I have been absolutely falling in love with the wacom tablet thanks to the lovely Design and Communcation class at college. It totally sucks that for the second smallest it's like over 300 bucks. I have started a 'get smurf a tablet' fund, aka its on my christmas list. Hopefully i will get it, or at least obtain enough money to purchase one.

Thr0win N00dlez would be so much easier to creat. I couls save the basic 'characters' and then just cope paste instead of drawing them over and over again. I really suck at that. GAWD! I want one soooo bad! *foams at the mouth*

Anywhoo... Turkey Day coming, and spending it with the whole family plus best friend and her bf. Get to pick on my cousin, that's always fun.

Lately however, I feel like anything I draw isn't good enough and/or nothing comes to me. I feel like i am in a rut and I dont know what to do about it. I blame part of it on breaking up with a BF but i know thats not entirely true.

He was my favourite pairing for Anita in the Beginning of the series but the further I read, the further I disliked him.

But anways, I went on " Let see who draw fanart" spree and favorited a lot of artwork that was inspired my Anita Blake series or Merry Gentry. I guess I habe I expectations cuase i only favortied the ones I considered the best. Also I tend to favourite the ones that look similar to the way I see them in my head.

I would try to draw my own fanart, but i can send the right messages to my hand to draw what I see in my head.

But anways, I haven't done too many pics that I deem 'DA worthy'. And of caorse, everything always looks so much better in real life then when it does when I scan it. The last one I scanned was beautiful, but my scanner fudged up the contrast and shading.. oh well.
