yesterday our country chose its next leader, barack obama. whether or not you support the outcome, you must admit we have come a long way as a country. we have elected our first black president, when just a few decades ago blacks were discouraged from voting in the first place.

we have come so far, but we have such a long way to go. there wer a number of ballot initiatives in multiple states to determine things like gay marriage laws. in almost every one of the gay rights related referendums, gays lost marriage and adoption rights. as i write this, prop 8 in california, a referendum to decide whether homosexuals can marry or not and what happens to existing unions between same sex couples, is still too close to call.


hopefully i will live to see a day where all americans, black, white, gay, straight, male, female, will all have the same exact rights and oppourtunities that every other american has.

i have two offers from friends for being roommates, its either going to be brian and his bf or courtney and her bf. either wud work out great. but it wont happen until like june, meanwhile i must make the trek from belgium to milwaukee everyday.

i started working again yesterday, it was the first day in like 3 weeks that i worked. it was at kohler bestbuy, because i cant get in at grafton or fox point

i bought bose companion 3 speakers yesterday. if ever you need speakers-- for ANYTHING -- go with bose. the sound quality is phenominal. i went with the companion 3 instead of 2 because it has a sub (tho the bass response from the 2 is quite good as well, i just wanted more) i had bose earbuds already and i was hooked.

school is going good-- sorta. i think im gonna end up switching my major. im in computer electronics right now... i like computers, but its more circuitry and shit that i have no interest in watsoever. i think im going to try for business management (something i actually understand. im going to talk to my manager and ask her how she got to where she is now in her career)

other than that, i really like this city. pretty much everything is within walking distance, and if it isnt i can take the bus for free with my student pass. i cant wait to move here. yay for milwaukee.


i havent really posted much of anything lately... i think its a combination of lack of motivation and lack of time. i have plenty to post (alot of it from florida still) but i just havent found the motivation to actually edit and post it.

i start school on aug 25th and im not looking forward to it. mainly because i have to get up at the asscrack of dawn to catch a bus to milwaukee. i also do not want to do any homework. lazy, yes, but when i have a job i really dont want anything else that take up time.


my last day at kohler bestbuy was last saturday, and i have yet to be transferred. ther having issues finding an opening for me at fox point. this is total horse shit because theyve known about it since february, yet none of my managers contacted anyone at the other store to work things out. and like for 2 weeks before my last day i kept asking when my first day wud be at fox point, and they said just to call and ask, turns out i was never put on the schedule, and noone ther knew anything about it. i kinda feel like ive been left hanging.


im still in need of an apartment (i had to suspend my search until i know my job situation) my roomate isnt happy with anything weve found so far. i think i need a new roommate. shes going to a different school than me and we have to try to find a place part way between our schools. id like a roomie who is going to either matc downtown or uwm or marquette, because then we can actually agree on a location.


i met someone i really like. well actually ive had my eye on this person since they started at bestbuy a few months ago. it wasnt until my last day ther that i actually grew the balls to let them know i was interested. it went well, ther interested too, BUT ,theyve been holding out for someone else for quite a while. so i kinda have to wait my turn. the two are going on a date tonight i guess, and if it doesnt work out i get to take over.

anyway... im moving to milwaukee in august and put an on graigslist for roommates to share an apartment with.

besides me, there will be 1 guy and 2 girls. they all have jobs.

one of the girls is a lesbian and the other is a teacher.

we are looking for an apartment near downtown with 2 or 3 bedrooms for under 700 a month. not too expensive considering the bill will be shared between 4 ppl.

i found that it was cheaper to just buy 4 gigs ram from newegg than it wud be to get preinstalled so only 2 gigs actually come with the thing

ive been tinkering with linux.
i installed the newest version of ubuntu on a spare drive. its not bad, starts up quickly, good bundled apps. the only problem, no driver for my wifi adapter, therefore no internet, therefore no downloads of things like other apps or codecs.
once i move out i will have a wired internet connection and it wont be a problem.
windows is still better.

id like to play around with mac OSX but ther are no virtual machine apps that allow mac to run on windows, and OSX cant be installed on a pc. and im not buying a mac.

it was good

the bus ride sucked--27 hours nonstop each way between wisconsin and florida


my favorite thing was the world showcase at epcot... each building represented a country and had store that sold things from that country. my favorite was japan. i got some kick ass chopsticks, candy and soda. im pissed i didnt get to go to all of the countries because it was late but yea.

i took a total of about 703 pictures. i still need to sort them and delete the bad ones.


at festival bay mall i dropped like $70 at hot topic. i got the new afi shirt, new afi hoodie, and afi hat and a blaqk audio shirt. i spent about $200 total during trip. yes i love davey LEAVE ME ALONE.

we ate at hardrock twice, it was good. the first time we ate there paramore was going to be performing that night but the show was sold out already. if it wasnt sold out me and courtney would have tried to go. its ok, today i found out there going to be at summerfest in milwaukee this year.

i got a new digital camera. but before we go into details, il share the events that lead up to the need for a new camera in the first place.:

ok so today i got home from my first day of finals and was bored and was talking to on messenger

so then we drive up to sheboygan to find thicoffee place that / talks about
its on indiana ave and we cant find it so weer driving through this shitty area of sheboygan a bunch of times to find this coffee shop and we cant find it.
we eventually gave up and went to eat at the golden chopsticks (turns out we passed the z-spot like 3 times)

and then like right before we got to the restaurant i realize i dont have my camera. no big deal, i musthave left it at home wen i had to change my wet shoes.

but then i got home and discovered that... it wasnt ther

I LEFT IT IN THE FIELD! it prolly fell out of my pocket whilst running like a drunken retard back to the schmexy taurus.

so we drive back to the field to try and find it. my footprints wer no longer even visible.
the snow that had fallen was reallylight and drifted really well an it covered up my footprints from earlier so i dint even no wer to start looking cuz i had no path to follow.

so there i was again trudging through the foot of snow to find this piece of shit camera. never found it.

we stopped at a highway oasis near the WI-IL border and i ordered a mocha frappuccino at the starbucks...
first, they were out of the mocha base so i asked if they had the light base and they did , so i just settled for that.
second, the first one i got had no coffee in it. at all it was just the base and milk and ice. it tasted like frozen sugar free hot chocolate... so i sent it back and had the dude fix it. then i got it back nd it was much better... how do u miss the coffee part? thats the most important ingredient, it wasnt even the right color. plus it cost $4. anywhere else it costs $3.50.

12 ounce bottle of aquafina (ew) was $3 at the theatre. [i normally pay like $5 for 24-half liter bottles of ice mountain (yum) at the grocery store]

marcus theatres finally agreed to show the movie in its theatres after some stupid disagreement with paramount (i think it was paramount studios anyway)


i normally dont like musicals (except south park movie anyway) but this was so good

i get to go with the choir to see wicked down in chicago / said it was a really good play but a horrible book adaptation

ill get to see for myself on wednesday

we get to eat at ed debevicks afterword too which is cool i havent eaten there in years because the one in milwaukee closed down

its like 50s style and the waitstaff acts really amazingly obnoxious "what the fuck do YOU want" sorta thing [prolly without the fuck word]

i saw them at summerfest last july with courtney it was the most amazing thing ever

omfg they are so awesome live. ther are alot of bands that just dont do well live--afi isnt one of them

i really hope they come to summerfest again next year. or even blaqk audio wud be fucking awesome too

i borrowed the new live AFI cd [i heard a voice] from courtney and i let her borrow the dvd of the same concert

when i turn 18 in april im going to get my lip and eyebrow pierced and maybe get a tatoo

she told us that she took a pregnancy test and it was psitive and then she went to the doctor to confirm

supposedly she got a sonogram and the doctor told her she was about 4 weeks pregnant she never showed us proof of the supposed ultrasound tho

in my last journal like a few weeks ago i said i would start posting my madison pics.

it is the end of the quarter at school and they feel the need to cram endless projects down our throats

i had to finish 1984 in like 2 days (i was given 9 weeks but i only got a quarter of the way through (300 page book)--i resorted to pirating a copy of the audiobook because ther wud be no other way for me to finish it in 2 days (i have school all day and a job and i do require sleep))

thats not the end of it... i had to finish a project for the book in 1 weekend

madison, though amazing, is full of weirdos

first, theres a lot of bums in madison on state street asking for change

also on state street, there was a guy just sitting there smoking a joint... hmm

other than that walking down state street is fun theres alot of nifty little shops and stuff.

then last night when we got back to the hotel at like 11pm, within five minutes of walking in the door, somebody was knocking on the door.
i open the door and theres these 2 women in like there early twenties saying that weer right above them and that it sounds like walking around. but we didnt fucking do anything. and then we shut the door and my mom says "i have no idea what shes talking about, we just got here" and then i told my mom that they can prolly still hear us and then i hear the bitch outside the door saying yea i can still hear u. and then she continued to bitch and then i finally told her to go away and go back to her room. but apparently im not allowed to say that to her because my mom bitched at me and told me to be quiet meanwhile the skank outside the door threatened to break my fucking teeth in.

i opened my mouth because:
1) my mom is really bad at dealing with people like that [shes too fucking passive and doesnt yell loud enough]
2)the bitch was on the other side of a door that was made of metal, and was secured by a lock and a deadbolt, and one of those things that only lets the door open a few inches.
3)even if the cunt did manage to gain entry into the room, im 17 and she cant touch me [and technically she can be arrested for assault of a minor when she threatened to break my teeth in]
4)im like 6 inches taller than her.

but then the rest of the night everyone was fucking bitching at me because i said something. but if i didnt say anything my mom would have just not said anything that wasnt retarded she would have just gone on and on about how we just got there.

so yea for some fucking retarded reason im the bad guy

and a new computer mouse [my old one ate wall] the new one is kick ass its a razer deathadder and i got it at bestbuy. fyi: NEVER BUY A WIRELESS COMPUTER MOUSE they are a pain in my assholes. my old one was wireless it sucked ass and gave me problems so i threw it at a wall because it refused to work correctly.

before the game we had a pep rally and a parade

then after school me and emerson and his gf decorated our cars with window paint in the amsterdam beach parking lot

then we went to fifth quarter

then i drove everyone back to belgium

i tried to reflash the BIOS but the program downloaded and installed THE WRONG BIOS thus bricking my computer. the motherboard had to be sent to the factory in california to be reflashed. its basically a problem that can be fixed but requrires the proper equipment. anyway it was supposed to be back by last friday according to the customer service guy i talked to on the phone. still dont have it

the point is all my operations were on that computer and i cant use it until i get the motherboard back. all my data is still there, the mishap did nothing to the hard drive or anything else i just cant use the computer for the time being.

i currently stuck using our first computer; a 7 year old windows 2000 box with a pentium 3 processor and 128 megs of ram (most new computers have at least one gig of ram, 8 times more than this thing. mine has 2 gigs.) so yea going from vista to xp sucks; vista to 2000 sucks worse. it just doesnt have the tools and conveniences that vista has.
and the camera doesnt work with 2000.

black friday-(the day after thanksgiving when many people start christmas shopping. called black friday because it is good for the stock market [black is positive, red is negative]) i just think its fun going to the mall wen there are thousands of people ther.

christmas- money, gifts, food, family, the christmas trees, christmas eve at either my uncle rock's house or mine and christmas day at aunt nancys house. im an atheist so all christmas is to me is music, family, food and gifts. i know all the stories of the birth of christ and everything that goes along with that. i just see them as fictional and/or embelished. mary was most definitly not a virgin and she was not raped by an angel. and christ was not devine. he certainly had a following and was an incredible person but a person.

the day after christmas- the day wen people once again flood the malls to return or exchange gifts. some people think its wrong to return a gift, but i see an unwanted gift as a more creative version of a gift card. usually the day after christmas u dont need a reciept, u just need to know where the thing came from and that store will give you in store credit so you can get watever you want. otherwise thing thing you got will just either end up in the next rummage sale or sit in the back of your closet collecting dust and that would just be a waste. if i gave someone a gift , i would want them to return it and get watever they want if they didnt like wat i gave them.

im really looking forward to webmasters and current events in the first semester
and microsoft office II and world of foods in the second semester

and also of course looking forward to band. we are going to a badger game in madison like the first week of school and then in aprill we are going to florida. other than that i just really love band. doing pepband stuff for football games and basketball games is pretty fun too


this is my senior year and im hoping it turns out nicer than junior year

im currently looking at colleges and will more than likely be attending MATC for a computer related degree. i dont know yet if i wanna transfer to a four year college and pursue a bachelors degree in computer science but if i do decide to go that route i wud like to transfer to either MSOE or UWM or maybe UW Madison. but yea all that is still being thought over and over again in my head.

i applied for a cashier position but they want to have ppl over 18 working that job so the manager doesnt have to be called out everytime someone buys liquor. [we have state and federal laws prohiting anyone under 18 from selling liquor or beer] its a retarded law because they are in sealed containers so yea. but wats retarded even more is the fact that we can stock them on the shelves and do watever else we just cant physically scan them.

i will be making 7 dollars an hour [compared to 6.50 washing dishes] but am told i will be getting raises and watnot [also wat i was told wen i applied at curley in june of last year. noone has gotten a single raise]

i dont yet know if i will be completely quitting at curleys
it all depends on how many hours i will get at the grocery store

i will prolly tell afla and pete that if the need help with a big party or if a bunch of ppl quit and/or get fired like wat happened in may that i can fill in and be a dishwasher and/or busser

i think im actually gonna miss working at curleys tho
i really hate washing dishes and peeling onions and cutting croutons and cleaning up litteral shit off the bathroom wall, i really like almost all of the people i work with

i finished my school shopping

i only spent about 70 dollars total at office max and then spent 50 on shoes at rogans in sheboygan i love that place its right on taylor drive next to where the walmart used to be
the shoes are cool ther adio and ther red and black and have cool sparrows on them.
i got 3 pairs of jeans at bayshore [one at american eagle and the other 2 at pac sun] i love the jeans at pacsun and ther reasonably priced too [2 for 55] AE is overpriced but i do like ther jeans. abercrombie really sucks who the fuck spends 80 dollars on jeans?

yessterday i went to mayfair with courtney. that was fun. i got 2 tshirts at hot topic a new afi shirt and a p!atd shirt i finally used up that giftcard thats been in my wallet since christmas. i wanted a blaqk audio shirt but they wer out of my size. courtney got her fugly pants she needed for work at gap. we did some ppl watching and made fun of clothes at like abercrombie.

then on the way home we stopped at bayshore and went into trader joes which is pretty cool [grocery store] and before we left we went into alterra for amazing coffee [so much better than starbucks] i felt special cuz i was the last customer of the day.

i just hope this year turns out better than last year

junior year was a fucking nightmare

mostly because of a bitch who:

called me like every day
made things up and/or stretched the truth to make ppl think things that wernt true
threatened me with glass
attacked me physically

was just plain embarrasing to be associated with in any way

by the time the 08 elections come around i will be old enough to vote but i think this will be a difficult election for the country

i was looking at the various websites of the various candidates and noticed a a few things

first of all, all of the republican candidates oppose gay marriage which isnt at all suprising but what suprised me is that the democrats neither supported nor opposed it. most of them made no mention whatsoever on that particular issue. my guess is that they do not want to piss anyone off: if they say they support it, the god pleasing sheep also know as voters will not vote for them. if they say they oppose it they will also not likely get the vote, therfor they make no mention of it.

one thing all the candidates had in common was the unnecesarily long winded explaination of where they stand on the issues. like instead of sayibg they are pro life or prochoice they go off and stretch it into a whole paragraph that gives no more information than the fact that they are prolife

at this point i really dont like any of them


ideal president:

pro life - except in cases of rape or incest or if going through with the pregnancy could harm the mother. or if the fetus is deformed or has a defect that would not let it live very long after the birth.

opposes an amendment banning gay marriage in all states - (or the equivalent) who really cares if it is called marriage? as long as said partnership provides the same legal benefits as a traditional marriage.

actually gets something done in iraq - i am opposed to the troop withdrawl for a few reasons. one of them being the collapse of any progress we have made in the last 4 years. i think we can all agree that george bush has accomplished very little. he started something he cannot finish. if we pull out now, iraq will spiral into a civil war and will most likely fall to terrosist entities or another dictatorship.

will fight to end the threat of global warming in a sensible way - you cant expect the american people to start driving smart cars or not driving at all. we have not built a new nuclear powerplant in decades and i think now is the time. it is a clean source of energy for areas that donot recieve sufficient amonts of sunlight year round to make solar powerstations completely viable. though i wud support use of solar energy where there are sufficient amounts of sun light year round such as in neveda. its also time to build more wind stations. who the hell cares if birds fly into the blades? if there dumb enough to do that they deserve to get chopped up. survival of the fittest byotches.
if every small town had one or two wind powered generators so much energy could be saved.

supports the 2nd amendment - i think all law abiding citizen should have the right to own firearms. i also support the right to carry concealed weapons for personal protection as long as the carrier has no criminal record. guns do not kill people. people kill people. if guns kill people, that also means spoons made rosie odonell fat.

will work to improve our nations schools - our inner city schools are decidedly bad. the school you go to should have nothing to do with you race. there is no reason kids shud have to be brought to school by bus when there is a closer school for no reason other than to "diversify" the school population. they sud go to the school closest to there home, or also have the right to choose for themselves which school to attend.

public school sex ed programs - shud not consist of abstinance only lessons but rather safe sex practices and relationship help. because u know wat? the kids who are going to have sex regardless of what the teacher says are going to be having it without protection or anything. some idiots also think that anal wont result in pregnancy. well yea it can thats wat a butt baby is, duh. so yea obviously not enough is being done.

supports stem cell research - using stem cells from embryos set to be destroyed anyway. why are we putting masses of cells before the millions of sick americans that will benefit from the cures they cud one day provide. they are not lives they are clumps of cells in tubes.

then i went to walmart with my dad and when we got home we had to wash all of the cars with the new carwash stuff we got at walmart. btw, never buy the autodry mr clean carwash kit, it is absolute garbage and a waste of 15 dollars (luckily my dad paid for it ^_^) when we wer done the cars looked just as bad and they had been before we washed them, -a few bugs on the front but thats only because i scrubed it with a brush and some soap.


then i made beer brats ^_^

i think i used 4 cans of beer and 1 onion. then i boiled the brats and the onion in the beer until they wer done, then i put them on the grill to brown them--they wer yummy.
we like the johnsonville brats but you pretty much can only get them in wisconsin (and maybe northern illinois) if you dont like brats, its prolly cuz uve never been to wisconsin, the brats sold elsewhere are horrible.

then i had to finish my damn english project

jenny schmidt aka xxlonelyxgurlxx is a psychotic loser who will say anything for attention.
the bitch got into my email account changed my password and started emailing people from my account say that i was gay and liked this guy in my class that we call friberg.
she claims to be a lesbian but noone believes her (mainly because she did her male cousin) and because she is [or was] on like 7 different medications for various psychotic disorders but her brilliant doctors decide to take her off all but her allergy meds. and now shes more irrational than ever.

she follows me to my classes and started threatening me in emails [i retook control of my account]

shes threatened suicide and now i say let her. its her decision and i wont stand in her way.
