No you're not hallucinating. Things do look a bit different. "Writing" and "Artwork" are now officially split, and we have one new section for "Comics" and one subsection for "Club Info" planned.

Not to mention a whole new slew of fanworks need to be linked and plugged here on the front page. All currently in the process of being done.

Nothing much to say, except that the Member Fanworks section might be split into their own separate "Artwork" and "Writing" pages wince as it is, Artwork is predictably dominating. Fanfics, drabbles and other bits of prose are in need of some attention.

Was the last update really in September?

I'm so sorry guys, I slipped! I see there are some new members that have been patiently waiting and over 300 deviations in the in-box.

I'll be weeding through those for th next little while and picking out the club-related submission so we can have a whole new slate of displayed works. When everything is finally caught-up, I'll update the journal again so everything will be back on track.

Edit: Okay, everything's been updated. Business as usual!

Now for those of you keeping up with "Thriller Bark", I'm sure you've all been aquainted with one of the new villains on the block, Absalom. He's bad, powerful, and is totally in love with Nami and wants her for his bride. Heck he even molested her in the shower. IT'S CANON FOLKS.

OPVH hopes all our members had a very Happy New Year! We've also passed our 1000 mark! (Apparently awhile ago, whoops.) Not too shabby for a club barely a month and a half old.

So unless there's one super-enthusiastic fan out there hitting the refresh button hundreds of times, this means we have an audience. Come out of hiding and join you little scamps~!

Plans for the new year include making new sections, adding some fun stuff to our deviations, and maybe a "Theme Challenge" to get your creative streaks flowing - which will inevitably lead to some wonderful artstuffs, RIGHT? Right.

Hmm.. webcam needs updating too. Will probably start a rotation of pics.

Okay members, it's been over a week and I think I've pretty much collected 90% of all the villainous het to be found on DA (mostly Califa-related.) You can find everything there is in the Club "Favorites".

That's right, what you see is almost all there is. And most were made around 1-2 years ago. We need new art people! Character variety! (Where be the Arlong's, the Alvida's, the Kuro's, the Crocodile's?) And more! More! MORE!

The Mission: Make artwork, writing, anything we can feature here! Club has you all on devwatch so we will be checking and when something VH-related is submitted we will plug it on the main page and add links to our directory. That's quality pimpage right there people, so go! Spread your wings and fly!
