History: His father was a demon. And an evil and very powerful one at that. His mother was also a demon. He worked on his demon powers in his spare time. Mastering the QuickSilver ability at a very young age he could get away with a lot of things. And he did. He was wandering the city and Dante came after him. Cerio talked Dante out of a fight and became his friend.
