They were also being influenced to make an oil well for Eggman. When Sonic and co saw this, they resorted to destroying the oil well. They also returned free will to the walrus herd, officially removing Eggman's foothold there. A happy ending for Rotor's people and Rotor breifly reunites with his family.

Though, once his people are freed he returns to Knothole and resumed what he had been doing long before his he got a chance to reunite with his family: Fight Robotnik





Rotor is a scientist of Knothole, and to quote him in issue 145, is apart of the "brain trust" figures of the group, along with Tails. Therefore, he provides "the logistical and tactical support for the first team."Rotor also has a great ability to rebuild things and basically acts as a mechanic.




-Morals
He looks into the ethics behind ethically contraversial things to do during battle, and is quick to question them his authorities (such as Sally) when a plan doesn't mix well with his morals. Rotor also preaches to his comrades (the freedom fighters) his opinions on how right or wrong a course of action is (primarily to people who are not his superiors). He doesn't like using guns or resorting to anything that would sink the team to the level of their enemies. He wants to win the war, but evidently how he wants to is limited to a series of personal morals.

"What we dont know is what her relationship is like with Ash, how he is outside of what little we've seen of him and what that is like in relation to her previous relationship/current close friendship with Sonic. Those things and anything else with Sonic will be touched upon as time goes on. But for right now - the horse is dead so stop beating it. There are other things to discuss in the book you know Things will eventually happen that will still develop Mina's relationship with Sonic and the rest of the cast and crew but for all intents and purposes, the love triangle is indeed finito and the story is indeed moving onwards. Moving onwards does not mean totally getting rid of the characters and thier previous relationships, but moreso evolving them. That goes with Mina too. "

If anything he says the horse is dead "for now." so that leaves a break for Mina and Sally fans as you will not be seeing any actual developments between Sonic/Mina and Sonic/Sally for awhile. I feel its probably time to give the gals their space for awhile so that the fans can truly see them as their OWN characters and not attatchements to Sonic. Sally and Sonic are no more, and with Sally out of the way how many of you would've probably thought Sonic would go with Mina.

and with that mindset the purpose of focusing on their own character and destroying talk of love triangles to put the focus on other issues is over. Because some Mina fans would still see her as a love interest and arm attatchement so giving Mina a boyfriend..was a rather interesting touch to prevent all this (well I see it as a way to prevent all the arm attatchement nonsense). Thats not to say all Mina/Sonic and Sally/Sonic fans see the girls beyond attatchements but I think a lot of fans do. When I ask "hey who's Sally" No longer do you hear "leader of Knothole Village" or "freedom fighter" you hear "Sonic's grrrlfriend" and a lot of that happens with Mina.

I think like was said whatever (romantic or platonic) relations Mina has with Sonic will be dealt with later, as time goes on, in the future (see where I'm going with this) but don't expect a "yay they're gonna get together 5 issues down the road" thing, and I'd say the same for Sal gal too.

So sit back, make your fics and whatever because you'll be having a heck of a lot of time to do it. The most talked about things would include

1. Mina's new boyfriend Ash

2. Sonic's "break up" with Sally.

<.< Though to be quite honest I don't think EITHER girl should be counted down and out just yet as Mr. Bollers said:

"I mean that it [Sonic/Sally/Mina] will be handled differently from the way it was last time. A lot can change in a year."

Which means the love triangle is more than likely alive, so for those SonSal and SonMina fans watching, things seem evidently rough now, but either girl could still end up with Sonic. I personally see the developments as ways to spicen up the relations between Sonic, Mina and Sally and this could be a great development or the beggining of the end of pairing ____ based on how things could end at the end of this revived triangle.

The first theme is quite simple. Draw Sonic and Mina...getting married or on a date.

This is rather obvious you MUST make sure that Sonic and Mina are in the picture.

And while you can do dating pics/wedding pics, please keep it G-rated.

If you would like to make a fic based on Sonic and Mina getting married or Sonic and Mina dating go right on ahead, but it must be G-rated.

And best's for last the main theme of this month's contest by request is to draw a pic or write/type a fic of what people think happens after marriage...the kids! That's right let your creativity run wild.

While you can draw the kids of Sonic and Mina, please again make sure Sonic and Mina are together in the picture. Yes the child can be the focus of the picture but you must like with any other pictures that have to be entered in the contest have Sonic and Mina in it.

Sonic/Mina is a Archie comic pairing so for extra points try to make the kid of Sonic and Mina come out the way they may in Archie. There are many theories as to what you think Archie would do (ex: Green Mongoose with green eyes and blue hair because Sonic's blue Mina's yellow Yellow+Blue=green the works) and that's fine. But try to tell us why you think they'd come out the way they would you only need about a sentence of explanation, no paragraphs needed.

If you don't feel your good at drawing than feel free to write. Make a fanfiction thats in the future featuring the children of Sonic and Mina and of course keep it clean.

And if you wish to make a fic, please describe the appearance of the kids and of Sonic and Mina if their appearances change.

Failure to meet these rules will mean your pic or fic doesn't make it in the contest.

Contest #1 for January is almost up, it will allow no sumbmissions after perhaps 1-2 weeks from now at most. However Contest #2 is about valentines day.
Remember this is a Sonic/Mina club so the media has to be Sonic/Mina. Okay Miko here with a newsbreak in Archie comic news. Of course because it has a bit to do with SonMina I decided to post it here.

Karl (As in Karl Bollers writer of the Sonic portion Archie's Sonic comic) from what SHQ's Cookirini says was asked a number of questions about the characters and soon to be stories coming up in Archie some of which will probably interest you and without further ado the questions that were answered by the writer of the Sonic Comic... Karl Bollers!

To answer your questions:


1.) Question:Is or is not Mobius 25YL an alternate future?

Answer: Mobius 25 Years Later is one of many possible SONIC THE HEDGEHOG futures. DC Comics never says that the future presented in the LEGION OF SUPERHEROES is their official future and neither did Marvel Comics in their GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY comic. To do otherwise would greatly detract from current stories and affect whether or not fans care about what happens to the characters in the present day. Readers who like connecting dots between the past and present would be entertained, but those who enjoy suspense would not. Like the Terminator movies state, "The future is not yet written..."

The reason why him saying Mobius 25 Years Later not the definite future is a good thing is because it has Sonic with Sally in it, (or at least it WILL) so this is a bit of assurance that despite in the comic Mobius 25 years later (abbreviated as Mobius25YL)
which will feature Sonic/Sally, Sonic himself could go with any girl and that includes miss Mina Mongoose

2.) Question: With all these debates springing up about Mina and Sally, I suppose the question amongst both sides is: Will the triangle matter be touched again?

Answer: The triangle matter will be touched upon again, but not the way anyone expects. Mina fans won't want to miss SONIC THE HEDGEHOG #134.


We may very well see what we've been hoping for, Sonic+Mina in Archie. As


1. Mina Mongoose fans will be pleased

2.The "love triangle" will be touched on

Sally is clearly going to be unhappy in this story.

Hello its me the founder of the club

and guess what its contest time... well it IS a contest in the sense we'll be looking at the pictures everyone makes to see which is best (or at least the participants will be looked at) But I'd hope everyone can think of it as simply artistic inspiration as far as getting up and doing a little doodle.

anyway here is the theme:

Draw a picture of Sonic and Mina as a couple enjoying the new year together!

That's right the new year just came and I'd like to see how you would perceive them going about celebrating the new year. You can be innovative or traditional in your approach. And the winner... hmm I suppose the winner will get to be the co-owner, give out a comic issue or something like that. I suppose I'd figure it out. Though personally I draw SonMina because I like it not for prizes *is stoned* but some people need a bit motivation ne?

Lastly this contest will be going throughout the month of January and will end at the very beggining of Febuary. The more pictures you make the better chances you have of winning!

Also we'll probably need to appoint some judges so anyone not in the mood to draw but would feel okay about rating the pics please note the club so that I know you'll be judging and how the club shall go about judging.

Hope Narration (last panel on the page): This is my story

Panel 1:

The first time I saw Sonic the hedgehog, I was terrified.

I'd never seen an actual Mobian before -- he looked scary!


Panel 2:

And when my step-uncle Julian-- the ruler of Robotropolis said he was evil I beleived it. So did my stepdad and grandma...

Panel 3:

...But after seeing a roboticized mobian in Uncle Julian's science fortress...

I started to feel differently

Panel 4:

When Sonic showed up one day and roboticized mobians were racing through the streets...

... Uncle Julian said it was an attack, but I beleived Sonic had led them to freedom.

Panel 5:

Before I could warn anyone...

....Uncle Julian revealed he was a robot who planned to turn us all into robots, too!

Panel 2:
A bunch of us left Mobius when I was two years old, in search of a new home.

we remained in colseleep while we traveled
