I apologize to all of whom I still owe commissions to. School decided to slam me with projects, but I have since got them all done, so I shall be able to get back into my drawring groove. And on that note, I will be opening commissions one last time for the duration of the SADC once I get this set of commissions done, so be on the look out if you want one.

Fuck.

Apparently it was Hard Drive crash day, and nobody told me. I dunno what I should do. The thing had pretty much ALL of my art on it, including files I still haven't finished. All my sketches, old and new, all my music, hundreds of pictures, and tons of other things, all gone. It was a Seagate brand 250 GB external hard drive, and I've looked on their site, warranty expired, of course.

I'm just wondering what the hell I should do. Should I just move on and forget about all that stuff, or try and do one of these data recovery dealies?

I'll do this simply so I don't get swamped with projects, and can focus on the few that I have and put more work into them.

This is the easiest way to reach me, and it's private. If you ask for commissions on my page or through a messenger system, I'd be less likely to accept them.


-Please be descriptive.

I draw a lot better when I have a solid idea of the character's size, pose, mood, etc. It will help me out more than you know if you lay out what you want.


-Pricing.

I have a few different options, so hopefully you'll find something you like.

-Extra characters and backgrounds

If you wish to have extra characters in your commission, I'll have to charge a little extra. How much depends on the type of picture I'll be doing. It would be $5 per extra character, maximum.

I'll also have to charge for backgrounds depending on the complexity. It would also not be more than a a few dollars. For instance, if you would like the background to be someone sitting on a chair, or floating in the sky, that wouldn't cost anything. But if you'd like me do depict the character in a detailed bedroom scene, then that would cost extra.

And by default, if you don't specify a background, I'll whip up one of my weird colored ones for free.


-Payment.

I'll only accept payment through Paypal. Sorry folks, but it's faster than regular mail, and much easier.


-Tell me if you'd like your commission posted.

You're the one buying the commission, so I can't make the decision. So let me know if you want it posted, or you could post it yourself.


-Finally, stuff I won't do.

I won't draw male expansion, or underage characters. Vore and SSBBW girls are also the only forms of expansion I'm not willing to draw.

I'm not very good at WG, so you'd really be taking a gamble with me. But if that's what you want, I'd be willing to give it a shot.

And on another super-awesome, and super sarcastic note, Open Canvas decided it doesn't like my laptop. When did it decide this, you may ask? After the first time I used my tablet, which was... 3 days after I got here on my vacation. So I havent been able to draw a damn thing all this time.

Every time I open the program, it freezes up immediately, and stays that way no matter how long I leave it open for. I've also tried re-downloading the program since I now have net, but it's still the same deal. And I really wanna get SOME drawing done while I'm here, even if it's only a quick doodle. So, has anyone else experienced this problem with OC? XD

And in other news, I've been considering writing a story ever since I've had so much damn time on my hands and no way to draw. I'm still looking for a plot and everything, but I was just curious as to which of my characters would everyone like to see a story about? This is, assuming that you actually WANT to read

I sketched a total of 32 sketches, 1 extra on account of the Portal pic.
I used 12 sheets of paper for rough sketches, which I'm surprised I actually used. I'm usually too much of a perfectionist to simply do a rough sketch
Aaand 1 sheet of paper with a bajillion ideas scribbled all over it.

You guys commented a total of 314 times The most commented pic ALMOST being a non expansion one. Mostly on account of arguments about Brawl characters, I believe
You faved them a total of 1,491 times... geez XD The most faved out of all the sketches being the only colored pic I did during the entire SADC, haha.
And, holy shit, you viewed the pics a total of 22,409 times That's almost a quarter of my total pageviews XD

Thanks so much everyone, for all of that It's really inspiring to see everyone liked the sketches so much. I'll definitely have something in store for you all, and I'm already considering doing another SADC sometime in the future

I'm really starting to enjoy this Sketch a Day dealie, it's pretty fun. Coming up with ideas and putting them to paper has become so much easier, even over the course of just 2 weeks. I'm really hoping to progress to inked pictures, and possibly colored ones really soon. I'd like to give you guys more than just black 'n white through this whole thing. I have some really good ideas planned, at least I think so, and hopefully another mini-comic, so stay tuned!

My neighborhood wasn't hit that bad, thankfully, but there have been quite a few areas around here that look like disaster zones. As of now, most of my city has power, and the rest should be taken care of by the middle of the week. And heres a fun fact for you guys: After the recent events, the President has declared Oklahoma as being in a state of emergency. This is the eighth time this year that we've been in a state of emergency, making Oklahoma the record holding state for that title, woohoo

On the art front, there are a few things I really need to finish, and I have had zero time. Drawing puffy chicks while cooped up with your family doesn't make for such wonderful conversation Oh well, but I'm back, and I'll be drawing. So I got a new computer today, finally, after this one I've been using for 6 years now just cant seem to keep up with Firefox, let alone Photoshop. After looking at Circuit City, I decide to try to look around to get a better perspective on things, so I decide to go to the Best Buy just around the corner.

The man there is very helpful, and quickly ponts me in the direction of exactly what I want. Thing is, they don't have any of those packages in stock at this store, so he leaves me with a choice: Wait for a supervisor who is coming in later to bring one from another store, or go to the other store myself. I chose to go to the other store.

I walk in, head for the computer area, and noone is to be found. I wait awhile, then go look for someone. Turns out they were all shooting the breeze while a bunch of customers waited. I finally flag someone over and tell him the package the guy at the other store told me about, only the guy at this store tells me it's wrong. Ok then, so what is the correct package? This then launches a 5 minute argument between me and the guy at this store, which could have been avoided if he simply just explained things better. He also leads me to believe that the next step in my wonderful journey will only take about an hour.

Anyway, the package nonsense is sorted out, now onto me getting them to install all sorts of nice protection programs. By now I am pissed due to this guy's lack of explaining things, lets try the Geek Squad. So the geek grabs all of the things I have and starts scanning them like mad, then walks away with the PC. Mmmmkay. I follow him around the corner and finally ask him whats going on, he tells me that this part will take 3 hours. I repeat this to him on account of the other guy telling me it will only be an hour. The geek then tries to be funny. "Well, you could stay here for 3 hours, ahur hur hur." *wink* This does nothing to help my anger. After trying to leave, then having him finally tell me I need to sign something, I am now headed for the door with everything but the PC itself.

*Beep Beep* What now? Oh! Turns out the geek didn't scan my monitor. This launches a 10 minute argument with the geek and a so called manager about how in the hell to correct this nonsense. After finally just doing whatever the hell they were blabbing about, the manager offered to add up all the prices to see if he even did it correctly. Turns out he did, and he also saved me 5 dollars! 5 FUCKIN DOLLARS! Whooo! I go through hell with you on account of your shitty customer service, or lack thereof, drop an outrageous amount of money for a new PC, and after insulting me in various ways, you exclaim that you saved me 5 goddamn dollars? Thank you Best Buy, thank you so very much. I can now go buy a Big Mac meal with my gracious savings.

I had been having problems with my Xbox for a while, and have called support on multiple occasions, even suggesting I send it in for repairs. But every time, they either assumed otherwise, got rid of me as fast as they could, or just flat out told me it didn't need repairs. So now that it's completely fucked, they're going to take it and fix it. Bullshit.

And with this kinda luck, I'm gonna get my 360 back just a few days before the Beta runs out. Woohoo.

So, here are the rules, according to me anyways. First off, it doesn't matter to me that you post this journal yourself after you ask me, do as you wish. Ask me no more than 3 questions, I'm gonna be 100% truthful when I answer, and that is a 100% truthful statement on my part. And now, a few catches:

If you're a fan of action movies, and you haven't seen this yet... get off your ass. It has THE best fight scenes I've seen in a movie. No fancy flying around with excess moves for show, oh no, just all out, brutal fighting. During the fights, at least one person was being lanced at all times, shish kabobs galore. And if they weren't getting stabbed, they were getting sliced up. And it wasn't just the fighting that was great, the the entire look and feel of the film is like nothing I've ever seen before, absolutely outstanding. It's the ONLY movie I've gone to that has been worth the admission fee. Hell, I wouldnt've cared if tickets were twice as much.

So, in shorter terms, go see 300... immediately.

So yes, my character has a name now. Thanks to for helping me think of something and assuring that I didn't name her something overly stupid. So in the end, I've chosen Sydnie. I thought it fit, Gspoon thought it fit, and if you don't... oh well, I'm not spending any more time over it

So, expect to see some of Sydnie perdy soon, as well as my requests that I have going on now. After finishing my big ass project for my animation class, I'm a free man to do what I want. And don't expect to see that project, cause in the end, I thought it was complete shit. Oh well, at least I got a grade, unlike some invalids in my class...

So yesum, I'm back in the drawing mode, and I'll be accepting fewer requests, on account of how many I have currently. PS out.
