You should try it, It's technically freeware, but they added a few kickass tools in version 2 for 20$.
Its pretty awesome, i've been messing around with it ever since I was Nicko9y (nicko9y2, nicko9y3) here on dA, lol. It's like 5 MB too.

Expect to see some real (crappy) art from me soon.
