I've found a friend in my Assistant Manager, Nancy. A saint, and really someone I can talk to if I can't get a hold of my bf for one reason or another. She's done a lot for me lately, and I can't thank her enough.

Work has been so hecktic and stressful... I messed up a dozen orders this weekend because we were so chaotic. Thursday was training and I managed to split my pants >.< I got some new pants, though, and I'm getting my hair fixed cause my roots are over two inches long and need to be taken care of(I have naturally light brown hair, and I usually dye it black). Going with a dark brown with some red highlights for now. See how it looks. Might stick with it. Might not. Depends on how it turns out. Also need a slight trim. I have so many split ends it's not even funny @.@ No more than an inch, though, since my hair is wavy and I don't want it to go above my shoulders. Someone would kill me if I did that. And long hair looks nice on me.

Not looking forward to working on Black Friday @.@ But last year wasn't terrible when I was working in the portrait studio. Maybe people will be too busy buying stuff to come get their picture taken >.> One can only hope.

Seems I was lazy NOT because I had been stricken with sloth, but because I was in the beginnings of a nasty virus that has kept me bedridden for two or three days now. I've been praying to the porcelain gods this entire time and fighting off dumbasses from my bed. My loving bf, ~Art-of-Manga, has been such a sweetheart, patient with me and my sickness and wanting me to get well as fast as possible.

I would like to host my first ever real contest. But I have a problem. I have no money for prizes, and I'm not sure if anyone who watches me would be willing to donate prizes and/or help with the judging.

Here's the basic juist of the contest:

Deity Generator Contest:

Using this generator: [link]

Participants will be required to use THIS generator and this generator alone to create a deity. It would be open to all mediums. They are not, however, required to use the first generated result. They can keep refreshing and regenerating until they find a deity they like and want to portray in their art. They'd also have to come up with a name if one isn't provided, as well as provide the description given to them by the generator in their Artist's Comments.

Contestants CAN use parts from different descriptions to create their deity, AS LONG AS THE DESCRIPTION STILL COMES FROM THE GENERATOR.

This generator is incredible, with a EXPANSIVE AND LARGE array of choices thrown together to make thousands of results. So finding something to create shouldn't be too hard of a task.

The entries would be sent to me by note with a link, thumb, or both, and they would go in a separate folder in my favs so they could be seen by others. The time frame available would be two months. I believe that be a fair enough time to give artists the chance to find the contest then create their deity.

The limit would be three entries per participant, and again, they could be of any medium.

Judges and donators of prizes can also participate.

Judging critique will be:
1. How well said deity is portrayed given the description in the Artist's Comments.
2. The quality of the work itself.
3. If all the rules were followed.

As for rules, it must be completely their own work. No collabs, no coloring someone else's lineart, stock CAN be used, whether it belong to them or someone else's, just make sure credit is given where credit is due.

As for prizes, I would at the very least like features. I will be providing features in my journal for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, runner up, and viewer's choice winners. Once the contest is over, viewers will be given two weeks to vote for their fav one by

Seriously... I've been stricken with sloth to the point where all I have motivation to really do is stare at the walls in my tiny 7x10 foot bedroom. I'm surprised this journal even made it out there...

Onto other news, I GOT A JOB!

It's at the portrait studio I worked at last holiday season last December, but it's still a job, with better pay since federal minimum wage went up since I worked there last.

So that makes me happy. $7.25 minimum wage FTW!!! Much better than $6.55, or $5.00 w/ tip compensation... Used to work in a restaurant. Loved it there, but the pay only gave me enough to fill my tank once a week(when I had my car). Had to rely on my mom to pay my cell bill -___-

Being an overly emotional and depressed individual is interesting. And what's worse, is I can't go see anyone for it or pay for drugs. I have no money, and the money I'll be getting from my job is going toward bills I ALREADY have and need to erase. I think I'm bipolar. My mother says it's teenaged angst. I'm going to be 21 in March... *sighs*

My adopted father, my little half brother, and I are all looking at a map of the continental United States. It's digital, and when you press somewhere in specific, it takes you to that place immediately. We pointed to a small shop in Austin, Texas. It took us there, and we walked in. As we walked in, we reverted to younger versions of ourselves. My father 16, me 12, and my brother 8. All multiples of four, I noticed later. But going on... People were standing around, and I noticed the shop keeper. Female, red hair, sitting cross legged behind a small counter that only a foot high. She was also on a pillow. There was a pillow for the customers to sit on as they purchased their items. It was burgundy, I remember that. The inside of the shop itself looks like the entrance to a Victorian style house, one you would find on a plantation in the southern US, with a staircase to the left of the entrance. It couldn't be more than 15 feet in length and 7 feet in width. But the ceiling was really high, at least 20 feet tall. I sit next to the pillow and look at a oval shaped backpack with colored pencils in it made by Leonardo da Vinci. The price tag on the back said it was $5.83. I asked the red haired shop keeper if I could have it, and she said I had to buy in a nice voice. I looked at it and said I had to save my money so I could move to Washington and be with my boyfriend. I put it down and stood, right when my brother and father starting going up the stairs and I follow. Once I reach the top of the stairs(which had no banister), there was a small bookshelf, one you'd find in a daycare so the little kids can get the books and look at the pretty pictures. Anyway, on top of the bookshelf was a paperback book, maybe about an inch to an inch and a half thick. Inside were photographs, as if they were being used as bookmarks, but they weren't. They were hidden. I look at all the photos, somewhere between 12 and 16 in all. And they're old, faded, black and white pictures of what me and my boyfriend would look like in 1940s France during the German occupation. There were also pictures of our four future children: Deran age 14, Lily age 11, Leon age 7, and Robin age 5(I say future children because as of right now, they don't exist). I continue to leaf through the photos, until my father calls me over to a large bay window. I look at the family portrait of all six of us once more before closing the book and taking it with me to look out the window. Outside, it's cloudy, and out on the cobbled streets is the Nazi army marching forward. Right across the street, the Gestapo run into a home and pull a family of six out of their home. My family. Me, Nathan(my bf), and our four kids. Deran immediately fights back and tries to resist them. Behind the window, I'm protesting, screaming for them to stop. I later find out I actually screamed stop in my sleep and woke my bf up. Once the Gestapo had enough of Deran's resistance, they shoot him point blank between the eyes. Both versions of me scream, and the version of me that is on the street falls down to her knees. Deran falls to the ground and his blood stains the sidewalk. Nathan tries to comfort me, just as my father and brother call for 12 year old me to come downstairs. I look to the stairs and say one minute, but when I look back out the window, everyone was gone. The only thing that remained was Deran's blood stain. Book in hand, I followed my father and brother downstairs. There are a few less people, and I look to the shop owner and ask her if I can keep the book. She smiled and said I could. I smiled back and started looking through it, but all of the photos had vanished. There was even a page ripped out where a photo was stuck to the page. I felt slightly panicked, and very saddened that they were gone just like that. My brother ad father called again, and I followed them out the front door of the shop. Once we go through the door, we walkout onto my front porch back in Wisconsin. We are our normal selves, my father old, me 20, and my little brother 11. It's sunny, and I look to my hand to find that the book has disappeared, just like the photos. I looked to my father, who was standing ahead and to the side of me, looking to the street. I think he was saying something, but I didn't hear him.

This is when I was woken up by my bf cause we overslept

I had a dream last night. I was Bella(or at least, I was in place of Bella. Still me, but in her place), and I was in Chicago. A cloudy day, a light drizzle, actually. I'd lost Edward(my boyfriend Nathan, in place of Edward). I couldn't find him and I was panicking. I searched every corner of the city before I found myself in a park. In the middle of it were Carlisle, Esme, Alice, and Jasper. Rosalie and Emmett were off somewhere, not in Chicago. Anyway, still panicky, I ran to Carlisle.

"Carlisle, where is he!?" I asked, frantic. He smiled, calm. Jasper immediately calmed me down so I could think straight and not be so upset. Then, Alice explained that she'd seen Nathan(my own personal Edward

) was at a NASCAR race track on the other side of the city, but she didn't know what he was planning on doing there. Esme watched me with a motherly look. Carlisle offered to take me, but I declined, saying I needed to find him myself. It was just something I had to do. I thanked them for their help and left, searching for Nathan. I searched and searched, finding odd and monsterous people on the way. Deranged people. I even found Jacob, who stopped me and begged me not to go. Not to go find Nathan. The bloodsucker would only try and kill me, make my heart stop beating.

"But I love him," I said. "I can't just leave him like this. I'm sorry." I ripped myself from Jacob's hold and continued searching. I finally made it to the NASCAR track, and there he was. Standing in the middle of the grassy median was Nathan, my Edward Cullen. He turns around and sees me, smiling. I smile, so happy I finally found him. When a blonde female appeared out of nowhere and draped herself over him. At first, I thought it was Rosalie. But I looked closer, and saw it was Nathan's ex-gf, Kim. He just kept smiling and then looked at im with those same loving eyes he looks at me with. And run, trying to get closer. When I got to his side, he removed Kim from himself and stepped away from us, as she and I were now side-by-side. He was several feet away now, and looked at us both. His perfect face looked so worried, contorted in indecision and guilty. I wanted more then anything just to see him smile again.

"I love you," He said. A test. Who would respond first, and with what reply?

"Oh, I love you, too, Turtle!" Kim squeals.

"I love you, too, Tenshi-kun. More than anything. And as long as you're happy, so am I..."

He smiled and walked to me, his loving eyes locked on me, like I was the only other person that existed. He placed his warm hands on my cheeks, cradling my face as he kissed me, not daring to hold back.

"I love you, too, Neko-kun. And I'll never let go."

Then I woke up. My alarm went off, stirring me from my Twilight-esque dream. What do you guys think? Please comment, I need a few second opinions.

As for my OC, I'd like my RPC character Jax drawn. Jax has two sides. His mutt, sarcastic, whore-for-hire side. And his Irish, chivalrous, romantic side. Dark and Light, we'll call them for now. He can't change between the two, I just use different sides for different rp's.

Jax as a whole:
name: Jacques Alphonse Xavier;
age: 273, though physically 22;
species: vampire;
physique: Tall, scrawny but muscled, long sharpened nails, sharp fangs and well-endowed, smooth face;
habits: smokes Marlboro cigarettes;
attire: a black suit, worn the same way as Reno from FF7;
weapon: a Smith & Wesson 9mm semi-automatic;
personality: fiercely loyal, compassionate, protective, loving(when he has a mate);

Dark Jax:
physique: shoulder length wavy black hair, ice blue eyes, light brown skin;
personality: Rude and arrogant, sarcastic, ill mannered;

Light Jax:
physique: shoulder length red hair up in a short ponytail, bright emerald green eyes, fair skinned;
personality: kind, helpful, seductive, honest;

"Jax as a whole" are qualities that apply to both the light and dark sides. The qualities listed separately only apply to given sides.

I had a conversation with my wonderful boyfriend tonight. I was a bit emo because of things happening in my personal life right now(among other things). He knocked some common sense into me and made me realize how stupid I was being. I wanted to share his words with everyone so they can learn from it too. < b. > to start a bold font, without the period, < / b. > to end the bold, without the period. I put the period in to cancel out the bold action. If I leave it without the space and period, the text will look like this.

< i. > to make an italic, and < / i. > to end an italic. See?

< u. > is to underline things, and < / u. > is to stop the underline. Get it?

To put these things together, you'd have to put it like this. Enter Text Starting with bold, italic, than underline at the beginning of the statement you wish to enhance. When you're at the end of the statement, you start from the end, like tracing your steps, with underline, italic, than bold. Get it now? Remeber to take out the periods or else it's going to look like the examples and not the real thing.

This is basic CSS and all that I really know. If this doesn't clear things up, I'd Google it or something like that.

As for icons, it is also a way to use CSS. Similarly are the emots that we use. Her is what a dA icon will look like when you type it.

InuYasha and Kagome get busy and she conceives, but she doesn't know it yet. InuYasha uses the Shikon jewel to turn himself human and they move to and live in Kagome's time. They get everything situated for InuYasha so he can live in Japan without anyone raising question about where he came from and what not(not the government, anyway). They still act like usual, but they love each other, and they both know it.

Anyway, Kagome finds out 2 months in that she's preggers and keeps it from InuYasha for 2 more months until she begins to show. He questions her and she tells him the truth. Furious at her for not telling him in the first place, they try to figure out what to do. Can't give it up, cause that child is going to have demon blood running through it's veins. Can't abort it, cause she's too far into the pregnancy and she wants to keep the baby. They decide to get married and keep the child.

It's a baby girl. They name her Kaede after the old priestess. They find out that during the three nights of the full moon, she becomes a half demon; white hair, ears and all. InuYasha and Kagome do their best to hide this from the public and the government and only immediate family members know of this predicament.

When she is around 15, Kaede discovers the magic of the well. By this time, the old priestess would be about 76(having been 60 when the series began and Kagome 17 when she became pregnant and gave birth[I'm pretty sure the legal age of marital consent in japan is 16....] and she was 15 when she discovered the well's powers). Old Kaede is still alive, but bed-ridden because of illness and old age. Kaede meets "the old hag" as I recall InuYasha calling her(Young Kaede looks a lot like InuYasha, but has some of Kagome's feature's. A beautiful combination of the two), and old Kaede sees InuYasha and Kagome in her. She gets up and acknowledges her lineage. With the last of her, old Kaede blesses young Kaede and gives her a message to pass on to InuYasha and Kagome.

Something else happens to present an actual story with a rise, climax, and decline. Something that has to do with the feudal era and demons. Example, Kaede meets the son of Sango and Miroku and some kind of adventure begins that results in a subtle romance or something to that effect.

Or maybe, she can go back, deliver the message, and Going with her, InuYasha thinks that Kaede should see where she came from. He protects her on their adventures. Kagome comes every so often to see how things are going. They meet up with old friends, and meet their children. They meet another inu hanyo(dog half-demon, the product of a dog demon and a human, i.e., inuyasha), the daughter(age 13) of Sesshomeru and a human he cared enough about to reproduce with twice(He has a son who is older, 15). They meet up with her brother and they begin to like each other, as family(although, they don't know they're related yet). They go on adventures and stuff. Until the first night of the full moon, the daughter finds out about Kaede, but is sworn to secrecy. Demons attack and the brother finds out anyway... Don't know what else to put yet.

I contacted a publisher(just for shits and giggles) about whether or not he'd be able to publish my work. He said that he can take to larger publishing houses and protect me and my writing so I'm not ripped-off. The awesome thing about it is that they're only 4 miles/10 mins away from where I live, so I could go see them in person without much of a problem!

I quit my job, so I've gotten a little more time for DA and other sites I'm on.

I've created a new club.

It's a club devoted to Severus Snape and Lily Evans being together and in love. If you're interested, please take a look and maybe join!

The accident that I was in a while ago, you guys remember that right? Well, the other drivers insurance want's me to pay $3,200, and I have no way of paying for it. No job, no insurance, and no assets. If they still insist on me paying, I'll try to contest it in court, so wish me luck!

So, I just(as in a few minutes ago) spoke to the lawyer my mother recommended me for the accident. He told me that there really isn't anyway that I can contest it in court without losing my license. And if push comes to shove, as the insurance company for a discount because I have no way of paying them or pay them in installments. Life sucks. I got a new full time job and I've been having bad spouts of karma since, so I didn't want to come on until I was sure it was over.

I got into a car accident last week. Overall I'm okay, but I hurt my leg and it's bothering me more then it ever has before. Damn left leg... My car got wrecked, so now I'm relying on my mom to get me to work and then I walk home after my shift is over.

My coven split up. No one has been attempting to get us together to worship, so they decided to mutally end the coven. I still practice, it's just now I'm solitary.

My bf and his mom are getting evicted from their house on the 31st, so I have to find a 2 bdrm apartment for the three of us to live in by then, or they'll be living on the street.

Two of my closest friends broke up after being a couple for 7 months. One is guilty about it and the other is becoming suicidal.

It's just been really shitty recently... So, I'm not dead, just too busy to get on very often.

Also, today is my cousin's 18th b-day. Wish her a happy b-day, please!

Something is going on. My coven and I all "lost" our pentacles around the same day, and bad stuff has been happening since. Example, two people we know and love died and two are pregnant by not so nice means(rape). We think this is the work of another witch. We think we may know who it is, but we aren't sure and we don't want to jump to conclusions. If you could pray for my coven and myself so we can truly find out who the culprit is, that would help a great deal.

So, yeah. There's my news. Hope you guys have rockin' days!
