had happened. Most of them were shaken.

In stores people were put on lockdown having no idea what was happening. Police arrived with in six minutes of the first call. Later, people in stores were led out to safety.

So tomorrow is homecoming, and I have been planning for several weeks with my cousin. Me, her, and about 16 other people were going to go together. But today I found out I got taken off the list along with a few other people. No reasons, just my cousin came up "So you're not coming with us now". WTF. Now I have nothing to do for homecoming. My first homecoming and I can't go >:[

EDIT: So my cousin IMs me and tells me it was fine if I went with her, so I felt better...Then I get done up and stuff, I'm kinda excited again, and I go to the restaurant. I was about to sit at the table and they're all like "Ummm...yeah. You can't be here...your were uninvited." So now I'm at home again wishing I didn't even bother. :(
