News that you probably don't care all too much about in order of most recent to not as recent:

I have acquired two new computers to replace one of my old ones which crashed. Due to some stroke of luck, I got them both for free.
I installed Ubuntu on one and added one gig of ram to the other and plan to allocate it for the utilization of Apo.
gave me a very nice calendar for Christmas. Other gifts i received included a trip to California with my step family that was rather enjoyable except for the last day wherein there was a two hour argument over (not kidding) my stepsister started yelling (yes yelling) at her fiancee for making scrambled eggs wrong. This escalated to a shouting match involving everybody, save my self, about many pointless things.
I have a girlfriend now. Not going to say more about that other than she is exceedingly awesome.
That's about it, nothing overly exciting.

Fear not dear watchers. I have not died, I was merely on an expedition to explore the Scutum-Crux arm of this galaxy. Much to my dismay, I found that warp-capable interstellar star ships have Solaris based operating systems, and thus are incapable of running apo, although I have to say that a computer that is as big as my house would render some incredible fractals. But alas, I must use my small computer to render.
I probably won't have any fractals up until after Christmas because I am making fractals as gifts and I don't want to spoil the surprise.

I have wicked bad jet-lag because I was in California yesterday. Now I am back home on the east coast. Despite the epic jet-lag, I am happy because I am now the proud owner of a Moog Etherwave Thermin. As soon as I learn how to play it, I will be playing it in the band I started with SakuraBlossom13 called, "The Broken Wheelchairs".

On a completely different note, I've figured how to do fractal art based off of peoples phone numbers, birthdays, etc. If you send a note to me that includes a sequence of 4-20 numbers that you would like me to make a fractal pattern from, i would be happy to comply. I tried it with one of my friends phone numbers and it looks really cool. I promise I won't call you.

P.S. I don't know why, but the fractal seems to look cooler if the numbers are significant to somebody.

This means I will have to use my battery eating demon of an old camera.

Two exciting things did happen though; I got a new red Nokia 6555, and I ordered a webcam about 10 minutes ago, that is supposed to get here on Wednesday. ONE MORE THING! I also found the band that did the song in the dance scene of Napoleon Dynamite, they are called Jamiroquai. I leave for the Technicolor Wonderland on the 14th.

Just last week my Boston Acoustics computer speakers of nine years failed along with the card reader for my camera. On Wednesday, my speakers came in they are freakin sweet. Got me some shiny black Logitech speakers with a separate sub-woofer. They are so nice, if my old speakers were a Ford Pinto, these speakers would be a F-35 Lightning fighter jet.

Apart from those I got a book. It's called John Dies at the End. The entirety of the book is available free online at this website for anybody who wants to read it. [link] .

I should be getting a camera before my next picture taking expedition, so expect improved picture quality if I do indeed get it. I will be leaving for California in June and will be back and have pictures up by June 20th.
