Christmas is over, and it's almost 2010

I'm not sure if I'm entirely ready for the new year yet, but at least I'm sure of my friends and the people around me. They're lovely and worth every minute

I hope everyone had a wonderful christmas!
Mine was good, doing nothing in pyjamas all day. And then I seemed to have a second christmas the day after! It was all pretty happy!

So, as it's new year-ey time, I have (as aways) resolutions.. that I might actually stick to this time. There's the usual 'lose weight', 'get healthy' stuff.. Which mightn't work out. But there's also the 'hold onto what i have', 'keep trying', 'get better and learn to be happy'. And I think I can do it.

it's school holidays at the moment, it's pretty amazing not having to worry about the stress of school. problem is, now i'm stressng about when i go back. so much homework to do before then too!

been listening to the beatles and watching the film 'across the universe' nonstop. it has a beautiful soundtrack. jim sturgess is pretty amazing.

i'm also thinking about giving drawing and painting a break (with the exception of TAFE) and maybe focusing on photography instead.

I'm exhausted and tired, and so glad my Biology exam is over.
I hope I went okay! But it doesn't matter too much. As long as Schlieden, Swann and Hooke don't come and haunt me.

Heh, there's some NewZealand football game on,
My mum is watching and screaming at the screen happily.
But I've noticed, the only music they play is by the Split Enz.
Now, I'm not complaining, but when I mentioned it to mum her reaction was "It's in NewZealand, Tagen! What else would they be playing!?".

JOURNAL: hectic hectic

Life has been insane lately.
Busy busy, hectic hectic.
In just one day, we:
bought a new bunny rabbit, got into a car crash with the lady we bought the bunny from, and i made a 25 page powerpoint presentation for an assignment.
What a Saturday.

And school. Oh dear oh dear.
They are throwing homework at me from left, right and centre.
Fourteen units is getting a bit much.
I need to decide whether to drop biology or modern history.
Truth is: I hate them both. >_<
But I do have some great subjects.
Art at school, art at TAFE; 4 units.
Ancient history, English advanced, Society and Culture.

IÂm happy I dropped English extension 1, and IÂm happy I refused to do any math.
ÂStudyÂ (free) periods are my favourite things ever.

My mumÂs quite sick, and IÂm not all that well.
But IÂll be fine. A good nightÂs sleep would help!

Lately, my obsession with tattoos and tattoo design has been growing.
A friend (Julian) and I went to a tattoo parlour and asked about all sorts of things.
Designs, how I would be able to learn the art of tattoo designs, about the industry;
and of course all about when and how I could get my very own tattoo.

Here are a few amazing photographs I have found over time, showing some beautiful tattoos.
Personally - They inspire me.
