Whoohoo!



We're finishing up with the plotting for the main story and then we're going to finalize some things. If all goes well, we should be looking into getting it picked up in 2010 and hopefully start filming by the end of that year.

The show has some really dark elements to it, but it also has some great psychology aspects to it as well. It is very slow paced so that the viewers can get to know the characters and see how things develop throughout the course of the story.

I really hope that we get this out soon. It's the biggest and best project that I have worked on so far ( perhaps even the best one I will ever work on, but I can't really say. ). I am so excited!

Unfortunately, the name we wanted for our company seems to be taken, so we're going to have to think of something else... I'm sure we'll come up with something. I'm trying to come up with something with certain initials ( which is rather dorky, I might add ), but it's pretty hard to do. Actually, I don't know what initials I want at this point, but I know I would like the name to be reasonably dorky, at least. Dorky is quite fitting.

...I also think I could have said all of that better, but enh. It's time to party!

I'm really lucky to have such awesome family members... We don't always agree and we're not even "together" as a family officially anymore, but I don't care. I love 'em all.

As for my projects, I love them so much as well... They are my future and one of the biggest things my life revolves around... So even if I never make it big ( Which I doubt, honestly. You guys should totally see my writer's work. *drools* ), I will never stop thinking about my ideas.

We have a new project that we're working on a bit as well. If it picks up a bit, we'll have two major projects and a few minor ones. That should be enough to work on for the time being.

So yeah.

I just wanted a new journal entry and so I decided to gush about my family and projects.

I hope you all are doing well!


Edit ( 02-11-2009 ): I refer to ~revell as my writer, but she is also working on the projects themselves. The main projects are just as much hers as they are mine. I'm really irritated because of something that happened to me here on DA dealing with...politics, of all things. And I'm too much of a wuss to discuss it on the complaints forum, so I will put it here... If you don't want to 'hear' it, feel free to ignore.

Okay, so I am currently leaning towards the Obama/Biden side as far as the election goes (no surprise, really. I tend to lean toward the liberal side) and sometimes go to look at things involving them as well as stuff on the other party.

Well. I came across a Sarah Palin stamp. ( No link, because I'm not trying to start anything. Just venting. ) I usually don't comment when I disagree with something - once in a while I will, but I usually don't - but the way the person was behaving made me feel compelled to...

Basically, someone brought up the fact that she is for the hunting of wolves and, by doing so, caused a little scuffle. The creator of the stamp proceeded to call her a dumbass because "you can't hunt Wolves in the USA" and said that she should read up on stuff before she talks to her again.

I looked it up and found some interesting things on it. Like the fact that Palin supports a "predator control" program so that the moose and caribou populations will grow and they can have more animals to hunt. In fact, to encourage the killing of wolves, they're offering $150 for one of the forelegs of every wolf they kill. It is possible that the information isn't 100% correct, but the sources seemed reliable enough... I posted a few links in a comment to the stamp creator to show that I found some articles on the subject, as she seemed to believe that Palin could not support such a thing. If you (general you) like wolves, which I believe the creator of the stamp may, I would think you would like to make sure the candidate you want to vote for isn't going to treat them like that.

I also left a comment for the person who first talked about it and said that I know what she was talking about, because I felt a bit bad for her...

I was nervous after I posted the comments, because I figured that the person who made the stamp was going to yell at me... That's never fun. But I felt like I had to make a point, so... I checked a little while ago to see if she added any comments and found out that she hid my comments. Which may not be so bad if she hadn't left one by someone else that said "FUCK NO" on it. That's all it said! So it wasn't the fact that I disagreed with her, because others had done so before me. It was because I posted links to possible facts that she didn't like. She didn't even discuss with me that they were not true or that the source wasn't reliable or anything like that! All that tells me is that she can't believe her precious princess could ever do such things and to prove it, she's going to...hide the comments. Yeah, that'll make it untrue.

What's the matter, dear? Isn't that what you wanted?

Can any of you please inform me as to why anyone would actually vote for McCain/Palin? Seriously. I want to try to figure this out, because I've watched some of the things that others have and they said "McCain won that debate!". Huh? What are you talking about? Did I miss something? "20 years ago, I talked to a woman who lost a son to the war" stories do not count as "plans" or "ideas". Look Before You Place Your Hands Down

So a few weeks ago I went to Six Flags with my family (excluding my dad) and a couple of friends and had a rather...special experience. It began due to the frustration of dealing with my old crappy batteries that don't hold the charge very well anymore... I was trying to get the batteries to work and nothing I did was helping. I didn't really want to go to the theme park for the rides, as I am not much of a roller coaster fan, so my main reason for going was to take pictures. Needless to say, I was not pleased. My mom was being nice about it and offered to buy me batteries when we got a chance.

The chance arrived when the others went to go on a ride and we informed them that we needed to visit a gift shop to purchase the batteries. So we went there and looked at the batteries, which had no price, so my mom had to ask the guy who worked there.

As she asked him, I walked over to the battery area and looked at the merchandise, thinking to myself and placing my hands down on the counter like area. Suddenly there was a sharp pain in my hand. I was so shocked by it, I didn't know what to do. I pulled my hand away and looked down at the area to see a squirming wasp. Apparently I put my hand near or perhaps even on the thing and I think it stung me! I never really got a good look at my hand, so I don't know if there was ever a stinger involved, but it was hurting like a bitch for an hour or so... I don't think they can bite and the wasp squirming against my hand wouldn't cause long lasting pain. I was taken to the first aid area and this guy put something on it for me. I hadn't looked at my hand up until that point because me made me look at it. When it comes to injuries like that, I tend to avoid looking at it. It freaks me out too badly, I guess...

So yeah. At Six Flags, ~phantompanther has wasp sting her. [ "In Soviet Russia..." ]

If I remember correctly, that was my first sting from a wasp/bee and boy was it a stupid way to get it. I used to say that I have never experienced it before...

When it happened, I cried like a little baby and my mom wasn't sure what had happened. For a moment, she thought I was just being bratty about the batteries or something. XP; Nice.


Today's My Birthday

Indeed, the 27th of July is my birthday... This year I turn 23. Whoohoo and all of that jazz. o.o

Yesterday we went out to see The Dark Knight. It was pretty good. I usually don't exactly cheer for the good guys to kick someone's ass, because I'd rather them try to work out things with the opposing characters, but with that movie, I was getting frustrated with Joker and I literally said "Get him, Batman, get him!" quite a few times during the movie, especially the scenes involving the cars and trucks. ~revell knows. Anyway.

I had a lot of things to talk about, but I guess I'll get to them later. Instead, I'll cover a little bit of things and then finally get to do this thing that ~Aranka tagged me for a looong time ago.


First, I was wondering, is there anything in my gallery that you would like to see on products on my Zazzle account? I can't really do anything with the zoo photographs, as the zoo asks us not to use them for commercial purposes, but I can do things with my random photographs and photos of cats... If you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know.


This is random, but I put a manipulation I've made of Sean Bean as one of my original characters in my webcam spot. Sean Bean actually inspired this character, so that's why I often use him in manips for him. The character's name is Warren Hayes and used to be known as "War Hero" until I found a name for him. I have a drawing in my gallery of him... I would like to try to manipulate a stock photo of someone into him one day so that I can actually post it in my gallery.


I have a lot of plans... Let's see if I actually get to accomplish anything sometime soon... I've been talking to my parents about it a bit, but I don't know... Bleh.

1. When it comes to clothes, I shop in the men's section about 95% of the time. It's gotten so bad that when I made a few female characters for a project I'm working on with ~revell, I had to ask "Girls wear that, right?" I like big, baggy, comfortable clothes. I hate wearing dresses. Ugh.

2. Who loves soda? ~phantompanther loves soda. Is it true? Is it true? I do, I do, I do-ooo...! And on that note, I need that show on DVD so bad. ( For those who don't know what I'm talking about, it's a show that played on Nickelodeon called Kenan and Kel )

3. I love fandoms, but I get really frustrated with them sometimes. Two of the ones I get really frustrated with are The Phantom of the Opera and National Treasure.

I can't believe how much hate there is for the character Raoul. I haven't read the books, but from what I've heard of him and what I've seen of him in the movie, he's a pretty good guy. In the movie, he hasn't done anything seriously wrong. I think he has a slight issue with listening at times and can be a bit bland once in a while, but that's about it. He's sweet and courageous. A lot of people say he's a wuss and a fop, but he is NOT. Geez. Sure, The Phantom is sexy, but he's also possessive, unstable, and a murderer who doesn't seem to care that he is hurting people. I'm not saying people can't like him. I can see the appeal. I just wish people wouldn't act like he's some "innocent angel" and Raoul is the scum of the Earth. *bites random "phangirls" -gag-*

I've been waiting for a new one and my mom had to wait a while to make sure we could afford it... I finally got one yesterday. It's special and feels a bit strange to look at. It's a widescreen, I believe, and I'm trying to figure out a good setting to put it at so that the images display properly. At first everything was stretched out.

While it was down, I didn't log onto this account. I would only go on ~phantompanther-stock once in a while to try to chip away at all of the messages. o.o; I really didn't want to log onto too many things on ~WondersSecret's/my mom's computer, who were nice enough to let me use that computer while mine was down, so I only logged on a few things/accounts.

Thanks to Christmas, I've got a new mouse too. Yay, no more mouse glitches and restarting every ten minutes!


I have plans to do a lot of things. Hopefully I'll get to do them soon.


Hmm, what else? Oh, I've seen a few movies lately. Stardust, The Golden Compass, Hairspray, and Enchanted. I found them all to be pretty enjoyable, really. Of those, Stardust was probably my least favorite, but it had a few things in there to make me like it.


Not sure what else to say at the moment.

I've been sharing a computer and have been working on a large project, so I probably won't be able to be on very much for quite some time. So sorry about that. Also, my computer seems to be infested with viruses and/or spyware. Fun stuff.

I still want to post artwork and photographs - I have some that I've been wanting to post for a while now... Just don't know when I'll be able to...

I know I haven't been doing much to deserve it, but if you would like to help me and Lily ( the cat ) out, I have a few videos on a site that is supposed to pay me money if it gets a lot of views on it. I want to buy Lily an igloo thing to help keep her comfortable since she lives outside. It costs about $60-80.

I need 20,000 views to get paid $100. So far, the video with the most views has 6,287 views. So if it wouldn't be any trouble, would you please watch the video and share it with any of your friends that likes cats? The videos are short and are currently about cats and kittens.

...Maybe I should let you in on the rhino thing. Okay, so ~revell and I were at the zoo walking around. It was raining quite a bit when we were there so there were puddles all over the place. This kid in front of us was walking in them and then went up to who we believe was the kid's mom and the mom spanked her ( I think it was a girl. I only saw the back of her. o.o ) on the butt. It was really loud too! It happened so fast and we didn't expect it, so we thought it was funny, but were trying not to laugh. We couldn't hold it anymore and I think the lady started to turn around or something ( Not sure, but didn't want to take any chances ) and, in an attempt to not let her know we were laughing at that, we walked over to the rhino exhibit and I said quite loudly "That is a funny rhino". It wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the fact that the rhino was just standing there and the other people who were looking at it couldn't figure out why I thought it was amusing. That also kind of happened at the hyena exhibit because this little boy was making a really weird laughing noise to mock them and as soon as the kid left I busted out laughing and was talking about how hyenas are funny animals. Like I said, I'm special. Heh.

....Yay for blocks of text? Anyway, I'm not sure what else to say and shall leave it at that...

C H A R A C T E R S

I played around with a really fun character thing where you list 12 characters before you look at the questions and then you answer the questions. It was hard sometimes, but extremely amusing. I used original characters as well as fandom. Good times. I don't know if I could share them or not or even if you would understand them because it involves original characters that belong to me and ~revell.

I also started filling out a character question thing involving some of my original characters, but I realized it was a pretty stupid one. One of the questions was something like "Is your character attractive?" as if it was a fact, rather than an opinion. Attractive to who? Me? The other characters he hangs around with? Another question was "Is your character emo/goth?" and that makes me think that the person who made the questions was like 13-years-old or something. I'm surprised there wasn't a question about being a prep. XP One of my characters is a 47-ish year old man with half a metal face. I don't think he's emo/goth/prep/punk/etc. I don't even know if he would know what those mean. Then again, no one really seems to know. I don't think he even knows what it means when someone says someone is hot in a attractive way. I could totally see him wondering if someone should change the temperature of the room if he hears someone going "Ooh, that guy's hot!" I consider him to be reasonably smart though. He just doesn't talk like that.

Anyway, do you know of any other character and/or fandom type questions/quizes? I like those things. They're cool and get me thinking. And it's okay if it has questions like "Is your character attractive?" or even "Is your character emo/goth?"


C A T S

I was looking through some of my old photos yesterday and found around 50 (not an exaggeration. I have well over 20,000 pictures that I've taken between the two digital cameras we've had.) pictures of my cats that I would really like to post. Now, as you know, I'm trying to stray away from posting cat pictures to some extent because I don't want to be just a "cat lady" or whatever. I do other things too!

I've heard of other people making accounts to post just cat pictures and was considering doing the same, but that would mean I would have yet another thing to worry about... I wouldn't log onto it very often ( I hate logging into and out of accounts. ) and I don't think I would reply to the comments very often... But then I would feel like crap for not replying, you know? I'm still behind on this account and probably will always be...

So how do I share the photos without annoying myself/anyone and neglecting everyone? I don't think it's really possible...

I just haven't yet. Part of the reason is because a lot of what I have to post are cat photos and we all know I have enough of those. I'll post some of them anyway though. However, just like before, I'm going to try to post other kinds of things too.

One of the reason why I don't post as many different things is because I can't make what I want to. It doesn't come out right. Maybe it's a good thing though... I have a feeling most of the people who watch me wouldn't like some of the things I really want to make.

As for the money thing...

I applied for a job. I don't think I got it because of a complication my mom didn't know about. I was trying to work at the place my mom works because it would make things easier. I can't drive (Yes, I'm 21. Yes, I am aware that is pathetic.) and my mom was going to try to make it so we worked about the same time and would take me with her. I don't think I got it though. Which is kind of okay... It was a lose/lose situation for me. I wouldn't be happy if I got it or not. *shrugs*

I also uploaded some of my videos onto MetaCafe in hopes of making money. In order to do so, I have to have 20,000+ views and have a rating of at least 3.00. So far I have....2,000+ views on my most viewed video. Ah well, that's pretty good so far... Hopefully it will continue to get views.

I NEED, words can not even begin to describe how much I need, to find a good way of getting at least $100 a month. And although getting a "real job" is on the list, it is one of my last resorts, because I'd really rather not do that. Not only could it cause issues, but I'm really shy and, well, quite stubborn.

To help illustrate my shyness, I will give you an example. There's a place I love to eat at called CiCi's Pizza. The staff there are really nice and I usually can talk to them a little bit, but when I decided that I was going to ask for a job application, it took me at least 10 minutes just to get the courage to go up and ask and even then I absolutely terrified. Why? I DON'T KNOW. It's a mental thing, I think... Like, my neighbor is really sweet and has been trying to help me out, but I still get nervous talking to her... There are only a few people I can talk to and am pretty comfortable with, but even with them, I sometimes feel a bit awkward. Talking online is a little easier, because I type what I'm saying, so I don't have a chance to stutter or anything. But then, there's always typos... -.-; Those make me spaz sometimes. And sometimes the stuff online affects me...but not as much as the things in real life, I don't think...

The career I want to be in involves talking to LOTS of people and being in the spotlight, so I need to work on that really fast. And it involves giving directions. AHHH. Can you just see me? "G-Go over t-there...please...sir. Heh. "

Yay for being paranoid.

ANYway, I got really sidetracked. Um, the point is, do you have any suggestions on how I could make $100/month? Hopefully something that won't take up too much time, because I'm going to need to do other things that will be very time consuming... And then there's going to be times that I just want to relax and have fun... I was thinking about trying to do commissions, but I don't know how well that would work. And I've been wanting to do that sort of thing for years... That's one of my problems. I'm a thinker, not a doer. I plot out and imagine doing all kinds of stuff, I'm talking hundreds of things, but I rarely ever do them. I can't seem to motivate my lazy ass enough. And I also get really nervous and get discouraged very easily... In short, I lose.

Erm, right. Suggestions? Anything. You can even tell me to get a "real job". Just...anything. The more suggestions, the better. *hopeful*

My dad recently bought a TV card and can get videos onto his computer and yesterday we found a couple of videos that we were looking for of our cats as little tiny kittens! It has Syrus, Rema, and their four siblings. We called the other ones Cedric, Ginny, Cho, and Harry, but we had no idea what gender they were, so... I'm probably going to be posting some clips from the videos onto my YouTube account and was wondering if you all would be interested in them. Some of the video includes the kittens being very whiney. It's cute, amusing, and...can get a bit annoying, but their cuteness drowns it out some.

You see, I am absolutely addicted to a private RP that I'm doing with ~revell involving some of our original characters. Like, to the point of it being unhealthy. I'm sure I'll shake it off, but for now, everything I do revolves around it. Eating, sleeping, thinking... Everything.

...Well, not for the next week or so, because ~revell has to go on a trip. I think I might go insane. I mean, if I don't RP at all during the day, I consider it a bad day. ( That and if I don't get to drink a soda. *is weird* ). So, now I've got to try to figure out how to survive a week. So yes. Much video game playing and DA stuff for the next week.

Being lame is fun.

So I go to feed Lily some cat food in the morning because she usually wants to eat around 7:00am and I see four cats in our yard. Four. At once. I was just like . Haha! There was Lily, Moocher, Kip, and a cat that I'm pretty sure is Lily's mother who we called "Seamus" ( We pronounced it as sorta like seas-mus at the time ) back when we thought it was a boy. It was interesting because they all wanted food, but didn't get along with each other. Lily and Moocher come right up to me, but Kip and "Seamus" kept their distance. My dad would throw a fit if he knew I purposely gave them all food... I understand though, because he's the one who pays for it. I don't. I get about $20/month right now, so I don't have much money to buy things like that. Hopefully my new Zazzle products will do all right when they come out so I can buy the food myself and not feel bad about sharing it. I have a hard time chasing the other cats away because they're cute and I like to take pictures.

Speaking of "Seamus", I should be posting some pics of her soon. At least one of the recent ones I managed to take and an old one of her to see if you guys think it's the same cat. I know that the cat was Lily's mother, but I'm not 100% this cat is the same one. I think it is. I haven't seen it in quite a while though, so it's weird that she's been randomly showing up lately. She is kinda hard to take decent pictures of, because she doesn't really trust me, but it's not as hard as getting pics of Kip. Now that cat is special. It's kinda creepy when he looks at me with those huge eyes all "OMG!". That cat has seen me for months and I haven't done anything to it. *sigh* Big wuss. Whereas Moocher knew me for like a day or two and is ALL OVER ME when I go outside. But that might be because he was/is a house cat.


Um...yeah, anyway. Sorry that got kinda big. I know if that were me trying to read that, I would skim, because I'm a loser like that.

Enh, I might do that Christmas list thing that's been going around... Part of me wants to, but the other part of me doesn't. Hmmm....

And this is random, but I was going to make a random entry about music, but never got to it. So you get...cats...instead. I love variety.

[ Upcoming Submissions ]

If you haven't noticed, I've been trying to post things other than cat photos. I mean, I know some of you like them, but...well, honestly, I have a ton of them waiting in line to get added to my gallery. I'm just trying to have a bit of variety. Yes. I know I've said it before, but...I mean it?

I've also been trying to make stamps. I think I've gotten two of them that are ready, but I'm not quite sure if I like them or not. There's something bothering me about them, especially one of them. So I guess they're not really finished then.

Other things I've been working on artwise: Wallpapers, manipulations, pixel art, sketching, coloring sketches (this is the hardest one for me to make myself do. It's annoying.) and photography. Yeeeah, pretty much all at the same time.


[ Sketches ]

Heh, you know the Ten Free Sketches thing? I've been working on it. Really, I have. Not really happy with what I've managed to draw, but I'm working on it... I think everyone is going to get at least two sketches each (posted on the same submission), because I'm weird and indecisive like that.


[ Messages ]

I know I say this all of the time, but I'm trying to go through my messages. There was a point where I've had over 600 of them. That's just comments and faves. I'm not talking about deviations. Let's not go there, as I am pretty sure I've set some sort of record with that. .__. I've set my deviations up so that I shouldn't have that problem again, even if it does make me feel a bit guilty... Basically how it works is that I'm watching the deviations, scraps, and journals of the people who are listed on the bottom of my journal under watch list. For the others under "Other Cool People" and the link to the rest of my "watch list" is basically a quick link to their page so I can visit every so often...

Err, I didn't even get to my point for this part yet. I've been trying to comment back to at least 20 comments a day. Sometimes I manage to comment back on almost 50, if not more. So once again, I'm close to getting my messages into the 200's. I think it's been over a year since it's been that low. I was close to getting it there about two months ago, but then I did something kinda stupid and it shot up almost 100 and was staying around 375-400 for a while, even after I commented back on some of them.

What doesn't help is sometimes my messages page only shows the , journal, and notes part, when what I need the most is the comments. I don't know why that happens, but it's really frustrating.


[ Any Tips? ]

I've been working on a manip that has a concept that I really like, but I'm having trouble with it... I'm trying to make candle wax and melting candle wax, but am not quite sure how to pull it off, even with stock of it sitting right in front of me. I'm mostly having trouble with the melting wax part. I've tried using the actual stock, but it doesn't look right. So then I tried kinda drawing it and it seems like it might work, but it's still not quite there. I've looked at the candle wax photo and then to my manip and I can't really tell how to get my picture to look like the stock photo. I guess I just don't have an eye for catching detail... I've tried looking for a tutorial on DA, but couldn't find anything. Erm...any tips? *hopeful*

Before you comment/ask for one, I'd like to point out a few things... ( This isn't to scare you off, really. I just feel better if I mention it. I dunno why. They're not exactly rules either. )

-1- I post my sketches in scraps. Don't worry if you don't watch them, because I can give you a link once it's posted.
-2- My sketches look something like this: 01 // 02 // 03 // 04 // 05
-3- I have a really hard time drawing people. They usually come out looking really bad... So if you want me to draw a character who is a person, I can either give you a really bad human sketch or I could try to make you a human-animal morph thing. Anthro or quad. Example: 03 I can't say my anatomy will be good. My anatomy stinks for almost everything I draw.
-4- One to two characters, please. If you're not sure what you want, you can give me a list to choose from. That's what I did for ~feathered-feline and what I'd probably do for anyone else I'd comment for. XD; It was kinda scary, actually... *went overboard, as usual* ._.
-5- References are our friend. I will so much better with some sort of reference. Even if you don't have a character sheet, it'd be nice to give me something to work with.

Okay, now to the question...

How do you feel about bulk uploading? Like, if I posted 10 things in a day, would that make you mad, happy, etc? Or would you not care...? I'm asking, because I'm never really sure and I have a series of photos I'd like to post (about 5-8 or so) and I'd like to know if I should split it up on different days or upload them all at once. Uploading at once is nice, because of all of the copy-pasteing I will need to do, but I can see where that would be annoying. Also, what about posting a few things every day? Like, if one week I posted 2 things a day, making it 14 for the week?

I decided to try to finish up brushing my teeth and start up my computer at the same time. I put a bunch of water in my mouth and went to my computer. Before I turned on my computer, I needed to plug in something. I bent down and looked at where I needed to put the plug and noticed it was dusty. My first reaction was "Ew, I should blow on that." to make it cleaner, when it hit me. I'm glad I realized that would have been a really bad idea, otherwise... Water and computers do not mix.

I went to print out some tutorials/references and it wasn't printing out right! ARGH!


I'm still working on some more stuff... Today is going to be a really busy day.

I'm looking at photos in the Wild Animals Photography section and I keep finding really bad/sad photos... It's usually full of really good photos.

Here are some of the lovely things I've seen so far:

- Hunted animals. People posting them as if they're "trophies".
- Dead frogs. One smashed in the road and another just dead. I don't know what was wrong with it.
- Tigers in really tiny cages.
- Bull fighting.
- More dead animals.

I'm not gonna die or anything, but seriously, what the hell?


Edit: Oh yeah, I forgot to say... I heard that Steve Irwin was killed... It makes me sad. I hope it's just a rumor...

Edit The Second: Okay, it's true... He was killed by a stingray. I'm seriously trying not to cry right now...

I do. That's one reason why I'm waiting to post them. I'm going to go through the ones I'd like to post and pick my favorites. I'll try to lower it down some more.

I have tons of files in my folders for my digital camera stuff. I looked at the properties and it was about 25,000. Seriously. That's just digital camera stuff. Not things I saved off the web or things I've edited or anything. They're picture and video files. They're probably only about 200-1,000 videos out of that. The rest are pics. And out of that 100-300 photos were probably taken by the rest of the family. So about %99.5 of the photos were taken by me.

So that's why I have so many kitty photos.

Anyway, no matter how many I decide to torture you with upload, I'm probably going to wait before I upload most of them. I want to, no need to, upload some other stuff like doodles and pixel art. It'd be good for my gallery and any visitors that may come across it.

A lot of the new cat pictures are interesting though. At least I think so. They're funny and creepy. So some people might like them.


And...is DA messing up with the pageview counts on the main page or something? Or are my tiger pics "bringin' all the boys to the yard" ( ) ? 'Cause in the last like 3 days, I've gotten over 200 pageviews. For me, that's a lot. That's like 70 a day.

1. I tend to pace around, especially when I'm thinking/plotting. I really like to pace in decent sized circles around something. Like my living room. I refer to that as my "mouse wheel". I also walk around my neighbor's pool and probably look insane to the other neighbors if they see me.

2. I like to list things. A lot. I don't know why. Or perhaps I just think I need to...? I have no clue.

3. Sometimes when I'm in the middle of a conversation with someone, I'll go to say something, but accidently "announce" it like it's on the same topic as the other person. It's hard to explain. It's like, before I go to say what I'm going to say, I'll say one of those sentences that sounds like it's dealing with the same topic ( Like "Yeah, I know! And you know what else?" or something ) , but it has nothing to do with it.

4. When I was much younger, I would go up our stairs on all fours. I don't know why, but yeah. I don't think I did it in public though.

5. I used to want to get a machine that would allow me to make cartoon characters real. ....Yes. I don't know either. I even drew comics about it that featured some of my favorites characters. I'm trying to get my career together. That means that soon I will be on the computer less, which means I'll be on DA even more less. So my procrastination will only get worse...

I'm going to post a few more cat photos, I think... I know it's annoying and not very artistic or whatever, but I like them. That's one of the best things I have to offer. So...

And yes, that means I have a new camera. I don't like it as much as my old one... The best thing it's got going for it is the zoom. Besides, I'm running out of space on my computer, so I can't take that many pictures right now. I'm going to look into getting another harddrive.

Yes, I am a whore. And no, I don't do it because it will bring me page views. (I'd hope my submissions would give me page views, if anything) I'm just very obsessive. I can't help it.

And speaking of submissions. I realize that some of my older ones are not very good. Some of them are poor quality snap shots. I'll probably move some of them into the scraps section...

I saw a camera at Walmart that made me drool... It was really nice looking and had twice the amount of megapixels as the one I was using before! The price? ....$1,000.00.


~StealthScope has tagged me. So now I must list 20 facts about myself and then tag six people. Hmmm...


1. I don't like spirals with tear-out pages. If I wanted the pages to not be in a spiral, I would have gotten regular notebook paper. "Tear-out" pages make me feel weird. I like to use spirals to jot down stuff and keep them together. I also apparently like to make a big deal out of nothing.

2. If I could snap my fingers and become a male, I would do it.

3. I'm 20 years old and can't drive. Goooo me. -.-;

4. I have about 50 projects in mind. Drawings, emoticons, manipulations, projects that I owe people, etc.

5. I have quite a few stories in my head at the moment (It's like watching free, exclusive movies! ). I hope to one day write them out as a script and make them into movies. I'm running into several problems with this, of course... For one thing, my writing is horrid. For another... I don't want to go to school. I'm sorry, but I doubt it will help me. I have an idea on how I can get into the "business", but a lot of people would look down on it... It's the best way I can think of doing it, though.

6. I am rather materialistic (unforunately...). There are so many things that I would love to have... Including Flash, a few websites, DDR machine, and lots of random crap that I really don't need...

7. I want to cosplay, but I don't have anything to use for it. Whenever I get some money, I'm going to buy stuff for costumes. I acutally even considered shaving my head bald for Halloween this year so I could dress up like someone, but even if I did decide I want to do it, my mom won't let me... o.o; ( And, yes, I know they have things to make you look bald, but they suck. )

8. One day I hope to help out a lot of people and animals of the world... Seriously. I feel really bad about the things that go on and I wish to try to help fix it up some. I was thinking (Hoping, really. o_o) that I could do this after I get a few movies out...

9. My room is a mess. I have lots of toys (Like action figures), papers, and random little things scattered throughout it... I'm planning on making a shelf to try to clean it up some as well as to make a place for the fish tank I want to get.

10. I walk in circles around the living room almost every day. Seriously. We have it set up so that the couch, two chairs, and coffe table are in the middle of it and I like to walk around it... I tend to think better when I'm in motion, so when I plot my stories, I walk around the room. I've been known to walk around for hours at a time. ._.

11. I wonder if people think I'm a furry. I don't have a problem with furries. I actually think most of them are really cool. I just...am curious if people assume I'm one. I don't classify myself as a furry. The reason my name is "phantompanther" is because... 1) I needed a name. XD; 2) I like cats 3) I didn't want to just be called "Cat lover" or "Tiger Lady" or something like that. I tried to turn on the camera to try to take a picture of me crying (Yes, I know. How lame. ._.) and it wouldn't take it. Then all of a sudden a message came up and now it won't turn on or completely off.

According to the Kodak site:

" My Kodak digital camera displays an "E45" error message. What does this mean and how do I fix it?
This error message displays when your camera requires service or repair."

So...yeah.

If I post any more pictures sometime soon, it's because I have a bunch on my computer that I could post and some of them that are even ready to be posted if I wanted to post them...

I suppose in a small way, it's a good thing. It'll give me more time to work on other projects such as artwork, graphics, and emoticons... But still....

This is really going to hurt my stock account. *sigh*

I have been super busy over the last few weeks and it shall continue for I don't know how long...

Some of the things I have been doing and/or will be doing:

- Artwork for people on DA.
- Looking for work on DA.
- Trying to catch up with DA messages (Such as getting my 400 comments to 0. I'm currently in the 200's...)
- Taking and posting new photographs. My photography has improved a bit!
- Moving some of my old crappy pictures to scraps.
- Started a stock account. ( ~phantompanther-stock )
- Emoticons and artwork [examples] for simupets.com.
- Clubs and contests.
- Live Journal stuff. (Friends, icons, communities, etc)



As for the DA messages... I might have to just delete all of the submisson ones and try to keep up with the new ones... I'm sorry, but it looks like it's going to have to be that way...

The fact is °jark has been kicked out of the admistrative team. He was one of the FOUNDERS of DA! No one knows for sure what exactly happened except for $spyed, °jark, and maybe a few other people. The rest of DA is left in the dark and desperately want to know what is going on... It's probably because DA does something weird to my internet and freezes it... It's probably because of all the weird spyware crap that is hiding on my computer. ¬__¬;

I'm trying to get back on track with everything. I've made a little progress with my LJ and I plan on coming back the DA to try to catch up...

I took a pic of Rema today and I really like it. It's yet another close up picture... What can I say? I'm proud of those because they are hard to take...at least, for me they are. o__o

My computer is being taken over by stupid fuckers! They are spamming me and changing my settings on MY internet! For ex. my search engine is no longer Yahoo! It was Yoogee. Who the fuck is Yoogee? I highly suggest that you DO NOT go to that site. I have good reason to believe they are a big part of this! I bitched at them about their search enginge taking over and they made it so it's not anymore, but now Lycos is! Probably one of their little "buddies".

Here's a question, does anyone else see the "internet ptimizer" ads? That company is run by Yoogee and it's all over the DA site for me. I think it's taking over the banner ads that are suppose to be there.

I convinced my parents into letting me keep her! I have to get her fixed and vaccuum up the living room quite a bit. We took her to the vets today so she could get checked out and taken into the house! She's currently resting on the rug grooming herself.

Hee hee. Now we're meowing at each other. She's a cutie.

We saw a great dane at the vets. I had never seen one in real life before. It was cute!

Awww... Now Lily is on my lap.

Anyway, I'm happy!

Now I just have to get my parents to take me to Walmart to get a fish!

Edit: A pet fish! Not one for the cat. I want another betta!

Speaking of emotioncons, I tried making one. Well, another one. I like this one much better. I may even delete the old one. Problem is, the new one has white bits on the edge of it. I'm trying to fix it.

One reason why I haven't uploaded any artwork up is because my scanner is being an asshat. It's not working properly. I took pics some of my art and hoped that would work. It's okay, but I'd prefer to scan in my stuff. :/

I have been coloring something that I took a pic of. We'll see how that goes.

I also took pics of some old pictures that I have and love. Yes, that's right. I took pictures of pictures. Heh. Well, they came out really bad. I am/was considering posted some of them up as one submission, but I dunno...

In other news, I uploaded more stuff on my shop and have been looking at my photos to see what would make good products. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to tell me them. Thanks!

Just curious, how many people actually read journals? I don't really. I kinda wish I did, but I get enough messages as it is... I read journals on livejournal.com instead. Although I haven't been doing a good job lately...

I found some more lizard pics in my folder that I forgot to post, but I'm not sure if I should or not... I'm sure the wolrd will be okay without more pics of lizards... I edited them just in case. *Shrugs* We'll see what happens.

suggested that I just uncheck "Deviations". Smart guy. I forgot all about that.

I may or may not do it. I plan on looking at everyone's stuff. I just need to find the time. So if a year later you get a comment on something extremely old, you'll know why.

I am super busy lately and I gave up on trying to check out 100 things at a time because it goes back up within 2 days. I'm just letting it grow for now.

It's not that I don't like your work. I love your work! It's the fact that I stalk too many people. According to word, I am currently stalking 104 artists!

The other day, I went through about 100 of my messages. And before that, I went through like 30 of them about two or three times. Within a matter of days, my messages went back over 900. *Thunk!* I can't win...
