Dad said he would get me Wario Ware...but he didn't get it for me, the lazy man! D: But now that Sonic Wii is released here in Australia...(I have no freaking idea when Super Mario Galaxy or SSBB is getting released.) I can't choose which one to get. I'd get both, but Dad won't be too happy to see that my card has no more money in it LOL...

It was scary today. Especially after school. Someone got shot by the police this morning because he was destroying cars and threatning the police with an axe.

This actually took place in my street and the whole street was blocked off by the police...I saw my school principals there as well and I had to talk with the police. I couldn't get into my house until at least an hour later, so I had to go back to school.
Also, my next door neighbours came with me, they're still young kids, still in primary school and the youngest was so scared and crying...I couldn't help but feel scared too. Hahaha recently caught a cold but it's not serious, so don't worry.

My cousin was nice enough to let me use his laptop everyday to use the internet so I wouldn't always have to walk to the net cafe. Well. That was one hell of a year! A year where Aubrey went to Japan, slept in and kept coming to school late. LOL. Today was a very emotional day for all of us in the year level...especially since some students who I'm very close with are leaving the school. =(

AND WOO! I got an AWARD today! xD Each homeroom in the year level give these awards (known as the "Marian Awards"...since my school is called..Marian College LOL) and I won the award for Welcoming and Involving All. It's been a crappy week of non-stop studying and it's been a crappy year at school. I hate year 10, LOL. Actually, no. I.."dislike" year 10. Year 10 has been a great year in some ways. Yesterday morning, my homeroom teacher gave us news about a young girl named Samantha, from the year 9 area, who was very sick and had a very serious disease. She went to hospital yesterday.
Last night, she passed away and we were informed of it today. And I have to say, even if I didn't know who this girl was, her death had affected me in some way. The whole school was affected by this, especially her friends and the rest of the year 9's.

The finals of the World Cup are coming soon! WOO! (BTW, Germany VS Portugal will be playing on the 8th. Im not sure why yet though...)
So it has come down to Italy and France.

Pretty weird, huh? I remembered earlier how Brazil lost to France! I really couldn't believe world class players like Brazil lost. But I guess France did a great job knocking them out, LOL.

I couldn't believe it. The whole of Australia couldn't believe it.
The dream is over and the Socceroos has lost to Italy. Both teams were at 0-0 but then near THE VERY END of the game, Italy got a penalty kick and it was a goal our beloved Mark Schwarzer just couldn't block.

There I was, kneeling down on the floor, breaking down into tears once I saw Italy's goal. I thought that was downright stupid, I thought it wasn't fair. I kept thinking a lot of things! It happens when you find out that your favourite team is now out of the tournament.

It was 2 in the morning as I waited for the match I've been waiting for almost the whole week - Australia VS Brazil! After a match between Japan and Croatia earlier (I went for Japan, baby!) no goals were scored, but it was a good match I would say! I was so excited, Australia was going against champions! And if they won against Brazil, that would be the best thing. EVER.

It was finally time, I wasn't sleepy at all. I would NEVER miss this match for the world, and it was the same for all my friends who were also going for the Socceroos while one of them was going for Brazil.
