pls note tt there is no rehearsal on 15 july for installation night! there is rumor~

also, pls be punctual on 16july(sat) at 7.00pm as the function will start punctually. The 2 buses scheduled at 6.30pm are fully booked. Only registered participants are allowed to take the bus. There are another 2 buses leaving at 5.30pm. For those who are taking bus, pls gather at the bus stop at the scheduled time.

Also,the tickets are ready for collection. For those participants who purchased other tables' tickets but want to sit in another table, pls make the effort to go early to settle the seating arrangement.

reminder: pls remember to decorate your club files before this Friday.INTIMA will bring all the club files to the hotel on Fri at 12pm.
