Alright, lets start off with a contest shall we? I think I'd like to go with a fantasy theme this time, since no one has noted me with any ideas.

Either the poem (or Lit, I'm not picky... writing is writing) should be about a fantasy topic, something out of the ordinary or it can be sci-fi as well, depending on your preferance.

Alright Since no one noted me any suggestions heres what I'ma do. Two contests at once. It was suggested to me incase the contest we were doing didn't appeal to that person.

Contest Three:
FOOD! This one can be taken serious or silly. Write to about food that you like, hate... whatever! Have fun with this one.

Contest Four:
Feelings. This one can be about happiness, saddness, depression, pain, pleasure. Whatever! Your poem, your choice.

Okay, since I will be outta town for a week everyone has until... the 20th of July to come up with the poem(s). You can enter both, one or none. We haven't had a lot of submissions. Currently I'm switching the deadline up one day, make sure you get your entries in! So far I have 4 entries.

Earth Contest:
1. The submission to the contest must be a NEW poem (not one you already have on D.A.) and you must note it to ~ poetzhaven
2. After the deadline I will post links to all of the submissions and everyone will have a week or two to read and decide on their favorite poem.
3. The members of Poetzhaven will then vote (one vote per member) to determine the first, second and third place winners of the contest. (sorry the only prize for winning is the satisfaction of knowing you won ).
4. Also staff members are not allowed to enter the contest... but I will link any poems written for the contest by staff members after the winners have been decided!
