I really don't like that thing... I mean, how come some artists expect to receive nice and encouraging comments in his works with this agressive, quarrelsome advice?

I understand those artists who don't want that his works to be stolen or pirated, but putting a notice of this type goes against any sense of artistic community! I know that many artists think that his artworks are of they and nobody else, and that they possess all the rights, after all, this is the law of copyright created in the 18th century, but this is ridiculous.

WTF is wrong with this people!? This is art, not a car, or a house or a bank account that need to be protected at all costs! It is something that involves feelings, is a way of expressing, demonstrating sensations, transmitting a message.

Many people gives This fact for granted, nevertheless they really believe that this form of expression can go calmly accompanied by a prohibitive notice, that goes against the proper sense of art and reveals it like a private ownership, which can only be seen from behind the barrier.

Probably I exaggerated too much, and I'm giving too much importance to a simple group of restrictive pixels, but, I don't like these pixels and its message at all.

Pues bien, el calor aquí es como de invernadero, pues este quincho es cerrado, asi que me lo tengo que aguantar por querer utilizar dos computadoras, tener tv y heladera. Espero no derretirme.

There is so much HEAT in the city, the temperature amounts to 36 degrees and I'm cursing the moment when I decided to bring th computers to quincho.
For those who do not know, "quincho" is a sector of the argentinian's house (usually is under roof, located in the courtyard) provided primarily by a grill or "asador", and it's the place where the 'asado' it's cooked (traditional dish consisting of several cuts of meat).
Very well, the heat here is like that of the greenhouses, because this quincho is closed, so I have to endure this by my whim to use two computers, TV and refrigerator. I hope not melt down.

Ahora solo necesito un bloc y un buen lapiz porq el q compre la ultima vez se me perdió. Tengo dibujos para subir pero antes quiero entintarlos o vectorizarlos o hacerles algo, porq en blanco y negro no me gustan y sin color muchos no transmitiran la idea.
Tengo que hacer algunas cosas para un par de clubes, y dedicarme a conseguir un sombrero.
Darle una limpieza a Cerosei (la pc de muá) y revivir a Frigerio (la pc de papá). Este journal será como un Post-It para recordar todo lo q debo hacer.

Bueno, para aquellos que no conocen el conflicto, resulta que sobre la vera de un rio que divide a ambos países (y q comparten soberania sobre el mismo) se comenzaron a construir dos fabricas Pasteras, o papeleras, una española y la otra finlandesa.
Ningun argentino desea que estas papeleras se establezcan sobre la vera del río y lo contaminen, más algunos uruguayos si estan a favor de estas frabricas, y los entiendo desde el punto de vista que estas fabrican promueven el trabajo en la región. Lo que me dolió muchisimo fue que hoy, un grupo de asambleistas que fueron a la capital uruguaya a informar a los ciudadanos sobre los peligros de estas fabricas, fueron insultados ferozmente por algunos decentes ciudadanos de Uruguay.
Es triste, patético y errado, que dos pueblos hermanos no puedan dialogar en paz.
Yo estoy en contra de las papeleras, como cualquier argentino, ya que estas suponen un daño ambiental comprobable y evidente.
COmprendo que como a nosotros, estas fabricas no nos benefician economicamente, entonces no las queremos porque van acontaminar, a diferencia de algunos uruguayos (siempre hablo de "algunos" pues no tiene sentido generalizar) a los cuales no les importa el impacto ambiental, solo quieren ganarse el pan.
En fin, creo q es un conflicto que dependerá de la resolución de la Corte Internacional de La Haya, pues si bien hay intención de dialogo por parte del pueblo argentino, no parece haberlo por parte del pueblo uruguayo. Es una lástima.

He vuelto de... eeehm.. vacaciones? pero a dónde me fui?
vaya, debo planear mejor mis vacaciones.
Estuve a punto de irme a Mar de Ajó, pero mis viejos cumplian sus bodas de plata (25 años de casados) y aunque soy partidario de que ellos solos deben festejarlo en la alcoba [sacudir imagen mental lo más pronto posible.. bljhee!] decidieron hacer una fiesta gigante y me pareció que no debía faltar (además iba a haber asado! )
En fin, por ese y otros motivos no he estado conectandome, solo usé la pc para subtitular un divx, añadirle audio en español (será mi nuevo dvd de The Last Unicorn) y buscar programas a lo loco para reemplazar algunos que ya me dejaron de agradar por ser tan pesados (léase, visor de imagenes, antivirus, antispyware, editor de audio, etc, etc)
La escultura la he dejado hasta que vuelva a conseguir una pasta para modelar, pero aún sigo en etapa larval.
Sin embargo, aproveché días nublados y de lluvia para hacer algunas tomas con mi nueva Coolpix así que serán fotos las que verán en estos días.

Soy pésimo pero me doy aires de que algún día podré esculpir una buena figura. Ojalá aquí se vendiera el Sculpey, pero lo único que pude conseguir es DAS italiana y ando en la búsqueda del Fimmo o Limmo de Artistica Monitor, esa sí se fabrica aquí.
Me hablaron del parsec, aún no lo pruebo. En fin, cuando obtenga una figura levemente reconocible por el ojo humano, la estarán viendo por aquí.
He decidio también, retomar mis estudios de japonés en marzo, aunque todo dependerá de las fechas de finales de la facu (fuck! cuántas efes).

Luis Gerez, un albañil de 50 años que vive en Escobar, fue visto por última vez ayer a las 20, cuando iba a comprar carne. Su testimonio, en el que denunció haber sido torturado por Patti en la década del 70, fue clave para que el ex subcomisario no asumiera su banca en Diputados a comienzos de este año.

Cuando en la Cámara baja el oficialismo, con el apoyo de otras bancadas, buscó impedir la asunción de Patti, diputado electo por el PAUFE, Gerez dijo que cuando tenía 16 años cayó preso y reconoció con los ojos vendados la voz de Patti mientras lo torturaban en una comisaría de Escobar, atado a una cama.

Hace poco más de un mes, Gerez denunció que había recibido amenazas, las mismas fueron difundidas cuando participó de un acto en la sala "José Luis Cabezas" de la Cámara baja, donde junto a otras víctimas de violaciones a los derechos humanos pidieron por la aparición con vida de Jorge Julio López, testigo clave del juicio a Etchecolatz.

El albañil contó que en tres oportunidades le fueron cortadas las cuatro cubiertas de su auto, que además fue interceptado por un desconocido que le dio datos precisos de sus movimientos y los de su familia. También aseguró que otro desconocido le mostró un arma de fuego desde un vehículo mientras conducía a la altura del kilómetro 42 de la Panamericana.

Patti tiene su propio legajo en el informe de la Comisión Nacional sobre Desaparición de Personas (Conadep). Su actuación más cuestionada fue durante la dictadura.
