I want to do one of those 100 theme challanges. The officiall 100 themes da account says applications are closed but I suppose they can't really throw a fit if I just take one of their lists and do it anyway. I just can't get put up on their fancy list and get the pr bonus.
But the reason I want to do it is so if I am bored and want something to draw, I can just look at a handy little colum of ideas and pick something out of it.

I think I'm going to apply for the arts fundimentals course so I can get a portfolio in traditional media (which I need) and then if I like the curriculum after 1 year they move you right into the 2nd year of illustration and design or w/e the fuckers called cuz the 1st year courses are the same :I

if all goes well I should get into the january course, but it's nearly full up so the chances for getting into it are if my application got in while there was still a space or two left. we were going to submit it saturday but it turns out ontario colledges website went off at 8am saturday morning and only came back up 8am this morning so we had to wait 'till today to send the application hahah = _ =

however now searching sheridans' site it appears you can do an entire fine arts course in afternoon programs which require no application or portfolio tryouts (wtf) which is sort of throwing me for a loop. staring at the page for two hours has not made it any clearer.

as soon as dad gets back from getting the car radio fixed we'll be driving up to our old house in quebec to spend the week packing and cleaning, then drive back down again with a) more clothes b) my computer c) a mad cat d) a mad chinchilla e)misc objects ie toothbrush

I'm sliiightly hesetant to think into the future too much (2nd year of colledge ect) because we'll be staying here in missisauga taking care of my withering grandparents for only ONE year he says and if he moves off to montreal, that means that I'd have to move into dorms ... and choose to go to a colledge in the middle of suburbs mcnowhere ....

WOAH WHEN DID MY LIFE START MOVING SO FAST??? two weeks ago I was looking ahead to a long year of absoloutly nothing.

the reason I haven't been putting anything up lately is all the pictures I've been finishing are all using bases/lineart drawn by someone else so I can't exactly call them mine
also I've got around 5 WIPS going on right now of my own stuff trying out new styles/colouring/lineart.
