Why exactly have I been gone??
Several reasons! (Almost all of which are top-secret)
1. School!
2. Got a laptop that blocks the dA submission page!
3. Too lazy to use a computer that isn't in my room!
4. I got braces!
5. I wanted to give all my poor watchers a break!
6. I checked back once and was overwhelmed by the pile of messages (which I also can't see on my laptop)!
7. I now have 145 deviations and 79 messages in my message center!
8. I was too busy masturbating!!!!!
9. I was cultivating a new business plan! (Damn you, braces!)
10. Did I mention laziness?!

On a more serious note,
One idea I had was a collaboration with an artist in another field who has the time, resources, and talent to do what I can't. Of course, in this equation, I'd be the sappy designer to their below-minimum-wage-paid Chinaman. SOUNDS GOOD, DUNNIT??
I was thinking along the lines of a doll, since I luvvers dem so muchly, but I'll go with anything that won't cost me money.

Last time I checked, Sephora's publicity photos weren't in goddamned Wikimedia Commons.

As I told dA, after about ten minutes' research:

To my knowledge, I've never had my art stolen (though I have some unfortunate friends). But there's something about taking a part of what someone is--which is true art--sickens me. And then, to try to make a profit off of your debauchery, by making it available as a print? Are you kidding me? If my parents weren't sleeping, it scream at this girl for her morals.

She claimed her mother created the looks--each and every single one, including those made by a male makeup artist--and that she photographed them. If you go through her gallery, the styles are eclectic beyond belief. I'm very gullible myself, but I know a scoundrel when I see one. I feel badly for any people she's tricked into buying prints from her (hopefully no one).

Please comment with your opinions on art theft.
