We have heard your repeated cries for more shows out west and DAMN do we have some sweet lovin' to shower upon your sassy selves! We're touring to celebrate the release of our new album, "No, Virgina" and our hot-off-the-presses song book, "The Virginia Companion" which is packed with pictures, stories, and sheet music galore, from these last two albums. It's beautiful. And massive. More details on all the new album and book coming soon.



Our east coast tour was STUPENDOUS and we're planning plenty of new tricks and surprises, including a possible garden-gnome scavenger hunt at each show.

There are 200+ PAID signature gathers working the petitions for the "limits on marriage" initiative who are scamming people into signing by not clearly stating that they are signing against the freedom to marry.

SO! if you want to come help and gather petitions I will driving up there on sunday morning I can take three other people. We will leave around 10:30-11:00 am and be back around 7:30-8pm. You can call me with any questions about the volunteering, getting there, the other days to volunteer, what you will be doing exactly (i did this last week), and anything else you may have questions about. thank you!

let's say someone tells you "hey could you think positive or pray for [insert name] cause [insert some thing happening to them]."

and you say okay and you think positive or pray (which i don't do so there goes that) and then like a day later they come back up to you and say...
"hey so umm did you do what i asked you?"
"hmmm?"
"you know pray for or think positively for [name] like i asked?"
"ummm yeah i guess...yeah i mean i did sort of..."
"huh okay"


this is where is say "that was awkward" and things get all angry but tell me if i am crazy or that is in fact and awkward thing to ask...if you prayed or whatever for someone?

Equality California is asking to come to Sacramento on either Saturday from 10-3pm or 1-6pm or Sunday 1-6pm to do tellering or to go out and spread the word to voters. I have volunteered for every sunday from the 30th (not this sunday due to easter but next) and the next i think three weeks after.

Now if anyone wants to help out I will be willing to carpool (drive you up and back down with a small donation of gas $$$) or get an Amtrak gang together to train ride it on up there.
