good night, morning evening, depending of your contry.

I apologize for not being here these days, speacially to Benyi, I had to been post our collab a few days ago, will try to post it now.

now... I feel so stupid and ignorant, some of you know that I love pale skin, for my self and for boys that I like(gerard way, bill kaulitz, etc...), that's why I don't take sun since I leave preparatory (in Mexico is a three-year pre-university school), that was a year and a half ago, I used a lot of sun blocker, belive me, I DIN'T TAKE SUN, I used to leave the house only in early mornings and night and only if I REALLY have to.

since four or five months I noticed that I was more weak, I didn't care, I was always weak anyway...,next, my ribs started to hurt when I touched them I thought it was because I used to be tickled so badly by my ex..., my wrists and fingers "click" with only simple movements..... the worst, since three months ago I just noticed that my tail bone hurts so effin badly after being on the computer and then "I tought it was because I'm an internet addict" plus I use to sit like this at computer [link] imagine my poor tail bone..., again, I didn't care.

the last week I fell in to a flu... I fall on them very often but this and the previous was specially brutal, with fever and all, I din't use to have fever when I was sick, mom and dad always joke with me about that I'm so weak because I don't take sun, then the monday I took it seriously. I already knew that we get vitamin D by taking sun but I guess nothing was going to be wrong, and surprice!, all of that things and advices that I ignored was symptoms of Rickets, a deficiency of vitamin D.

now... I have to.. take sun! I'm still afraid, if I get a suntan I will jump from a cliff!, I don want to be suntanned ;_;, 10 minutes per day the "dangerous zone" is between 10am and 4pm so I take it in mornings, have to drink more milk eat good (oh god.. moms always have the reason when they say that you must eat at the right hours..), and maybe I'll buy a Scott's Emulsion because now I know that I'm so damage I need to get my vitamin D quickly, this flu left me in a very bad way, my tail bone hurts like hell that every time that I want to crounch or bend down it hurts, now all my bones "click" T.T, my nails have a lot of white marks, my eyes,legs,ribs and teeth hurt.

a year and a half without taking sun and finally it collapsed!, like ever.. I didn't take things serious til they collapse or make "boom".



boys and girls, take sun! and eat your veggies, meats,eggs and milk!, take supplements if you're veggie!, hope to be cool soon, maybe you will not see me in a few weeks, I'll try to reply comments on sunday, thanks for add me to my new watchers, I'll go to your profiles to say thanks when I can ;3, of course thanks to all of you, will try to post a work the next week.

on 27th december 2008, my husband Mikka died. he was robbed and thrown to the river. some of you could have known him or have seen his wonderful and poetic b&w photographs of his daily life.

if not, you can check his gallery right now. it's worth seeing believe me!
I decided to do a book in memory of him.
the little bear's book. in russian it is Мишкина книжка (Mishkina knizhka) what has double meaning - the little bear's book and Misha's book (that is Mikka's real name).
I ask everyone to take part and draw little bear for Mikka or for our 1 year old daughter who could watch them all later when she gets older.
doesn't metter if you are skilled in drawing or not. just do it with your heart.
the picture can be of any kind and style but it would be just great if it was drawn on real paper! i mean using real pens and pencils instead of photoshop or any other software.."
