GUESS WHAT
It's holiday time for me again! So I'll be WAY more active then I was before and I'm gonna start sorting out the hundreds of deviations and messages I have so watch out for more art from me these next 2 weeks I have.
and btw,
Is there anyone else in the world who is annoyed by K-On's ending??? It's been a week and I'm still brooding over about it D< I absolutely hate it when an anime ends awkwardly which is most of the time... I remember a few years back when I watched Fruits Basket I was so disappointed by it's ending (if you could call it an ending), it took me some time before I got over how bad it was and to read the rest of the manga to set me straight again.
Soul Eater was a little weird for me too, y'knowl, I felt it was a bit too cliche but that might be just me...
I sure hope K-On has another season otherwise I won't be able to look forward to Saturdays D:

On a totally irrelevent note, Whenever I write journals it always comes out awkward and stuff and end up abusing ellipses.......
Also, I'm trying to limit the number of times I start my sentence with a bleghhs, urghs or OMGs . It's a habit because that's how I usually start my life related conversations with, OTL I'm so lammmee ;A;

Oh, and I'm sorry about Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson, it's all over the news and special tributes are popping up everywhere. I hope they rest in peace

Bwuuurgh such a busy day today, I just finished the GAT [link] and I was almost missed it OTL. In the morning, I actually thought it started at 11:00am so I slept in until 10:00 thinking I was fine, until the school called my dad to get to school in 2 MINUTES because the test was gonna begin soon
I practically had to get my clothes on and get my ass out of there with dad yelling at me to get my act together and wake up earlier ;A;
I was so messed up I forgot to add George Clooney in my writing task and my pen ran out in the middle of the test.

Ah, I also got my toes crushed by a tram door whilst going home from shopping. It must be an unlucky day... D:

Grr everyone at school is talking about the formal/prom whatever you guys call it. I'm going but everyone seems to be going all out and hiring all this stuff which I don't really see what the fuss is when you're just gonna have another one next year... you might as well just spend a little on a dress and leave the fancy nitty gritty details til next year where it'll really count.
Some people sure get excited to dress up...

Oh right I almost forgot, I'll get the picture of my art final up once I get a picture of it. Right now it's sorta mounted up on a wall in the school corridor...

First week of term 2 school is DONE I'm finished! I'll never pass Chemistry There's so much I don't get and it totally doesn't help sitting next to 2 smart people either OTL
And plus, the teacher is a total pain in the butt because he can't TEACH FO' CRAP D<

He gets so distracted by so many things and he tells us such irrelevant stuff, everything doesn't make sense anymore. He forgets to bring ANYTHING resourceful like notes and the notes he gives to us anyway are so terribly messy and written in god knows what shorthand language.
Sure, you'd think with such an easy going teacher he'd give is easy tests right?

NO.

NO.

He gives the most goddamn hard tests EVER. It's like he doesn't even remember what he's taught us and just chucked whatever questions he could find.

It's been almost a week since I was dispatched from hospital and I'm feelin' WONDERFUL. Thank you for all your prayers and support while I was in hospital, they surely contributed to my recovery.

I was let out of hospital a day earlier than expected and I didn't have any narcotic painkillers like morphine inserted into my drip for the first night which has never happened to a patient before, so I'm told, so thank you so much guys!!!

The first thing I had to go through was paperwork and putting identification tags on me. After that I met my doctors and surgeons and they got me into a hospital gown and onto a trolley.
It was so cool, they wheeled me through all these corridors like in the movies, into the anesthetic room and the doc tried to distract me with small talk while he injected the anasthetic in, I must say it feels strange to be conked out in a few minutes...

After 5 hours of surgery, I woke up with both my parents next to me in recovery. I was totally high from the anesthetic and asked the nurse all these stupid questions.
After my night in intensive care, the nurses at the children's ward wheeled me to my room.
The first few days were pretty bad; I didn't feel like doing anything and felt like a fat sore lump. The nurses had to help me turn over every few hours which was pretty painful. I was given this button I could press to inject myself with morphine for the pain.

I got so many visitors like family it was just lovely having them in the room and talking. I have yet to get through all the chocolate I got from all of them
Most of my friends from school came to visit as well YOU GUYS ARE SO AWESOME
They came armed with star shaped post-it notes and covered the wall with all these messages like "feed me" and "NGOC IS TALLER AND SEXIER" They also got me a super awesome batman card and comic book and a cell phone to contact them while I'm in bed. You guys are so thoughtful I can't live without you guys!!!

So right now I'm confined in bed popping pills that make me sleepy. I can walk a little and most of my trips walking are usually to the bathroom. I can't squat and pick stuff up but I've become more skilled in picking up things with my toes

MY SURGERY IS ON THURSDAY!! I'm so nervous, excited and scared about what's gonna happen.

So basically all they're gonna do is straighten out my spine with a couple of titanium rods and fix it to place with some bone grafts from somewhere in my body where it isn't needed and make me lie straight until it sets firmly. I have to go through physiotherapy to walk again too...what fun...

Lately I've been studying my ass off trying to soften the load of taking a 2 month break but these past few weeks have been extremely hectic for me.

I've told all my teachers about what's happening and I'll have to communicate with them via emails so they can dump work onto me.
I also miss out on so many club activities like tutoring international students and magazine committee meetings
The only upside to this is that I get to miss out on my French oral assessment which isn't a total victory for me anyway =___=

This is the 3rd consecutive day of 40+ degree C heat and I've been living downstairs for a week. We can't stay upstairs because at night it's WAY too hot to sleep, and it's like stepping into a furnace in the day. Even my bathroom tiles are hot...
I've had 3 nosebleeds now which prolly isn't good... I HAD ONE AT THE DOCTORS ;A; It was so embarrassing, I told my dad I had a nosebleed and HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING D< Thanks a lot dad...

I may have my operation somewhere in March D: I don't want to miss out on school ;___; the catch up isn't worth it!!
I'm half dreading it but half excited at the same time >_> first time in hospital for myself, I just hope it goes ok...

Hey guys! hope your new year's was as good as mine
Now that it's over, I have realised that I HAVE ONE MORE WEEK UNTIL SCHOOL STARTS!! I haven't touched my English homework since the 9th of January and instead I was testing new programs..."OTL
I might as well give a review of them while I'm here...

-Corel Painter X is a good program if you're into painting and like the look of traditional mediums. The textures you can achieve are amazing and it really is like using a real brush. The only problem I had with this program was that it was a stab in the dark and I had no idea how to use it, it took me a whole day to produce something decent at first and then totally hate it after.
-Photoshop CS4 was ok in my book, it doesn't take much time to boot up (unlike the 7.0 version I had) and has a great new design that's easy to work with. I got used to it in no time because it was so easy to find the tools and windows I was looking for.

I reckon, if you're going to be drawing anime styled stuff and like a nice crisp line, SAI is the best program to go, the pen tool makes inking so much fun and smooth and resizing doesn't ruin the quality of the picture at all unlike PS 0.7 >_>.
If you like to paint landscapes and still life, Corel Painter X is the one to use as you can utilise a number of mediums that give out great moods and textures, however don't use too many, overworking the piece doesn't always make it a great picture. I would use Photoshop CS4 for adding patterns and different patterns and special effects, however, it is also nice for general work as well, it's a pretty good program for all types of art.

Most of the time I use SAI and my terrible PS 0.7 but I was feeling bored and wanted to try different programs for once.

GAHHH!! I ACCIDENTALLY CLOSED THE TAB WITH THE JOURNAL ENTRY I WROTE


Recently I've been a little busy tweaking my MB account It used to look so plain and boring :'D I used to have this little fear in my head whenever I go on but now I look forward to my time with it .

So I've been thinking about my OC's and it's about time I made a story about them don't you think? Since I'm terrible in the creative department I have no ideas on what to do about them >_>;;
And Jump's been getting on my nerves, I sorta regret my decision in making him younger than Breathe D: I guess I was just trying to find an excuse for drawing a shota boy Fufufufu... I might make them all 10 for the sake of drawing children

I was planning for him to be a boy with a pet rabbit, Theodore, to whom Breathe babysits for. They go on wild adventures with their imaginations whilst trying to not to pay attention in class. This sounds like a cartoon already =___=

I'm also planning to chuck Sael with this gang too and I'm scrapping Rina because she's too generic @w@ So there will be an asthmatic, a hyper and a mute kid

I'm back from my two days from the beach it was so much fun and my messages have filled up -sigh- I have to clear them now but just after I finish the badges, all of them are done except for Ragnarok's one. I keep on redrawing him and then hating it 10 minutes afterward so he's taking a while to do. I reckon it'll be up by Wednesday. Please bear with me until then

Just went to the doctors A LOT to get my back checked, yeah, and the week long bruise I got from falling.

So today I went to Abel's house to play Brawl
At first I chose Marth because Fire Emblem was my favourite game back in the day, and also because his tiara was so uke, but then changed to Pit because his toga and wings just won me over.

I think I died so many times because I didn't know how to jump, but as soon as I got the hang of it, it was cool
I'm a terrible loser, especially to boys =__=

And when we left, it turned out that I had left my eyeliner on Abel's desk and his mum found it I now have to think of a reason so he can explain to his mum that he isn't turning emo or homosexual >_>;;

TWILIGHT IS CONSUMING ALL THE PEOPLE I LOVE WHAT DO I DO?

Let me tell you, I've seen the film and it didn't do anything for me. Urgh, let's not discuss it.

Lately I've been crying a lot. Not for anything bad necessarily but for small things like when a character dies in a book I'm reading or when my favourite character starts breaking down and is bawling their eyes out?...
I totally bawwwed when I was watching Batman Beyond and episode 21 of Soul Eater the other day (I'm slow I know). I HAVE NO IDEA WHY ;____; I think I may be becoming too emotionally attached to fictional characters...IS THIS NORMAL???

Mum's been making me eat her homemade yogurt o__o I don't want to disappoint her but it's pretty nasty and THE AFTERTASTE is ghastly. My brother and sister won't eat it either so dump their share on me.
I was the first one to try it. Her first batch tasted nice, but then the aftertaste came after I said it was good. So now she's been making more and more and telling me to try it. All I can do is endure it until she gets bored of making the stuff...

Today I went rollerblading at Ruffy Lake Park with , Brenda, Abel and Mina. Since I was only used to skating at a rink, I wasn't used to the bumps and slopes and I stacked so many times

Abel was our nurse because he wasn't skating with us (he can't skate) and he had to help me get up heaps of times.
I had a massive stack five minutes into putting the skates on. Abel and Mina dared me to skate down this bendy slope and since I was feeling a little confident, I quickly skated up to the top and got scared. Abel told me that he would guide me down but I was too stubborn and told him to leave me alone. So he did, and I accelerated down the slope and crash landed on tanbark before skidding onto the concrete path on my butt. Mina and especially Abel were laughing their heads off... >_>
I had many more stacks later on, even when skating on the grass. But the most epic fall was from ~xnightmares-exist she was skating down hill to the carpark and skidded on concrete and got her elbows skinned and hip bruised. Shee looked really cool until she fell(I HOPE YOU GET BETTER SOON >_<and yeah, my knee has a massive bruise and I have a blister on my ankle. It was worth it though

I finally got all the Soul Eater character songs I LOVE IT!! All the songs are so good. My favourite by the smallest margin would have to be Black Star's character song. Kid's seiyuu is a good singer too! I melted when I heard his voice.

Yesterday we had a Studio Arts transition session and by God! It was so URGH! I don't even have words to describe it.
There were only 6 people (all girls) who attended (incl.me)and about 4 of those people were those, I don't know, those girls who draw love-hearts and flowers on just about everything they can lay their hands on. Girly girls, you know what I mean. ~xnightmares-exist and I felt so...excluded from the entire session. Mostly because the teacher we got to talk about Studio was already acquainted with them and taught photography...

All she talked about was photography and basically had a conversation with one of her students, let's call her A.
She just totally ignored the rest of us and just discussed about the art elements and principles that A used for her photographs. and you know what she said about it? SHE ONLY TOOK IT BECAUSE IT WAS EASY TO DO. She hadn't thought about the processes and what she wanted to portray in TAKING A PICTURE OF HER FEET. Surely at a 10th grade level you can get some sort of deep, philosophical meaning out of something, like that instead of copping out and saying that it was the easiest thing I could snap.
You don't make Art because its easy, you make it because you're trying to express and create something, something you observe, something you feel should be out into focus. This is what I learnt this year, I learnt that most of my art was actually something instead of the nothing I thought of it to be. I saw it in a new perspective, I drew to create something, to make people happy using what I could do and just express who I was without saying anything to anyone.

Hopefully during the year A will figure that out too and improve her work by thinking about what they are doing and what expression the photo evokes. That is art I think is most satisfying.

I'm not picking on photography, I'm picking on those people who don't take their art seriously, especially in VCE...

Just sometimes I wish there were more people like Mei Ling in art class. Being surrounded with artists like her would really make Visual Arts a serious subject in our school instead of the bludge subject that exists today.

I LOVE YOU MEI LING! YOU'RE THE ONLY REASON WHY I DO ART NOW
Give her some love too, she's just about the most amazing, talented artists I know, perhaps even the only one I know in real life

Finished my exams now so I'm now working on gift arts as well as the regular stuff.
I'm not very happy with the results though
Maths: KILLED ME just passed with 64% not showing my parents otherwise they'll ban me from having fun
English: I'm happy with it just scraped an A+ 90%
Science:I first got 79.8 so close to a B+ but he made a marking error so I got 80.4%
History: 96.66% awesome
Art:I forgot my percentage but it in the mid 90s
French:Studied my butt off for this exam but still got 74%
Health:Pointless exam really, still, it brought my average to a nice A.

Argh! my laptop speakers destroyed themselves recently. So now I have to listen to Shiina Ringo with some serious phlegm problems and my laptop sounds possessed whenever I turn it on. -headesk-

OK, I'm 16 now YAY!! (is a week late)
I just studied for exams, went out to dinner and got 30 bucks to save. (what a great sweet 16 )

I gotta get my learner's license soon as well >_>
I'll be getting it after exams which is 3 DAYS AWAY!! Oh my god, oh my god, I'm so dead...

So far I've done my English, Art and half my Math notes. I still have History, Science, French and Health notes to do too, and lately, I've been drawing heaps and heaps of pictures for Art. Geez Obo, you had HOW MANY WEEKS TO DRAW STUFF FOR ART BEFORE EXAMS?? -bricks herself-
So I've been experimenting a lot with TRADITIONAL MEDIUMS, god, it makes me miss my Ctrl+Z button ;____; and I totally messed up my curtains using soft pastels, the only upside being that my nice cream curtains now have blobs of colour on them... but I do like using watercolours now, could post pictures up later >_> some Soul Eater fan art from months ago going up as well

Sorta changed my style a bit, longer necks and longer limbs they look so much more cooler now. This doesn't mean I'll give up in anatomy though, still trying guys... gawd, realistic eyes are so hard to draw now, they're alright by themselves but if I try draw a face around it, say, a nose, mouth and eyebrows; it suddenly goes pre-menstrual on me and ends up looking like crap.


We also recently had an art show down at my school. I have to say that some of the work was truly excellent, however, only one thing bothered me while I was holding my flute glass of orange juice. Is it really appropriate to take a picture of yourself and a friend holding cigarettes and smiling like your having a great time?
The photo could have taken 2 seconds to set up and shoot, while the other photos by different artists look so professionally done with every model's pose and light source carefully placed and planned. Yet they are pushed to the far corner, while your's hangs triumphantly in all it's "myspace-esque" glory in the centre of the room.
Compared to that, it just looks like you sat in that classroom gossiping and only chose Art to get some sort of decent grade while you struggle to get a D in other subjects. Some of us work hard and toil over our work and constantly change our style of drawing or photography to aim for perfection, while trying to maintain our A+ average (mei ling >_>

Myspace is over there, I think it's much more suited there than on the wall where a much more meaningful picture can be hung.

I know it's not in my place to criticize a stranger's work, after all they could have worked very hard on it. But, I suggest you try add as much meaning or beauty to a photo as you possibly can, or stop taking dozens of pictures of yourself at different angles and start getting out there and showing what YOU see through that lens and tell a story through doing that.

Well it turns out I won the digital art section of the contest All the other submissions were really nice, especially the Renji pic coloured with watercolours @__@
To be honest, I didn’t really want to win it... –fails- OTL
I just wanted to enter it and to see where I stand with other anime artists in the school...
ALSO, I got a prize which I wasn’t going to use in the near future; it was a Bleach pendant... thingymajiggy >_>;; (i took a pic of it)

I had to ask my best otaku friend what it was... “OTL
There was also a One Piece playing card deck, a Naruto Konoha headband and a RYUK PLUSHIE @___@ (that was won by other people , not me btw)
Yeah, on that day, I realised that I wasn’t a hardcore otaku. There are others that are even more fangirly than me >_> I felt so....diluted
OH OH and I also took a pic of my workspace, just to let you guys see how horribly messy I am

1) My beloved tablet - a Wacom Bamboo, some people say it’s not for drawing but wtf, if I can make squiggles on MS paint with it than I can sure as hell draw with it.
2) Acer TravelMate 3200 laptop - I’ve had it since 2005 and it’s about to die out on me. You can’t use the battery with it now, since it only lasts for an hour anyways, so I keep it attached to the charger. It was only till 2007 that I discovered the magic of Photoshop 7.0 and Flash, then again, I had no idea how to use it. My first deviation using Photoshop was...ugly dodge/burn stuff which I have deleted unfortunately (really wanted to blind show you guys)
Before that, I used it to play games late at night and that is why I have glasses...
3) Gachapon toy case - this was where Chimchar my baby, was kept until I decapitated him...
4) This is a pic drew for me as a gift in Year 8, I STILL HAVE IT BABY! I’ll post it in my scraps later HURRHURHURHUR
5) Student planner - it’s my sketchbook when I’m bored at Viet school, I’m sorry about it’s plainness, I couldn’t be stuffed decorating it...
6) Anime –nothing much
7) 5 bucks from my weekly allowance, it’s usually ten bucks but I spent it on food (munches away) yeah, PINK MONEY FTW... It’s made of plastic and has Queen Elisabeth II on one side, and the Parliament house on the other, nothing special to me guys but I thought you would’ve like to know.
8) Very hard to see the number but it’s a disk from my math book, it’s been there for the whole year
9) A disk I burned and then ruined, it has also been there for the entire year
10) My lamp...switch
11) My drawing cap, I got it off a friend who went to Hong Kong. It’s a man’s cap and I usually draw pretty good pics while wearing it...it must be lucky.
12) And my prize form the anime drawing competition, it’s the first prize I won so it has a bit of sentimental value to it. Even if I don’t watch Bleach.

Wow...it's been a long time since I was active eh?
A lot's been going on since I last logged in. I'm only here writing in my journal because I'm sick
It's funny, the only time I feel like drawing is when I'm sick, or when I feel that I've procrastinated enough to get off my ass and doodle something

mmm... For a while now I've been thinking of trying a new style of drawing other than animu >_>;;
It turns out that I can't really stray that far from drawing it because I grew up loving it so much.
So...since I can't draw realism (doesn't know the human figure all that well) let's take a step backwards...

Yes. I've been watching them a lot lately and I've come to like the "cubish" style a lot of them have nowadays. I haven't drawn Sael that much since I created him. Maybe I can try draw him "cubishly..." OH WAIT!

I burned my hand with an iron on Friday
It turns out that the handle isn't that hot flat surface after all
I went to the Melbourne University open day
It was so cool! I got so many freebies and lollies (OMG I Fantails and Green Tea Nutrient Water *drools*) I GOT A FREE FREAKING T-SHIRT (that says National Science Week) IT'S A FREAKING SIZE LARGE BUT I DON'T CARE IT'S A FREAKING FREE T-SHIRT
I finally went to see the "new" Batman movie THE JOKER CREEPS ME OUT SO MUCH especially when he makes the pencil disappear o_o....

Life So Far

School's caught up now and I haven't even started having fun yet.
Ah well, two weeks is never enough for a rest.

Still doing those chibi requests and I have to finish that anime club contest submission as well >_>

Social dance has begun at school now , and who else to teach us but Mark Wilson off "Dancing with the Stars" I'm not looking forward to learning the tango, squatting while dancing is just plain wrong in my book.

Life So Far


I'm exhausted
and I have one more day to go.
I've been working in a print shop for the week and to be honest, I'M POOPED
I never knew how heavy paper was UNTIL NOW, about 8 and a half hours of paper lifting, filing, book binding and printer refilling i think my back was about to break at the end of the day.
And what have I learnt after this experience?
I think I'll list them

DON'T LAUGH AT THE BOSS WHEN HE SAYS "duties" HE IS NOT SAYING "doodies" OKAY?

DON'T SAVOUR THE FEELING OF FRESHLY PRINTED PAPER it may be warm and nice but the boss might see you and think you are weird

DON'T CHECK THE SWEAR JAR FOR MONEY there won't be any

DON'T MEET UP WITH YOUR FRIEND (jeff) WHO WORKS IN THE CHEMIST 2 BLOCKS DOWN he'll ask you for help and you'll have to look at acne lotions and count them

DON'T GO INTO YOUR BOSS'S OFFICE AND CATCH HIM ON MSN he'll make you do more work =_=;;

yup, that's all I learned at work experience, handy isn't it?

I had a very nice Friday 13th at Aleks' house but first I wanna rant about someone...

Ok, so there's this idiot in my Viet class and today, I just realised what a complete douche he really is...

Ok, he's got all the wrong things going on, dyed blond hair and black eyebrows, all that crap going on. He doodles in his sketchbook in class and also brings a lighter with him to class in an attempt to look cool and burn stuff while the teacher isn't looking.

But what he said in that lesson really made me feel pity on his sorry ass.
So he was just doodling his nonsense in his sketchbook, and the girl who cusses in English was really interested in his work. Her friend asked him if he could look at his drawing, so he let him. He was flicking through and commented on his Naruto fanart. Then the "artist" goes on about art galleries selling his work for $1000 and that he's "famous," Then he gives the guy the sketch he was working on and goes "I just gave you a $1000 gift."
WHAT THE FUUUUUUCCKKK!!!!!!
Could you be more full of yourself?


Now for Friday 13th.
It was really creepy for me actually, I watched a very "scary" film that I just had to turn away at the first scene.-ahem- -ahem-

We also made tacos and baked stuff. All I did was cut capsicums, cook meat, melt chocolate and BREW TEA! such a hard job

And then we played twister (I won) while had a very nice view of everyone as co-spinner with Brenda. I swear, If I have to put my left foot on blue again I while collapse and die.

What a nice long weekend

So I'm no longer banned from the computer
Yeah, I'll still be working away on my deviations so expect more stuff soon.
ANND I've rekindled my love for reading thick novels I was starting to get worried about the amount of manga I read anyways OTL

I did pretty well but I could have done better >_>;;
and now that they are over, my French teacher is piling us sh*tloads of work again OTL ... she never stops does she?
So I have to memorize 15 lines for an oral on a famous French person, and I have to memorize my French poem to recite.
WHAT THE HELL GIVE ME A BREAK -dies-

btw, repeating ~xnightmares-exist's journal...
After the French exam, xnightmares-exist, Aleks, Mathew, Nally and I went out to the city to basically party about our freedom.
Since it was 2:00, Aleks, Mathew and I were starving so we went out for sushi. After that Nally suggested that we go out for icecream at 'trampoline' in the city. Now, this icecream shop was situated in a very disturbing place... 1 door down from an adult shop appropriately named 'Club X'... "orz

So we were eating icecream near this profanity and watching the people going inside...and why I am telling you this?...i seriously don't know...

THE TRUTH---------------------------------

1. My Dad bought eggs from the supermarket once in an attempt to 'make' a chicken...I was 8 at the time and they never did hatch

2. When I go to sleep I have to sorta "roll" in bed to lull myself to sleep. I dunno why I do it but I've been doing it FOREVER. Whenever I go to school/Scout camps, I can't sleep because I'm afraid someone will see me do my sleep ritual.

3. The strangest dream I've ever had was in year 8. I dreamt that I was an spy and my cousin was my lieutenant, he ordered me to infiltrate the fox home base (their temple) and then rolled off in a bubble.
I sky dived down and I was caught by fox guards who took me into the fox temple. Inside, the fox monks told me to put a violin on an incredibly large red lantern ... that's when my dream ended

4. When I'm looking at myself in the bathroom mirror, I make the most horrifying face I can do, just in case there's someone on the other side looking at me

5. I had to switch rooms with my sister because some of my stuff was moving around and I thought there was a ghost. That was this year (SO ASHAMED)

6. There's a girl who sits next to me in Viet class, she only knows Vietnamese but she cusses in English like crazy. Stop please.

7. During my geography exam, I saw this THING that looked a lot like a lizard I was so freaked out when I saw it but I couldn't talk then. After the exam i asked about the THING and she saw that it had flecks of gold on it. She told me to poke it but I refused, I took a closer look at it though and it was...a piece of cotton with sticky tape and glitter on it... OTL

8. I get the giggles in church, which is the worst time to get them. Once, i snorted really loudly and the family sitting in front of me turned around "orz

EXAMS ARE HALF OVER YES!
My English, maths and geography exams were ok i think
but the VCD exam was horrible!! >_<

I was supposed to render a vase but i didn't realize my teacher placed a light source in the opposite direction than what I had intended!! So 15 minutes into the exam I had to start the 2nd question all over again...

So I have Science Health and French left until I am FREE!! \0/
The French test will be the worst =_=;

Yesterday, I went to Viet school and i discovered that my teacher sorta pities me
This other girl (i'll call her 'L' ) and I were apparently the only ones born in Australia in our class.
Well I'm sorry I wasn't able to be born in your country. We had to flee from COMMUNISM you see...

I was going to dreaded Viet school and dad had dropped me off 30 minutes early because he's never on time for anything.

So there was a notice on the door which said i had a room change and that i should go to the library and my teacher would come and take us to our room.

I came to the library and I sat down to wait and this little boy came up to me. He saw the blue slip I was holding and he said, "Are you new?" I nodded and he started talking. I didn't know what the hell he was saying so I just kept on nodding and then he walked up to talk to his friend.

From the corner of my eye I saw his friend come up timidly and inspect me. Then he crept back and then exclaimed "HE'S A GIRL" ...

Haha I nearly lost it today in maths, the air conditioner was on but I couldn't feel anything because the windows were open. I was concentrating really hard and trying to finish the exercise so I could relax after I was done. AND THE BOYS, THE BOYS JUST WOULDN'T SHUT UP. If I have to listen to Willie or Brandon or Benson's overbearing voice again I will just keep on cussing as I make mistakes. I need to work really hard in Maths this year BECAUSE I GOT 58% FOR MY GRAPHING TEST LAST YEAR. That is like AZN PHAIL... *A*

Mum and Dad were thinking of enrolling me into doing Vietnamese for VCE this year. That means I have to quit my current job...and my dreams of owning a DS this week because of it.
FYI I'm really really really bad at Viet, I have a really bad accent when I talk and my teachers used to think I had a speech impediment when I read out in class. I also got an E in my dictation (chinh ta)

My life points are depleting rapidly!! I have so many tests for French, it has been one 200+ vocab test followed by a verb test every week D:
It also doesn't help with MDMSL Amiel here either, she won't allow fidgeting in class or speaking in class either. She will absolutly hate you if you say "tu"(you) instead of "vou"(you) to her. I don't see the point really... SHE WEARS PANTS WHERE THE CROTCH IS TOUCHING HER KNEES FOR HEAPS SAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been so busy trying to keep up with these tests that I don't really have time to draw anymore. If I did, I would be staying up all night but that would be inconvenient.

It was ok, but when we got to grandma's house it was so awesome. All my cousins were there and I recieved so many li si (red packets), By the end of the night we were all playing bingo in the living room. My dad was really drunk at the time so he took a really long time reading the numbers out, he also spent ages deciding which number 96 was. ^///^

So now I'm at my other grandma's house, my pocket is bulging from all the packets and money. I also had to go work so I am so exhausted. and later we'll be going to the Hoi Cho Tet (new years festiival) in Springvale.

It was the night before school right, and I was in bed trying to sleep, but I couldn't because it was a pretty hot night and I can't sleep when my feet feel warm(weirdo). I think it was about 11:40 when I felt this weird little prickle on my arm, like when a hair brushes against it.
So I opened my eyes because I knew my hair couldn't possibly reach my arm seeing as it's really short.
AND I FOUND THE FAN RIGHT NEXT TO MY BED (no, it wasn't in the room before)
Seeing as I never told anyone about how I couldn't sleep. I thought it was a ghost, and I moved to the living room and slept there. Oh I am so brave *sarcasm if you haven't noticed, still scared of ghost when I'm 15

I had to go to the friggen doctor to get some advice on what to do with my back. He did some tests and looked at the x-ray. He told me I should get surgery and if I leave it as it is it will continue to get worse I DON'T WANT A 90 DEGREE BACK IN 40 YEARS!!

So I told him I would get the surgery and then he told me "It will only be the one procedure, you will be in hospital for a week and it will take another 2 MONTHS off school to fully heal."
WHAT THE HELL?? I PROMISED MYSELF THAT I WOULDN'T SLACK OFF IN SCHOOL AND NOW WHAT? I'M GONNA HAVE THE BIGGEST SICK LEAVE EVAAARRR!!
So he then suggested we come back in two months to see if it has gotten worse.
So we went out and we had to pay $140 DOLLARS FOR 20 MINUTES WITH HIM -overturns table-
