Concerning my InoSaku doujinshi!
I've got a lot of questions about whether or not I am continuing it. The answer is a definate YES. I will probably redraw the current pages because they are just terrible and painful to look at. I have pages planned and all that, it's just a matter of time.

So! I got into art college and will be attending this summer! Maybe things will be less busy then. Right now I'm lucky if I get time to sleep. So yes, things are a bit rushed. Please bear with me!

For those of you who don't get Canadian cable, Son of Butcher is a show about a struggling band/butcher shop. It is also a fuckin rockin' band with Sol, Ricky, and Doug on guitar and vocals, and Crystal Balls on drums. sonsofbutcher.com

All the photos from the concert are HERE. My partner in crime, Fumi (s-t-r-i-p-p-e-d) took all the photos.

It was in the Red Room night club in Vancouver. So holyshit, the music was so loud that my ears are still ringing!! The band did a lot of their own songs, and a couple covers, like 'Anyway You Want It' and 'Doncha'. The 'Doncha' cover was fucking hilarious. Sung by Sol to all the lovely men in the audience.

The end of the concert was even better though. I got to meet all the band members, and I got hugs from all of them! Ricky was soaking wet with sweat.
Me: You're soaked.
Ricky: Aha, yeah, sorry, but it's rock sweat, so it's okay, right?
Me: Yea, totally. I will never wash again. :0

I got them all to sign my sketchbook, and it was then that Sol asked me if it was a school book. No, I replied, this is the book I draw porn in. So, he eagerly looked through it. XD Of THIS submission (on Ygallery) he commented on Peter, "Wow, she looks like she's twelve." I loled pretty hard.

He told me to show my stuff to Doug, a member of the band as well as the person who did all the character designs and drawings for the animated show. Ricky also took a gander, and they all enjoyed my stuff! XD So I'm gonna draw them a picture and email it to them. Maybe they'll remember, haha.

AH IT WAS SO FUCKING AWESOME. Doug was getting felt up by a bunch of girls, and he totally loved it. XD He's super nice too. They're all really nice, even though they must've been exhausted. @_@

I bought a tshirt and CD, and I got free stickers! I would've bought more, but I was pretty broke. ;_; I only had $20, and I got the tshirt for half price cause it had a little spot on it.

I COULD GO ON, but I should probably stop typing since this journals's pretty long already. Go visit their site, linked at the top of this page, and bask in the greatness that is S.O.B. If you like Metalocalypse, you might very well like S.O.B. HABEEB IT.

OMFG.

Ever since I was really really small I've loved Aslan. LOVED Aslan. When I was little I read the Narnia chronicles again and again, and wrote about Narnia, and daydreamed about Narnia, and drew tons and tons of lions ... so! You can imagine how excited I was to see this movie. Uwaaa~~ I reread the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe before going to see it too ... I wish they had kept the movie exactly like the book, though ... stuff happened in the wrong order in the movie and so it didn't make much sense. Especially when Edmund drew the face on the stone lion. In the movie, it made no bloody sense. D: Oh well. And the witch was too cool in battle! She's supposed to be pathetic and super afraid of Aslan. Nyarhar. But anyway. ASLAN. GYAH!

On a different note, to one of my very special friends: Your family are the people that love you! The self centered bitches can go fuck themselves, cause they don't deserve you.
