thanks to ~sveiki i got my first daily deviation today!

i just got home from that swedish furniture shop with the bad hot dogs and was cursing myself for my lack of consistency ÂÂ i have sworn never to buy any of that stuff over and over in the last couple of years Â when I opened my messages.

at first i didn't get it.

why were there so many new comments on that picture? probably some news feature...

but then i looked at the activity messages and, whoa, wtf?!

i'm still excited like a teenager just having been given his/her first kiss.

So I'm back in Germany.
Finally I got around to thank people for the favs and the watches, to answer comments and to look at all the great new stuff the people I have on my watch list added in the last four weeks... and it's been soooo much that I ended up fav-ing quite a lot.
Damn.

Won't be doing so much new photo work in the next couple of months 'cause there's a new project that'll keep me quite busy. However, I hope I get to see a lot of great stuff of you gals and guys!

I've noticed him pretty early when he just came here. His work is always clear, crisp and, well, almost always, nude.
I've had a couple of conversations with him and got to know him as a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor. Remember, our conversation was in german.

Yup. 22 GB of new data. Really glad I took the extra harddrive with me.
Kids are doing great, relatives are all over them. We'll stay a couple days longer, then we'll go to Zagreb, then Switzerland, then back to Germany.

Since I'm online only when I get the time to slip away to some internet cafÃ© I won't be able to answer as quick as I'd love to.

There seems to be some kind of messup with my webserver. That will have to wait 'til I'm back. So no email for now Â you know what? I don't really care.

Evo napokon ce sutra ovaj zadnji prokleti posao bit sredjen, musterije se mogu igrati sa 16TB i duplim backup-om tako da sutra napokon putujemo u HR.

A posto sam maksimalno radoznalan volio bi upoznati sto vise dA-ovca (ne ovaca!).

YAAAYYYYY!

yesterday at 9:00 and 9:01 a.m. my kids paul and teresa were born.

they are 48 and 51 cm big... uhm, short and weigh 2480 and 3000 grams, which is quite ok for twins.
my wife's doing great considering she's been cut open to get the kids out.

i got the feeling the kids are about to become my most-photographed models.

I got myself a new camera stand today. It's a Plaubel ST 14 - and it's massive!

Saw it last night on ebay and bid on it. I couldn't believe everybody else stopped bidding and I got it for 141,- (that's 182.74 US $)!
I mean, hey, this thing is a year old and it costs somewhere around 1.700,- ( 2,203.30 US $) when you buy it new!

Seems like I get a little more lucky every day...

hope you all had a very joyful christmas and i wish you all the best for the upcoming year.

just to be honest:
i wrote this journal entry only to promote the weird movie i just finished watching. the title is "sivi kamion crvene boje" ( [link] ).

it's a really funny and weird movie about a guy and a girl getting out of yugoslavia just as the war starts. well, maybe it's just funny for people who know the peoples of former yugoslavia, their particular ethnic habits and stuff - and i hate to say that you just can't translate the way people talk in that movie. at least not in any of the anglo-saxon-germanic languages. dammit, you guy's just aren't able to swear and curse like slavic peoples (yes, i mean peopleS) do...

...or as those seattle guys used to say: well, whatever, nevermind.

what the fuck is wrong with people nowadays?
yesterday someone smashed my car's window and stole my ipod, pda, gps mouse and handsfree kit.

fuck'em.
and fuck all those people who watched it and didn't do anything.

you know, it's not like the car was parked in some secluded space. no, no, sir. it was parked in front of the fuckin' studio which is in a train station with a real busy four-track-street passing right in front of it and a bus stop, too!
dammit, how can somebody be so daring and break a car's window in such a crowded place in the light of day (between 2:15 and 4:45 pm)?

it's fuckin' society. nobody cares, everybody looks away and a thief can do whatever the fuck he wants anytime he wants to...

fuck thieves and fuck society.
