Over a year ago was the last journal entry, I honestly can't believe it's been a year since I decided to check up on this club. What triggered it is that I got a note on my main account, which I haven't checked on in probably just as long.

Thing is, I've lost my sudden spark for art, so I haven't been visiting DA often. Because of that, yeah, I haven't been checking up here. For all of you who asked to join, I'll get to that soon. If you sent notes for other reasons: affiliation and art submission, I'll get to those as well.

Another thing preventing me, I run a very popular fanfiction site, so it takes up most of my time. Agh, it's troublesome.

So yeah, sorry everyone, but it also seems my Hokage doesn't seem to give a crap anymore so he's being taken off of the list.

I don't care who, but if you're interested in helping with the club, send me a note. Because I can't run this club and a site with over five thousand members at the same time and not get stressed about it.

If you haven't guessed already, Naruto Shippuuden started and there is no Kakashi Gaiden. Whether they animate it or not, I really don't know and quite honestly, I am upset about that. So bleh.

Rumor on AnimeNewsNetwork is that the Naruto fillers end at 210. 211 is called "The Man with Lightning Speed" which pretty much equals "Konoha's Yellow Flash" since I fail to see anyone faster than the Fourth Hokage.

As soon as I watch episode 209, I'll let you know. I'm sure the preview will be proof enough... hopefully. Hopefully no one's pulling our damn leg.

As for Naruto, from what I've read there's going to be a 90 minute moving special and then after that a 60 minute special, of what I don't know. This is what I read off of NarutoFan.com. So... no Gaiden yet ): I'm very unhappy.

So far, it seems Kakashi Gaiden will be premiering at episode 200. From a few Naruto sites I go to. In any case, those of you who aren't watching the filler, when I watch 199 and see if the preview for 200 is indeed Kakashi Gaiden, I will let you all know here. I know a few of my friends gave up on Naruto because the filler was hell but I still watch it.

What is the SRS?

Simple, really. SRS stands for Shinobi Ranking System.

What is SRS for?

The Shinobi Ranking System is used to rank our shinobi and as well as proceed them upward toward higher ranks.

Now that you know what it is, it is imperative you get to know this system, should you ever want a promotion as a shinobi. With that said, let's get started, shall we?

The following are the ninja ranks, with brief descriptions after.

Academy Student

When you first join our club, you are automatically placed in this area. An Academy Student is not yet a ninja for they are still learning the ways.

Genin

This is the lowest ranking ninja, as such you are led by a jounin sensei and are taught many techniques and ways of battle.

Chuunin

Chuunins are no longer followers but become leaders. When you achieve this rank you can choose to do solo missions or group missions.

Jounin

Here, there are three types of Jounin. The first is a regular jounin, who's more likely to do solo missions rather than group ones. Second, we have a Jounin Sensei, this particular one is put in charge of a 3-man cell of genin and will led them through missions and teach them what they did not learn in the Academy with experience. And lastly, we have Special Jounins who are in charge of special jobs such as interrogation and other things such as that.

ANBU

The highest ranking shinobi is the ANBU. Those under this ranking receive special missions such as recon to assassination and some may serve as protection for a Kage.

Missing-nin

These shonobi or those who have abandoned his/her village or has commited treason and/or crime to their village. As such, they flee and are called Missing-nin

Hunter-nin

While we have Missing-nin, there are those who hunt them down. Hunter-nin are to hunt the Missing-nin down and to kill them on the spot, making sure the secrets of the village do not fall into enemy hands.

Kage

The highest rank out of all shinobi. A Kage is considered the strongest ninja in his/her village and as such are responsible for that village. They decide what is best for the villagers and ninja as well as establish certain laws and hand out the missions.

Akatsuki

An organization of Missing-nin, their purpose and goals are currently unknown.

Now that you have been briefed on the ranks, we now go into the ranking system.

Academy Student ---> Genin

In order to be promoted to Genin, you are required to take a test. This test will be your intelligence on Naruto and the Naruto World. No one will receive the same test, I'm afraid. Also, you must not use any sources to answer any of the questions. To make sure you don't, after you hand in your tests, I will send you a final question which must be answered immediately.

If you want the promotion, simply note *crys-chan or ~Darin56 with Genin as the subject title. I advise you to note the former seeing as ~Darin56 is a lot more busy.

Genin ---> Chuunin

The only way you can move up to Chuunin is if you take the selection exam. Once you have completed eight or more missions, you are eligible to take the exam. You can, of course, take it solo if that is what you want. When you have completed the missions, send a note same as above with Chuunin as the subject.

Chuunin ---> Jounin

To move up to this rank, you are required to complete more missions. Preferably more than fifteen should do the trick. Also you must help out around your village or this club. Good community service is a plus. Submitting fanart also boosts up your background. As you all have noticed, the Great Kazekage has been lacking in updates and keeping up with Birthdays. Though Tenten's birthday has not passed... yet... and Sakura's is at the end of this month (when I get KH2 XD)

So, allow me to give you a valid explanation as to why I have been lacking in updates.

I have a job ! Cease the day! Yes, I work at Taco Bell now and I make money. Wonderful, glorious money. Anyway, that's my explanation.

We don't know what the Hokage is doing and I'm not sure if he's even been checking on the club, needless to say, he's very busy with college. I should tell him that when I can't update, he should *scratches head* Oh well.

No good news today, but we do have a new comrade and we're 7 members short before we can start contests, so if you members can get more members, then that would be wonderful.

I'll be adding information pertaining to ninja rankings and ways to achieve them and what not. There's going to be a system as to how it works. The Ranking system will stay here until I next update, then'll it'll be moving down to where all of the other information is. Understood? Excellent.

When you finally move up a rank to genin, you will be required to choose what village you wish to be from. For example: Konohagakure or Sunagakure. I will send a note to notify you that you have graduated from the academy and you will have to tell be from what village you wish to be a ninja of.

Contest Winner

Fanart, Fanfics and Wallpapers will contribute to your stars. Should you submit any you will get one star. The stars ranking system will be explained below.

Genin- 15 stars
Chuunin- 30 stars
Jounin- 50 stars
Special Jounin- 55 stars
Anbu- 70 stars
Hunter-nin- 70 stars

Contest Winners will automatically move up one rank. Second Place winners will gain ten stars toward their rank and Third will receive five stars.

I went to Disney today and I'll be busy until Tuesday because my friend is visiting me. If my responses are slow for those who asked to join, this is the reason why.

Rock Lee's party was a blast, wish you were there! We DID avoid him getting drunk though... I think Naruto tried to spike the punch. What a cute little troublemaker! Now, next up is Hyuuga Hinata who's birthday is December 27th! I'm pretty sure there are other people in this month, but they really aren't the main peoples so I don't care!
