Anime Central 2008 Convention
"Waah! 7 days away. I can't believe it!"
The anime club from my school is venturing to ACEN2008 in Illinois. We have about 13+ people going. Me and some peoples in the club are cosplaying Garaa of the Funk, Sasuke, Sakura, and the log, and others are doing Hare and Guu! Another friend of mine is cosplaying Ed from Full Metal Alchemist.....but my costume isn't finished yet.

I'll be sure to post some pictures, if they're decent! ;)

~This drama is sooo cute! I'm on episode 7 now. I like that it's straight from the manga Hana Kimi. I haven't had a chance to watch the Japanese drama though. Some say it's even better.

1. I have a “thing” for green beans. It’s like gold jewelry is to a lady, except I eat it. Green bean casserole is heavenly….yum!
2. Classical music is very cool. I like to listen to it a lot, especially romantic works. I play the piano. It's very challenging.

3. Obsessed with anime and manga. It’s like drugs. I was able to watch all the way to Naruto Shippuden! I’m so proud of myself!
4. I have a weird habit of standing up and running around. I don’t like sitting in chairs for too long. It gets on my nerves for some reason.

7. I have bad skin, especially around my hands. It’s all dry. Time to get the lotions.
8. Last but not least, I have selective vision and selective hearing. Like when I’m walking in a hall, I’ll only look straight ahead instead of all around, so some of my friends smack me on the head at school. Selective hearing is like when people’s voices start fading or make dulled nonsense words like in Charlie Brown when you can never hear what the adults are saying.

On a sad note...

My brother just got an expander. He's in 3rd grade. I feel bad for him. I've gone and finished my orthodotic nightmare. It's hard for him to eat anything, so he eats bottles of strawberry yogurt to compensate. Now he has a wider range of foods but it's still nothing.

I shall teach myself to sew this summer! So far I've mastered the easiest stich...the backstich!! ooooooh! I've managed to prick my leg somehow. I shouldn't wear shorts near needles.

My anime club at school gave me Sasuke to cosplay when we go to Animecen08 because I volunteered to be a dude. Personally, I think Sasuke is a big doodie, but I'll just overcome my bias. I wasn't sure whether to do his blue outfit or his black one. So many choices!

Explorin Mammoth cave in Kentucky at the beginning of August...so far away!! Can't wait!
