:bulletpurple: 11/4/09 November already? What the heck happened to October? Well, what matters is a new month is starting and with this month comes a very important date! Yes, November 28th marks Eternals 2nd birthday making us two years strong. Time to break out the birthday hats and roll out the cake people!
:bulletpurple: On that subject, I would like to put a call out for more character art. Upon looking through our clubs gallery, I found that it was rather lacking for my tastes. Character sheets are good, essential in fact, but I feel it needs more. Character art, club fan art, maybe things like little daily org life comics, anything else to liven up the gallery from just being full of character sheets. And if you're just shy I don't know if something you have is fitting, send it anyway!
:bulletpurple: Also, on the topic of our gallery, I'm planning on reorganizing it soon and would like to extend and invitation to anyone who would like to, to submit art for our folders. If you're interested, just send me (Jinx) a note and I'll tell you what we need icons for.
:bulletpurple: Moving on to a new topic, I would like to suggest recruiting. I know that seems like sort of a strange thing to say considering how many members we've been cutting and our new, stricter joining policy, but it when our forums where opened up several months ago it was brought to our attention by one of our members that forums are only effective when you have a large number of active people in them, and sh was right. The forums allow us to accommodate a far greater number then our live chat did alone so having more members is a much realer possibility to us then before. So if you have a friend or perhaps you know someone in another organization that's fallen apart, invite them to Eternal.

Mission 1 – Heartless Boss Battle
The Superiors have expressed their wishes for expanding the Sacred Moon of Kingdom Hearts so that we may regain our hearts as quickly as possible. Therefore, the Superiors have assigned each member of Organization Eternal to find and defeat their own Heartless boss. Design a new Heartless boss or miniboss, and defeat it.

Recently, one of our elder members has decided to defect from our Organization, carrying with him very valuable information. We were suspicious of his loyalty, and until now he has not shown himself to be a threat to us. The mission: Eliminate Relix and retrieve what information he holds by any means necessary.

Xemnas was known to have stored important information within the bowels of Radiant Garden OS. Log in to Space Paranoids and get all the information you can from the system.

Just because you were admitted to the Organization doesn’t mean we’re ready to believe how strong you are. Doesn’t mean you can’t still fight alongside them in battle!

Happy Anniversary, Organization Eternal!

That is right. Today, Organization Eternal has been up and running for one full year.

In the last year, Eternal has grown into something that I am sure neither myself nor Raxen ever expected it to be. We are not an Organization of Nobodies, desperately seeking Kingdom Hearts so we may return home. We are not a clan of cold, emotionless beings, struggling to survive in a Heartless world. We are a family, loving if dysfunctional. Memory's Skyscraper is no longer a solemn place in the World that Never Was.

Not to say that we have not had our problems in the past, and that more worries will not greet us in the future, but we have become what Nobodies have always sought to be.

So congratulate yourselves, and celebrate. This has been but a year, and only 50 strong are we. Here's to another year, meeting new friends, and remaining Eternal!

I invite now my fellow Superiors to write what they may in the journal, and all members to post their thoughts in a comment on the front page, that all may see their love.

Happy Anniversary my Co-Superior Xiron, my members (the ones dear and close to me, and the ones I've only seen), and to the club. I would like to thank you all for joining and for keeping this place alive and ever growing. What was something that was simply the love of Organization clubs, has become something much more.

It's only been one year and yet we've grown so large that the skyscraper may need to be built up a few more stories. 50 members strong was a feat that I never expected this club to get to with so many other clubs out there, but I was proved wrong and am grateful for it.

And as Xiron had said, we, (well the ones who have been active in this club) have become more than just people with a common goal, not just a gathering of empty shells but a family here and we've come to know each other than more than just our OC's.

And funny enough, despite our lack of hearts, there isn't anywhere else that I've seen with more drama, and I wouldn't be anywhere else for Kingdom Hearts. Finally, the people in the chat room, I must say that I am happy to rp with each one of you, and thanks for putting up with Raxen's moments of craziness (though it may have been someone else that caused it XD)

So, here's to another year, 12,000+ page veiws and 50+ members strong.

What can I say that Xiron and Raxen haven't yet? Not much, that's for sure, but I intend to say it anyways.

While our superiors look to us and thank us for helping turnong this place into the thriving (if chaotic)club it is today, I see this day as a chance to thanks them. A year ago Raxen and Xiron put their heads together and set out to create an new organization rather then just join one that already existed. And because of that decision they gave many of us, who would otherwise still be alone in this world, a home. I thank them for that.

If not for them, I would not know so many of you. Friends who are more family then anything, people who I could not dare to think of living without. People I would give my life for. We have each other because they where here for us. Could we ever ask for better leaders?

As for the rest of you, what can I say? You make my life a joy. You make this club the lovably psychotic mess it is and I'd not have it any other way. Yes we have our ups and our downs, heck I'm sure we even have our sideways, diagonals and inside-outs, but that's the way life is, and it can even make life a tad more interesting.

Truthfully, I could go on and on until the universe around me crumbled into oblivion but I won't. What I truly want to say here is thank you. Thank you to those of you who put the time and effort into making this experience a wonderful one. To those of you who put whatever heart you have into making every day worth living and to caring for one another they way we should. The Story:

20 years after the fall of Xemnas and Organization XIII, a young man and his love fell to the Heartless. The man awoke to find himself a Nobody, and his love a lowly Dusk. He vowed to find a way to return her heart. And so, like Xemnas before him, he created an Organization of Nobodies.

This first Organization failed, but the young man, Raxen, with his right hand man Xiron, and the Dusk-girl Amaya, persevered and created a second Organization while others were springing up around them. Focused in Memory's Skyscraper on the World that Never Was, they called themselves Organization Eternal.

Important Facts:

:bulletblue: OE takes place 20 years after the downfall of Organization XIII.
:bulletblue: Organization XIII was destroyed by Sora, Riku, and Axel. They no longer exist. They faded into darkness. THEY ARE NOT HERE.
:bulletblue: According to our storyline, other Organization clubs exist alongside us, in the same timeframe.
:bulletblue: We live in Memory's Skyscraper. NOT in the Castle that Never Was or Castle Oblivion. The Altar of Naught is NOT connected to our building, nor is the Proof of Existence.

Regarding the Chat

:bulletblue: Do not GodMod. Your character may be powerful or a good fighter. That doesn't mean they get to stab a person at will and instantly kill them. Be realistic in fighting and power usage. Your character should get injured or tired during fights. GodModding will result in warnings and eventually a 2 week ban from the chat. Continued GodModding will result in permanent ban.
:bulletblue: We in the chat are a tight-knit community. If you have problems, feel free to discuss them. However, try not to clog up the chat with personal problems. And refrain from arguing within the chat as much as possible. Start too many arguments, you will face the same punishment as GodModding.
:bulletblue: Members of affiliate clubs are always welcome to come in and join the RP. Prospective members, feel free to come into the club. We often can help you decide on a weapon or element for your character, and introduce you to the RP.

Regarding Missions and Contests

Our missions and contests, and general club itself, are based off of visual art. Most things are meant to be drawn. However, we do realize that some of you prefer writing to drawing. For those missions and contests that seem difficult to write about, let us know, and we will work something out.

Here at Organization Eternal, we are fairly easy going, especially in comparison to some of the more strict Organizations. However, we do have some rules that we insist that all members adhere to.


:bulletblue: Be respectful of all members. Do not be rude, use good judgment in what you say and do. We are not saying that you need to be friends with or like every member of Eternal, but do not be openly rude to members.

:bulletblue: Do not flame, bash, etc. Give constructive criticism, and be polite about what you say.

:bulletblue: Do not favourite character artwork posted here. Follow the links in the artist’s comments to the original work and add that to your favourites instead. The credit justly goes to the artist, not to the group. Works submitted as part of the club themselves will not have a warning or a link in the artists comments. These you are allowed to add to your favourites directly from the club.

:bulletpurple: It is suggested that you read the "About the Club" journal post before joining. If you do not, you MUST understand before joining that Organization Eternal takes place 20+ years after the deaths of Organization XIII, and we are focused in Memory's Skyscraper on the World that Never Was.

:bulletblue: On easily available portions of the club (character sheets/art, the shout board, comments, etc.) keep your actions to a maximum PG-rating and your language mild. These can be seen by Deviants of all ages, so please, be considerate. In the chatrooms, the rating can often skyrocket, so be aware if you choose to enter. We recommend that Deviants 13 and under who wish to join refrain from entering the chatroom.

:bulletblue: We are a tight-knit group in the chat room, and are always willing to help friends, but please, try to leave your personal issues outside of the chat room and contact people via note.
:bulletblue: As well, refrain from starting fights in the chat. If you do feel the need to argue about something relevant, find the argue chat posted at the top. Start too many arguments in the chat, we will kick you out and ban you from entering for 2 weeks.

:bulletblue: When RolePlaying in the chatroom, DO NOT GODMOD. This has become a large issue here, and we are going to start cracking down on it. You will receive two warnings if you are caught godmodding, and upon the third, you will be banned from the chat for two weeks. The fourth time risks permanent banning.
:bulletblue: Also on the subject, roleplay somewhat realistically. Your character will not always know what is going on or where people are. Respect other roleplayers, and realize the difference between out of character and in character actions and speaking.

Here at Organization Eternal, we like to think of ourselves as an easy-going bunch, especially in comparison to some of the stricter Organizations out there. However, we do have a set of rules that we insist you adhere to.

:bulletpurple: One original Nobody character
:bulletblack::pointr: Being an Organization fan club, it goes without saying that you need a human-form Nobody original character in order to join. By original character we do mean ORIGINAL. They cannot be related in any way to any Square Enix character, ESPECIALLY none of those in Kingdom Hearts.
:bulletblack::pointr: We also want to avoid looking or acting like these characters. For instance, don’t have your character have blue Axel hair. Just because you changed the color doesn’t make you original. Make your own character; don’t just alter someone else’s to fit your needs.

:bulletblack::pointr: Your character needs to have their original name anagrammed with an “X” and a title that represents them. For instance, Xigbar’s title is “The Freeshooter.”
:bulletblack::pointr: Your character needs to have an original element. This element cannot be the same as another member’s, or clash to heavily with it. If it overlaps, we will tell you to change it, so be careful. When choosing your element, check the Official Members List to make sure that your choice element has not already been claimed. Also, pay attention to the bottom of the list. There are certain elements we will not allow you to have so make sure you’ve read the banned power list.
:bulletblack::pointr: Your character needs an original weapon as well. We do not allow any of the weapons of the original Organization XIII, and this does include the Keyblade.
