And there's the packing, oh my.

Scary stuff this is. I'm looking forward to it, yes, but at the the same time I'm very nervous about the whole thing. Eeek.

Monday was my last day at work too. Making the whole moving out thing feel even more imminent.

On a less scary note, I've been playing about with Photoshop (first time I've ever owned that program) and a shiny new-ish tablet (and to think I've been relying on a mouse for 5-6 years beforehand). So far it's mainly consisted of scribbles and doodles, but I'm getting the hang of it (or so I hope).

On another note. I've been drawing a lot of dragons. This includes a re-drawing of the yellow dragon picture I put up here because the proportions were bugging me. It looked bipedal and methinks he'd be better off being one of them four legged creatures. Tweaked his head a little bit too. Made it a little less boring.


Actually, now that I think about it, the new version of him looks a lot different to the one I've put up on dA. I prefer this new one though.

No more coursework for any subjects, and for the remaining two subjects (Media and Psychology) I've only got the exams in June (Two of them being resits) and then they're done too.

And then no more College. EVER!


Which is followed by a gap year where I'll be getting money together for Uni (and also I'll ending up in Americaland for some of it... hopefully <3)

And then Uni for the following three years, hopefully at St. Mary’s in Rugby Land (A.K.A Twickenham).


It's really strange having the next four years all planned out and stuff.

Well, not really. But that's besides the point. I now have some sort of income now, which is a major improvement.

Also been a bit sicky, a slight head cold... but that's almost gone now so that's good. Thankfully it was only a mild one anyways. At the moment I'm feeling strangely awake and cheerful for a Monday morning, which is stange. Makes a nice change though.

Well, actually it's not a real one but some sort of novelty bubble bath/shower gel thing.

And it's one of my Mum's Christmas presents but that's not the point.

But I fear for the poor bottle of mouthwash's safety anyway.

The relatives have been an gone, compulsory TV watching has been watched and such and such.

Speaking of relatives, my cousin's little baby has definitely grown since last Christmas. Last year he spent most the time sleeping, this year he was walking... if you could call getting up, taking a few steps and ending up on his butt as walking. So he actually spent more time crawling, but that's not the point.

He also seemed to like trying to take my glasses off his face, then trying to put them back on again, often the wrong way up and the wrong side of the nose. But still.

He then tried the same on his Grandmother's glasses and broke them. oops.

My Mum's YOUNGER sister/me aunt's a Grandmother. Their parents/me grandparents are great-grandparents. I'm now old grey and 18, 'tis a part of life I suppose. A part of life that feels kinda strange at the moment, but a part of life anyhoo.

So before I bore you all silly (which I may have done already, much apologies) I'll shut up now...

So anyways, I’m going on a photography trip tomorrow which should be interesting.

Aaah well, I’ll be missing all me lessons on the day I have all four of them (unless I decide to go to Media though, seeing as I have that after we're supposed to get back and all, but I'm not too sure. Might be a bit tired you see. )

I cut my hand in art today, during etching.

Not with the sharp pointy knife, mind you. But with the bit of perspex I was etching onto. Such is life, eh?

College was a bog standard college day of general death and doom. Which included a nice trip to the dark room, most my attempts at developing turned out shite, but hey. I only started developing for the first time ever this week.

I'm finding this whole thing pretty scary, I'll technically be an adult.

'Tis a funny world we live in... not only someone complained about this, but apparently it's news worthy as well.

Onto something completely unrelated, the lack of recent deviations is due to a rather large art block...I'm kinda somehow pulling off a few things in art lessons, but they happened out of a series of flukes more than anything else.... *le sigh*

And now for another jump in whatever I'm on about, going to be 18 soon, 9 days to be exact, which I'm finding pretty damn scary. I'm going to be considered an adult. Scary, scary stuff.

Rag Week- G-day. Seen people dressed as Gangsters, geeks, Goths, guardian angels, gnomes, grannies, a giraffe and a game boy (how cool is that?)

Thursday- Thursday. Enough said.

In psychology- Found out that, apparently, Crawley has the highest teen pregnancy rate in Europe. Unfortunately, this doesn’t surprise me at all. *Mumbles and grumbles about the 'youth of today' granny style* (well it IS G day...right? )

Half Term- Next week, another Seawhites visit is due methinks... all out of drawing pens and black paint and stuff along the lines of that.

Media stuff-I should be continuing that instead of writing this crap that no one will read. Mmm... procrastination...

Them Fruit salad sweets- I know you shouldn’t eat in the LRC, but I have some in my jacket pocket and they're tasty damn it. Mmm... sugar....

Halfway in an attempt of getting some evil Media studies I.A. out the way, and having slightly more luck than yesterday. I'm actually writing stuff for it. Well, not much, and I don't think its that good, but I'm trying damn it.

Lots of people are wearing pyjamas today, with it being pyjama day and all that. On a similar note, I've decided to join in today. Bwahahaha.

Forgot to bring the teddy I was going to bring in (Well, okay it was an owl, not a teddy bear, but lets not get too picky shall we?) But I've been leant a little something. *waves small black and white cat key ring thing* Everybody say hello to Bellybutton.

Aaah yes, Tuesdays. Good days? Bad days? No idea. I've had the best of days on Tuesdays, also had the worst of days.

But then that could be said about any day of the week really.

And what about the Tuesday I've just had? Well, I have no idea on how to class today. Tuesdays have a really nasty habit of doing that. guess that's an annoying thing about them.

Anyways, onto a less day related subject.

The first thing I noticed about the journals is that you can now tell the world your mood, what your listening to, what you're watching etc. etc.

Well, I'm pretty sure that wasn't there before.
