■ Sometimes I see someone on the street and I get this strange urge to hugg him. It can be an old man, a lady, a kid, a boy or a girl. It’s like a tenderness feeling or something like that… I never actually did it, but it happens quite often. We should be able to hug each other even with people you don’t know, sometimes u just need a hug.

■ I love toad plushies. I didn’t before, but one day someone stole my Tiger purse on the subway. Some time later for my birthday, my sister gave me another purse but it was a Toad. I love them since then. (I still have that purse)

■ I started writing my dreams, stuff that I dreamt as a child and some as a big girl, just because I think they are pretty strange and crazy. And I realized I don’t remember my dreams as much as I did before, or maybe I am dreaming less. It’s a shame really...

■ I love muppets. I got some original plushies, but I couldn’t get kermit the frog. So I bought a fake one on the street hahahah just to fill the empty. (??)

■ When I am bored of the same journey by bus or train, I do stuff like counting screws or marks on the floor, or stare at the railways during the whole trip, or pay attention only to the higher floors of houses and buildings. I discover a lot of things I hadn’t noticed before.

■ When I was 11 or 12 I went to English classes, and we started pen pal writing with kids from other countries. I wrote a girl from the USA for some time, and then a kid from Turkey. He used to write on lovely papers, he sent me a picture and a cassette with regional music.
We shared several letters until one day a terrible earthquake happened in Istanbul. He never answered again. I sent him several letters after that, but there was no answer. I still wonder if he’s ok.

■ When I was 10 we went to this outdoor party my mum’s work organized, and I had the incredible amount of 17 ice creams in less than two hours. It was and still is an amazing thing.

■ Some months ago I was on the train coming back from illustration classes and started doodling on my sketches notebook. Suddenly a homeless little girl came to me and started talking to me, asked what I was drawing and stuff like that. She sat next to me and somehow we ended up drawing together. We made a “girl on a cloud”. Then she looked at some other sketches I had, and I gave her one of them which was unfinished and a pencil.
She promised she would finish it, and she kept drawing after I got off the train. I saw her again but didn’t have the guts to ask her if she had kept that promise.

En Castellano

■ De vez en cuando veo a alguna persona por la calle q me genera determinada sensación y me sale un raro impulso de abrazarla. Puede ser un viejo, una señora, un nene, un chico o una mujer. Es como un sentimiento de ternura o algo así... Nunca lo lleve a cabo, pero me pasa bastante seguido. Tendríamos q poder abrazarnos aunq no nos conozcamos, a veces se necesita.

■ Me encantan los peluches de sapos. Antes no me llamaban la atención, hasta q un día en el subte alguien me robo mi monedero con forma de tigre. Un tiempin después mi hermana me regalo en mi cumpleaños uno igual, pero de sapo (y todavia lo uso). Desde ese momento me encantan.

■ Me puse a transcribir los sueños q recuerdo, cosas q soñé de chica y de mas grande, porq son muy raros y delirantes. Y me di cuenta que cada vez recuerdo menos, si no es q sueño menos. Es una lastima...

■ Amo a los muppets. Me compre varios de los peluches originales, pero me faltaba la rana rene mediana. Entonces me compre la trucha q venden en Cabildo jajaja para llenar el vacío (¿?)

■ Cuando estoy aburrida de hacer siempre el mismo viaje en tren o colectivo hago cosas como contar tornillos o marcas del suelo, o mirar como se cruzan las vías durante todo el camino, o solo prestar atención a la planta alta de las casas y edificios. Descubro muchas cosas q antes no habia notado.

■ Tenia 11 o 12 años y en las clases de ingles particular nos hicimos amigos de chicos de otros países por carta. Me cartee con una de Estados Unidos poco tiempo, y después con un chico de Turquía.
