Hi everyone! By the way THANK YOU so much for the DD!! I was kind of shocked LOL. (and I'm sure will be also)..uhhhh yeah. So I have about 18 prints left of the hiragana/katakana posters (11x17 in inches) and that's total not each. They sell for 12 bucks each and shipping varies depending on where you live. I will take orders but FIRST, I need some advice on how to package posters. I'm not sure what kind of material to put them in, so if someone could tell me, I can start taking orders. Holy crap, I really haven't updated in FOREVER. ...and now I'm in college. LOL....wow, I didn't even update on Otakon to tell you all how it went. I met a ton of people, and it was great. Sales were great, the experience was great, blahb lahblabhlabh, yeah lol; I'll make a list of people I met someday...

Um, college has been kicking my ass. I don't even have that many credits yet it still kicks my ass hard. ...SO LIKE HOW ARE YOU ALL!?!?!?! I'M NOT WORKING ON ANY CGS..MY KINGDOM HEARTS 2ND PIC IS A FAILURE, ALL MY ART IS COMPRISED OF DOODLES, MY SKILL IS DETERIORATING OH NOESS.... ... ...yeah normally I'd have pictures to update, but I'm too lazy to put them here now. Woo Otakon finally is approaching (July 20-22) and and I are rushing like mad dogs to finish up our preparations LOL. I still have so much to do OTL....but it's going to be great.

Starry will be over at my house for quite awhile so I will have a mini hiatus from the computer for awhile, no biggie ;D (it's not like I update her often anyway). SOOOO....

It's been so long since I've updated...I'm sorry I've been HELLA BUSYYYY... OTL.

okay...secondly, I want thank ALL of you for the tremendous support I received for Henh's passing and all...it was so heart-warming and amazing. It touches me to know that you all have the time to at least just comment and tell me how you felt about the whole thing. I'm still getting over it, but in terms of my state, I'm back to normal fortunately. I still have tons of make-up work from school to do though....I just want to graduate

So last weekend...it was crazy XD we went up to Cornell on thurs. picked up brothers and all and helped move, all day, (I was so sore OTL) their stuff to their apartments that they'll be moving into. The next day we traveled all the way back to Richmond, VA for my state piano competition (Bland Memorial), omg it was INSANE. THE COMPETITION WAS CRAZY LOL. I was so impressed with all of the contestants...vocal and instrumental. I ended up not placing at all (thye only place 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) but I walked away with a big check (lol im not saying how much). Let's see....two days ago we had the senior dinner for my morning school and I performed again (piano). LOL they gave me a standing ovation for a long lonnnng time...I WAS SO EMBARRASED LOL I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO ACCEPT IT LOL, I kinda walked awkwardly back to my table and sat down...but they kept standing up, so i kinda got up but not LOL..it was hilarious. So embarrasing OTL.

My good friend was one of the victims in the incident, Henh Ly. Rest in peace, we will all miss him very much.

I'm in shock. I don't want to believe it.

EDIT: Henh was one of the few great friends of mine, always caring about everyone. He was so kind and caring, never hurting everyone. I remember last year he graduated and his speech was about his trials and tribulations of coming to America and integrating into the schools. I remember the laughs we shared and the times he would comfort me amidst the kids that cared less. He was shot and killed in Norris Hall, the engineering building. I can't believe it, I'm in shock still. Please everyone, pray for his family, if you don't believe, then just hope and send your condolences to his family. They are going through hard times. I'm in pain too; this has come as something I would never think about. Just the other day, he was IMing me and asking me how I was doing and all...and now he's gone. I just can't imagine this.

I don't like to talk about my own experiences of grief because it sounds greedy, but it finally hit me today -- his death. I had been watching the news all afternoon and evening long, and I finally saw his face and name on the list and just broke down. It has been tough for everyone who knew him close and had the privelage of being his friend. Henh was an extraordinary person. His death is something that I still cannot fathom. Even though you all do not know him, I thank you so much for your concern for all the VT victims, your support, and comments -- they mean a lot to me and I'm sure they mean a lot to everyone else who is affected by this tragedy. Thank you so much; I have read all of comments, and I appreciate them all. Thank you.



Update:

It has been two days since, and today I went back to school (full school at least), and it was hard at first. At then end though, I met a lot of the classmates that came home for Henh (the graduating class of last year who were in my class with Henh). We were interviewed (they were with some news stations) with the chinese press, and we were able to just put in words what kind of wonderful person Henh was. It was relieving and great. Afterwards, I went to dinner with them, and we reminisced and talked, laughed and cried (a little; we cried too much before ). It was so bittersweet though and I won't forget these moments ever. Henh's mother (if you read) was in the hospital last night and before due to so much shock and of fainting...but she's now out of the hospital and is doing much better. It's still so hard to cope with this knowing how close he was to me as a great friend and to all others also. I am grateful for all of the support and love that people have sent out and to Henh's family. His memorial service will be held at the auditorium in our school on Sunday. Thank you so much for your kind comments and concern. Every single one of them has been read and you guys are just...wonderful. Thank you so much.

I had my district piano competition today. I placed first so I'm going onto the state competition.

I decided I'm going to Cornell University for college. Which is bummer for the fact that the student orientation date coincides with AE. So I can't attend Anime Evolution. MAAAAAAAAAAN I haven't updated in ages.... so uhhh stuff that has been going on lately.

I just finished a piano contest, in which I'll be going onto the next stage xD.... yaay and uh -- the city science fair is on wednesday so wish me goodluck in that too XD. Hmmmmmmmmm, btw, for people wondering where went, he's around -- it's just that he has no access to a computer for awhile SO BE PATIENT 8D...


Also..there has been some impersonators going around in the Tales paintchat and on MSN...on the paintchat someone impersonated juby and nainsoo....then lanz0rs (*joodlez=na-insoo and *xKimikox ...and spammed the board with our DA URLs...it was quite annoying. Also, on MSN someone has been impersonating with almost the same e-mail....and goes around and says stuff like "jubyxchrisxshilin" and "go fuk urself" and stuff like that....wow people are really immature uhhh -- .... so I hope that gets resolved sooner or later.

Uhh school has been hell as always: not fun and a lot of work. Blah..I'm going to graduate after semester is over so I'm excited about that...though I might do a piano performance instead of a valedictorian speech, which I need the consent of the principal. Things will work out eventually....phew

All of a sudden, my keyboard goes crazy, starts typing in gibberish (such as repeating asdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdf or lllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll and I can't type anything or it distorts it)...furthermore, my volume control self-mutes and a bunch of windows start opening like search and network connections etc. so of course I freaked out to death....so I unplugged my keyboard, and all of the typing crap stopped...but my volume would keep self-muting...immedietely (with the suggestion and scorning of shilin), I locked the internet and proceeded to virus scan...I got to about 1 hour and 40 min into it but I had to go to bed... (by that time I had about 5 viruses found but that didn't pertain to my problem). In the meantime while I am not virus-scanning, can anyone diagnose my problem? I really doubt it's the keyboard. ANY HELP PLZZZZZZZZZ AHHHH!! *panics and cries* I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

Well anyway....yesterday, there was a sodium sulphite truck spill near our neighborhood, and everyone was ordered to evacuate....so we ended up staying in a cheap motel XD haha...it was kinda interesting because I've never stayed in a motel/hotel in my own hometown. Well...aside from that, when we left our house, there was a strong, putrid odor outside and it was kinda painful. It ended up giving us all sore throats and my mom and I both experienced burning feelings on our faces D:....

interesting experience though 8D

Anyway, I'm going to Ithaca, NY tomorrow (going out of the house again lol) to pick up one of my brothers, so I'll be gone for like 2 days? I dunno haha XD;;

There were tons of games ranging from old classics to the present day videogames...(including DDR ;D) and there were A LOT of people. It was a bit overwhelming, but it was still incredibly fun.

Uhhh...it was really hard to get a spot to play a game....so I started out with some imported games that no one knew how to play lol...then I moved onto SSBM (super smash bros. melee).....I was kinda shocked though cause I expected people to be CRAAAZY good. I ended up winning A LOT.....and I entered the tournament the next day and went really far (I died by accident D:..I was edge hawking and i accedently fell LOL OTL)...but Marth is my best XD

So..that shocked me cause i didn't think i was good XD;; ..um so after that tourney, i went onto Soul calibur II..(i don't like III too much). Wow....I was shocked again. XD....I beat A LOT OF people...of course I died a few times, but I kept winning a lot XD;; It was really fun, and I had a great time overall.

I kinda felt bad for my friend though cause he was into the Xbox games and no one would let him use their controllers even if they weren't using them *smacks them all...and there were some really immature people. Some had really bad sportsmanship....like, i'd be winning in SSBM and they would start falling off to quit. Also, in SCII, I'd win for example and they'd be like "FUCK THIS SHIT" or "FUCK" or "SHIT"...but it was still fun. Whenever I died, I'd just laugh it off...afterall it's just a game. BUT YEAAAHHH FUNNNNNNNN.....I WANNA GO BACK NEXT TIME (but not tomorrow...I thikn i've had enough ; XD)

That referee better watch himself considering he allowed the most ridiculous goal in when it was CLEARLY offsides and didn't allow a penalty kick for Korea when Switzerland had the most CLEAR hand ball.....

I'm utterly disgusted with that referee and Korea clearly deserved better.
