Floods, allnighters and kiriban

First of all, this is a rant.

Now.... last night a giant storm went by my house. Gigantic!!!!! It started at about 10:30 last night and rained about non-stop with pretty lights and big booms till about 3:30 this morning. How do I know? Cause I was awake the whole time. I like thunder storms and all but only during the day. At night, they keep me awake and sometimes just freak me out. Specially when there are power outages cause I sleep in the basement and on the other sidde there's an obnoxious alarm that goes off when the power comes back on. Having had a few before midnight, I decided to wait out the storm. At 4:30 I decided the storm wasn't going to start again so I went down to my room. What do I find????

Water about 2 inches high!!!!!!!!! There was only 1 dry spot too. The size of my foot. Everywhere else was about as deep as my foot. The ground wasn't even even anymore! You could have tossed a rubber ducky just about anywhere in the basement and it would have floated!!!!!! So I woke up my dad and we started bailing till about 8 when I decided after 24 hours of no sleep, it was time to just faint. Didn't last long though cause I woke up at 11:30.

To this time we've filled at least 7 giant bins about 4 times each and when you step in it, it doesn't feel like any difference has been made.

So to all my friends in the Ottawa/Gatineau region, check your basements cause it could be flooded too. Damn I need sleep. Or chocolate. And tea. So I can either be awake or asleep, not in-between.

Oh yeah and my next kiriban is gonna be 2000.

now normally i love soccer. i play on teams all the time as a goalie and normally nothing can make me sick of it. but this does. so i give up my position as goalie to the defence girl and decide to chace the ball a bit to let off some steam when i accidentally trip one of the guys (no really it was an accident, the guy is kinda a friend) and he hits me really hard on the side of the shin. then you gotta do the "it hurts like hell but i'll laugh it off cause i'm tough" thing until you can't stand it and collapse in front of the net. then mr. "i gotta win" comes along and takes over then starts yelling at me to move after i tell him i can't stand. so i sit there for 3 minutes, during which i save more goals than him by just being in the way cause even though he thinks he's so good he sucks at being a goalie while yelling at me to move instead of helping me up, until one of my friends finally notices i'm sitting there because of injury and helps me to the bleachers. so lame!!!!

now the funny thing is, mr "all i care about is winning" is no jock. he's a total nerd in denial who can turn an ordinary sentence into a debate or and oral presentation. i'm not saying that as an insult though but this is; he acts like a freaking grade school bully!!!!!!!! dude is so annoying >.<###

ok.. first of all, someone or something keeps STEALING MY SMARTIES!!!!!!! i openned a new bag yesterday, ate some and put em back where i found them. after dinner i go look for them and they've dissappeared!!!! this also happened like 2 weeks ago. personally i think it's the mice in the walls >.>

on a different note, after sleeping 10 and a half hours, i woke up from a very freaky dream and still felt tired all day. mind you, in my dream, i was walking around in my pj's when my mom yelled at me, telling me she was bringing me to school in a few minutes. i then found myself watching tv where inuyasha was fighting a giant saimyoshou that had naraku's head!!!!! then something and kagome was looking through a hole in a wall with two little boys in white on her shoulders. i think they talked and then sango was sleeping in miroku's arms. at one point she sat up and i waved a bouquet of white flowers in her face. at that point i woke up.

later that day in biology, we disected sheep eyeballs. it was pretty funny watching all the preps back away in disgust when i told them it might squirt when you cut it in half. XD lol.

currently i'm drawing a pic about something that happened to my sis today. it mainly consists of her friend, marrying my cat XDDDD

on a last note, my little x-mas chibi won a contest!!!! happy day!!!
