Apparently people with Burn Outs (especially women) tend to lack Vitamine D, calcium and   have a bad balance between the different Omega's. So I had to go to the doctor to take some blood samples for a very extensive examination. They literal tested everything they could!

Now, yesterday the results are in and it turns out that my  Vitamine D is very low. Normally it has to be between the 30 and the 100 ng/mL but mine is -12 ng/mL.

Also, there is this substance in the blood called Cortisol and apparently doctors can see at the quantity of this substance if you suffer from too much stress. For those who don't know what a Burn Out is; it means I sufferd to much stress, fear and (mental) pressure that I collapsed under it.

A Burn Out is NOT the same as a depression. The big difference is is that people with a Burn Out still want to do things and still have plans or ideas that they want to execute but they don't have the energy anymore to do it. Finally managed to write  a nice, good looking  journal css ^^

The Belgian goverment has fallen again and the flemish  people from around brussels  are furious atm. A lot is happing here  I tell you more  about it tomorrow 'cause  I noticed that that there are not so much people even here in belgium that are knowing what is going on and  would like to know.

Back from London Baby ! XD Oh it was awsome, went to the tate gallery and tate modern , talked  to a ald man overthere in the tate modern maybe some of you guys know him 'cause  he  sits there  a lot because his hobby is drawing the exhibitionrooms and the people  and arts in it.
