We spent alot of time in the Artist's Alley ( I staff there ) and the Video Game room ( Where I'm looking into staffing next year ) I got to meet Monty Oum and he's a cool cool guy and has done absolutely amazing CGI animations of the final fantasy girls vs. the DoA girls. Look up "Dead Fantasy" in google, as well as "Haloid" aka Samus vs. Master Chief. It's worth your time ten fold.

In the past, I had posted that Today was conformed and had been changed to "Greed Day" due to people losing sight of what the holiday was truly. However, I believe that this time of year should be rethought in general. No longer should winter be looked upon for Christmas. The spirit of Christmas is not one to be forced on people, especially those who celebrate other holidays. However, I believe that I have a concept, an ideal that should be followed and if I celebrate anything upon this day, or any other, it shall be this:

Humanitarianism Day.

No, it's not a pretty name. No, it doesn't have a religious overtone to it. However it bears the meaning of what Santa Claus, Saint Nicholas, Kris Kringle ( which ever you wish to look upon ) meant originally. ( See: [link] ) Christmas is a holiday that is exactly that: Christian. ( See: [link] ) Not everyone in the United States is Christian however because the wide majority is of Christian, or a branch off of Christian beliefs, it is populated through everything from TV, to Movies, to magazines, to all forms of Media. It feels as if the decorations that are used or the constant talk of Christmas is there to keep Christmas dominant.

This is not what this time of the year should be for. Humanitarianism is the thought and belief that people should take care of other people, look out for people, and be a good person to others as well as yourself. This is a holiday that EVERYONE could celebrate. It has no segregation, no separation of any one race, creed, ideology, or belief. Therefor you will never see or hear me say "Merry Christmas" for it is not a holiday that I celebrate. I am not any form of Christian, nor any religion for that matter. I believe in myself and those around me to do what is best for everyone. I am a humanitarian.

Claimer - I am turning into a bigger fan of it due to this movie.

Though I understand some names were changed in the movie, and they put together a storyline for them to work everything in, I must say that for being someone who didn'tknow all-to-much about Transformers ( besides the toys ) this movie was done surprisingly well.

Large Robots + Destruction and explosions + good story line = Transformers

I'm not going to go on and on about details of this movie because, once again, I didn't follow the orginals much at all, so I can't be in-depth. However, I do suggest seeing the movie, a true fan or not.

Hello everyone out there in non-EPIC land And maybe some of you in EPIC land too for good measure.

In an epiphany occuring today in the morning, I, the creator of EPIC Studios, have decided to give everyone straight foreward holidays instead of the shams that they are today. I shall list them for you now, so take EXTENSIVE NOTES and memorize them so you too can remember what these days REALLY are and celebrate them accordingly Now we will start with the up-and-coming holidays and go 'round the year.

Thanksgiving - "Gluttony Day"
---Now who can refute this? This day of days has certainly become what we now no as "Gluttony Day" because everyone just looks for the food and never what the past had shown. Hell, turkey wasn't even in the menu when the pilgrams and native americans sat together and ate! So don't forget to lather everything up in butter on this day, and celebrate the extra lbs you gain!

Christmas - "Greed Day"
---No this day has CERTAINLY changed over the years and now has become "Greed Day" due to every single freaking person expecting a gift when this day swings around. No humility, no shame, just lists and broken dreams. So enjoy this day and demand everything you want in life and if you don't get it, well try again next year

New Years - "Pride Day"
---This day everyone is now "Pride Day" just because everyone is happy that thier existence has survived another year and so they drink thier cares away, get drunk and celebrate themselves. No other purpose does this day hold but to say "Hey look! I'm still alive!" So rot your livers and throw up your innards and crash your cars; Today is all about you!

Valentines Day - "Envy Day"

1) If this character were to suddenly become part of the 3D world, and ended up in a heavily-populated area, how many stares would he/she get?
As many people who would stare at me when my hair is spikey and I'm wearing my "sinful shirt" with an upside down flaming cross.

2) Is your character considered normal in his/her own world?
Yeah, he's a skater punk who frequently skates where ever he goes ( including in and during school XD )

His eyes because they are naturally red.

He's a smooth operator with the females that would consider punks to be good lookin lol other wise he would just appear cute to preps and such.

He's too laid back to really get angry. You'd rarely see him angry and if he was, its for a damn good reason.

Very much the leader type. He'd lead you through the desert! Safely on the other hand...

His carelessness about what other people think and do around him. He's so laid back and self-centered that he will do anything aywhere anytime for whatever reason he may have. However, for those who have become close to him, he'd protect them til his dying day. He just never says that, only does it.

History:

Yeah. His mom died when giving birth and his father mistook her last words to be the child's name. Which is why his name is Boushi ( look it up~ ). His father was a marine and his mom was a daredevil punk who grew up on the streets until meeting his father. He also has an older sister who is 23 and full on prep.

His dad doesn't do very much besides working to make sure the apartment they live in is kept so for the most part he is.

3) Has he/she encountered any traumatizing events?
You would have to read about that in my story when I start posting it he's seen people die in front of him that had made him become depressed before high school and for most of high school until late junior year where he makes a complete 180

4) What was probably the best time in his/her life so far?
Everyday is the best time of his life for him so it is hard to say~

January has been a hectic month for me, school starting back up and all. I go to Harper College ( which most of my MySpace friends do too ) in Palatine, Illinois. So I now have other things in my life I need to do, but my art is still one of my top priorities.

I have started a project that will be known as "Project Movie Poster" i've told a couple of my friends about it, but not many. And I ask that none say what it is on here. But it will be awesome and it will be sold at ACen ( Anime Central ) at my Artist Alley table. I will have alot of new stuff for this year and I hope to do better business than last year ^_^

In AMV news, I still don't have a proper computer to work on AMVs or the space on my hard drive, either SO, until I can obtain these things, I wont be able to produce anything new.

In other news, I started working onsome of the drawings for ACen that I know will be in demand. I have a girl that requested a Kakashi pic from me last time, and when I gave it to her, she loved it and said she would be back next year. Well if I belt one out early, she might wanna buy it AND get a commission! lol not to mention i have a friend of mine who wanted me to draw Sephiroth for her ( you know who you are ) It is coming out nice so far and will be a black and white sketch all shaded and such ^^. If you wanna buy it before ACen gets here, just let me know on MSN or at school next semester ^^

If anyone wants to make requests ( not commissions ) before ACen rolls around, feel free to! All requests will be taken into consideration and just may appear upon my table at ACen this year ^_^

Oh man am I rushing to get things done. I need to still make a sign for ACEN, finish my Devil May Cry pic, which i decided to scan and color on my computer because i would never finish it by hand or have as good of quality, and I need to make flyers and such to hand out x_x If anyone wants to help me out, please do, it would be very much appreciated and I would find a way to repay you

in other news, I will be having a hotel room this year at ACEN with my g/f, Aurora, and we are looking to room with people if they help with the price. It's at 198$ for the entire weekend ( and that is just for her and i alone ) If anyone wants to jump in on this, the price of staying can drop to 50, 40, even 30 dollars. Thats cheep for a ACEN hotel room. However, it's nota t the hyatt, its at the windham. Kingsize beds will be in the room as well. So if anyone wants to see about it, please let me know
