EDIT: I'm sitting here reading "The Incomplete" and bawling my eyes out. T_T It's a doujin that retells FF7 as if Zack survived and became the main character...it's really amazing. *_* I found it scanlated here: [link] Uhmm yeah. Suffice to say I feel inadequate because a new RP of mine is based on the same premise except with more details about Crisis Core thrown in, and I'm afraid it won't turn out as good as this! XD

(suffice to say this doujin is the only time I've given in to the urge to yell "I LOVE YOU SEPHIROTH" out loud and now I'm mortified and disappointed in myself. XD It makes you feel really bad for him, though. GRR HUMANIZING VILLAINS WHO DOES THAT *coughcoughCrisisCorecoughcough*)

EDIT 2: Eh I'm exhausted and going to bed. Tablet results are so far: I installed the driver from the official website instead and replaced the pen nib, which improved the smoothness of strokes but now the cursor jumps to a fixed spot at the beginning an end of strokes. I'm not sure whether it's the stylus or the tablet itself, but I'm not sure I want to spend $10 and shipping for a new stylus just to find out. I might as well just buy a new, nicer tablet altogether...but ah, money is short T_T there's no way I can afford a Wacom. And I don't think I'll get another one of these if I can get something nicer that'll be more of an asset once I'm in school.



I should really be asleep right now, but I'm not. Hah.

Well, there's always good with the bad, I suppose...and the bad is temporary, but it doesn't stop it from getting on my nerves.

Anddd my new computer came the other day. :> I gushed a bit about her on my LJ, but I'm still sorting things out...my brother hooked up my old harddrive and I can view my files, but apparently I can't transfer or edit any of my pictures for some reason. Next time he's over I'm going to ask him to help me sort it out.

I downloaded a trial version of Photoshop CS2 while Im waiting to get a proper imaging program in the meantime, in hopes of finally channeling my frustration at not being able to do digital art for months into something really nice for once, but my tablet decided not to behave. I misplaced the CD it came with so I had to download the driver, but for some reason the cursor jumps upward in fits and starts and makes it altogether impossible to use. I'm not really sure what's wrong. Without the driver it didn't do that, but the pen pressure didn't work and the screen proportion was off, so it wasn't any better...

Pretty cool if you're into abstract, I guess, but it's just frustrating for me. -_-

So I went through the trouble of registering for a Japanese Square Enix members' account even though I already have a North American one, just so I could see the Dissidia trailer in high-quality...I had to use an online translator because the computer I'm using fails and can't read Japanese font. And guess what? It won't load...-_- I think I need the newest version of Flash or something, but this is just a guest account and I don't have the priviledges to install it...lame. Very lame. Why the heck is SE so damn exclusive about their trailers anyway? Aren't trailers advertisements? Shouldn't they be seen by as many people as possible?

Ooh, stumbled on my own 15,000 pageviews. Whee.

I've been roleplaying/drawing so much Genesis/Sephiroth lately that I went through Leon/Cloud withdrawl. XDDD It is forever my OTP, I guess. I should do that yaoi meme or something. ...once I have a working computer again. T_T

Gotta finish up my costumes for Portcon...two and a half days left...ahh what is wrong with me, wasting time on the internet.

I'm doing Crisis Core Zack. :> was gonna be my Aerith but then she bailed out (boo) and decided to do Genesis instead. (yay! XD ) I have to finish her coat for her (vinyl is eeeevil) and she's styling my wig. <3 I forsee some Genesis/Zack in the future....lol. With cosplay any pairing goes. (*throws in as Luke from ToA* Crossover! 8D )

Part of me wants to just ditch and make this my main account. *sprawls on desk* Probably because I have 1,000+ messages over there.

The other day my hair was flipping out in the back and looked like Lazard's...and I got my new glasses, blue frames, looked in the mirror and laughed. Cosplay would be awesome, but no. XD Just no. XD

Man, I love being blonde but I need a change...after I dye it brown for my Elfe cosplay I'm thinking of going dark red or something...I've always wanted red hair...or maybe something crazy like green or pink, though that might be bad for my new job...XD

ONE, I keep thinking there are spiders on my head/back. Because the other day, TWO spiders fell from the ceiling onto my keyboard. Now, I like spiders, they eat mosquitoes, but having one suddenly go THUNK right next to your hand is not a pleasant experience. And now I keep thinking they're crawling on me whenever I get itchy. >.<

(PLUS THE OTHER NIGHT THERE WAS THIS...beetle thing IN MY BED between the sheets. IDK. My house is usually clean, and the sheets had just been changed. I'd say my brother was playing a prank on me but he's too busy playing World of Warcraft.)

Uhh wow, I got sidetracked.

Tomorrow I have to crack down and get my college applications done so I can have my computer back permanently...so I must not allow myself to be distracted...hopefully I can get back to work by next week though.

So yeah, I haven't been online a lot lately, which is why I haven't gotten back to everyone's comments, but I WILL, I promise. >.< I'm happy that everyone liked the fic, even though I was considering it a place filler....I should write more. Writing was my thing before I got any good at drawing. Maybe I should do that fanfic meme that's floating around.

I have no idea when it would happen, probably not until summer or so, but just throwing the idea out there, since =mame-inu and I have been discussing the idea, and I thought it would be neat, like those video game anthology comics they publish for the Tales games.

I have no patience for a lot of people on the internet. Seriously. Especially the ones who act like they know everything when they don't.

Squall Leonhart is the protagonist of Final Fantasy VIII. He's 17, has short brown hair and a long-sleeved jacket. He's introverted, doesn't talk much, had a messed up childhood and oodles of teenage angst.

Leon is the leader of the Hollow Bastion (Radiant Garden) Restoration Committee in Kingdom Hearts. He has long hair and short sleeves in both 1 and 2, and though in 2 his jacket resembles his FF8 one more, there are very specific differences in his character design. While still a bit aloof, he's older (25) more mature, and has a warm, protective side that he often shows to Sora and his other friends.

Same character, DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

Different because Kingdom Hearts is essentially an AU. Squall grew up with different people, had different experiences and though certain aspects of him are the same, it's nature versus nurture. He turned out differently.

I love both incarnations of his character. What I don't like is people getting elitist over one or the other. WHO GIVES A DAMN? Seriously. Squall is Squall and Squall in Kingdom Hearts is Leon. Call him whatever you like but what's the point in getting worked up about the name other people decide to use? It's not like one or the other is incorrect. Geez.

And it wasn't Disney, it was SQUARE ENIX who changed his name in KH. As far as I know, they handled most of the production. It was probably Nomura himself. Don't fscking question Nomura. XD;

This is not directed at anyone on my watchlist, obviously, because I think by watching me you'd all be informed of such things already. XD;

I got really far in Chain of Memories recently, but now my DS charger doesn't work...my poor abused DS, working on only one hinge...I need a new one o_o; A red Lite, I think...but I need to wait until I'm sure I have enough money for cosplay supplies. Which means my PSP + Crisis Core will have to be put off too. *cries*

Uhm. Completely irrelevant. I kind of forgot why I'm writing this journal in the first place, I feel like I had something important to say... XD;;;


OH RIGHT. Okay. I decided to make a list of obligations besides the one of my regular account.

I'm maybe 30% done with the next page of Lead and Follow. I managed to cut out a page by condensing panels; I often draw really big panels, maybe 3-5 per page, and that's good for scenery intros or dramatic moments, but it makes story progression really slow...

I also managed to storyboard some pages I was missing. Most of the doujin has been sketched out, but there are still a few scenes I have only in script form, so. It's going to be, like, suicide by Cloud's KH1 outfit, but it'll be worth it, I hope. XD; I actually feel good about it because I'm learning to push the boundaries of what I can do.

So, I finally updated my y!gallery with what I feel is my best work, and I got some comments right away...it made me feel very happy to see how kind people are over there. Sound silly, I know, but...XD Everyone's been really friendly so far. I was talking to *gelb about it, and she asked if I meant they were friendlier than the people here on DA, and I thought about it...

I guess my impression was so positive because y! is a place specifically for yaoi, whereas here on DA there's always a good chance some jerk will come along and object to the content of my work...that's not to say there aren't plenty of nice/awesome people; my watchlist being an example! ( <3 you guys) I always think about how lucky I am; I've only gotten bothered once or twice in a minor way, and it was solved very quickly by just hiding the offensive comment. But looking at how often popular artists get hurtful comments on their work...and then people angrily jump to their defense, and it turns into ridiculous drama and insult flinging. Honestly, I think the best way to deal with such a situation would be to not reply and ignore the person, and wait for the artist them self to hide the comment. Because honestly, such people are just looking for the attention and drama. So don't let them have the satisfaction! Really.

*sighs* It's just upsetting to me that people can't just get along...move on...there are plenty of things that I've seen on DA that I've found offensive; that's why I keep the mature content filter on so I can read descriptions before I click. It's just so immature not to be able to handle something in a rational way.

...that said. Hrm. Other things. I've been a bit AWOL lately, I know. Things have been a bit crazy. I've got a lot of work to do + preparing for Anime Boston in March. I haven't abandoned any of my projects; I've just been taking a bit of a break. I've also been catching up on pending requests that have been hanging around for a long time now. So there will be updates; I'm just not sure what they'll be, specifically. I want to get back to work on Lead and Follow, but I just haven't been feeling the vibe lately...ah, I don't know. I should stop making up excuses. We'll see.

And as for the bit of fangirling--I'm very detail-oriented, if people haven't noticed already. XD And I tend to pride myself in knowing the small things about the fandoms I'm involved in. So when I see other people noticing the same things, it makes me squee. XD

The motorcycle fight scene at the beginning of Advent Children--Yazoo shoots Cloud's shades off, and I guess the bullet or whatever gives him a cut across his eyebrow. Later on, you can actually see the scar it left when there are close-ups of his face...So I've been drawing Cloud with said scar (he matches Leon now lol) especially in my roleplay work. But honestly--I thought I was the only person who noticed it. Until I come across a cosplayer who, if I'm not mistaken, went to the effort of drawing on the scar! And then, fanart! Needless to say, I am a happy fan. (and a dork)

....I never wear makeup, but my store was having a cosmetic sale so I got a lipliner pencil for drawing on scars for cosplay purposes. It works nicely. XD

So, I was going through doujinshi withdrawal and poking around on dragonfly and since I had read anything for the pairings I was vaguely interested in and despairing that it's practically impossible to find Leon/Cloud doujinshi anywhere (it being KH and Disney being bitchy about doujin--but they're both Squeenix characters so why do people get away with Riku/Sora and AkuRoku more often? >.> ) I decided to read some Zack/Cloud even though I don't really ship it. (I have nothing against it, I'm just not really into it) And. AHAHAHAH. I feel slightly pathetic.

(besides most of it being all depressing and Cloud angsting) Well, the earring thing I did in A Day Like This...Yubinbasya's "Died in Your Arms" did it before me. XD (2006) I feel uncreative now. I mean, it wasn't exactly the same thing, but...close.

At the same time, I'm happy that other fans are concerned with the FF guys' earrings like I am? XD (*is totally into such stupid little insignificant details*)


Uhmmm yeah. There was another point to this. That is to say, I got a y!gallery, proximitynine, but nothing's up there yet...I felt like nothing I have up here besides what I'm doing now (Lead and Follow) is at a quality I'm satisfied with for reposting. And I have to wait for chapter 2 to post it there, and only put up every other chapter because no female main characters. >.> (I guess it is half a shoujo-ai doujinshi after all...) It'll be readable with just the LeonCloud chapters, but...it has to be a whole to make complete sense, so maybe I'll link it back here...(though technically, the chapters can each stand alone.)

I really...want to post something, but have no time to finish a full illustration right now...maybe I'll put up my WiPs in scraps.

...ever since my 18th birthday (which was 7 months ago, hahahah) I've been considering getting a y!gallery, but...I don't know, I read their Terms of Service and got intimidated, I guess. XD I hear people talk about the site a lot, but besides content, does it have an easy-to-use submission/organization system? I'm pretty comfortable here on DA, so I might just use my account for browsing purposes, but...it was just something I was thinking about.

Also, I wonder if the roles my female characters play in my doujinshi violate their rules..."central role" is kind of a non-specific description, does it mean as a romantic interest?

Squall's new design is pretty drool-worthy, though I might be biased, hello crazed fangirl speaking. I'm amused that he actually looks his age in Nomura's newer style. I wonder if Seifer will be in it. People always talk about Seifer being "so much younger" in Kingdom Hearts, but if you do the math...he's got to be a year or two older than Roxas, Roxas is Sora's age, Seifer is therefore 16-17, he was 17-18 in FF8. He looks so much older in the old style, though. (I say he padded his coat. )

I hope Ishikawa is still doing Squall's voice...if he doesn't I'll be sad, but he does sound a little too deep for a teenager...

But yes, I am back, just been lazy the past week, catching up...I picked up Lead and Follow again the other day and fixed a scene, so hopefully college apps won't delay me from updating too much.

It's a bit funny, but I feel like Lead and Follow is really me discovering myself as a doujin artist. When I started drawing doujinshi a long time ago, maybe 5 years, I wasn't a good enough artist to get what I wanted down on paper, so I got frustrated easily and gave up. The story took a backseat to my struggles with the art. Now I'm a lot happier with my own capabilities, so I've been experimenting with sight angles, panel alignment, movement...it's a lot of fun. I wonder if I make things too text-heavy, though. I've always been a writer, and I like narration because you can get into the characters heads that way.

But besides that...I'm kind of amused, because I'm taking so many risks and actually enjoying it. I've always seen sexual stuff as a very private thing and taken it very seriously, but...I feel like my squeamishness affected my characterization a lot. Case in point: my fanfic Memories of Fire which will never see the light of day again. *kills it* If you didn't read it/have no clue what I'm talking about, good. XD

I'm not saying I'm going to start drawing outright smut (sorry to disappoint you guys XD ) but I've gotten a little more comfortable with portraying...an active relationship, I guess. Things can be implied and still tasteful, or something. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this properly, I guess the doujin is just going to have to demonstrate for itself. But I am a little nervous of overstepping DA's restrictions...that is, until I go browse the art and realize people get away with so much more. XD

Not sure when the next update will be, but...please look forward to it. <3

So, this afternoon, I'm leaving for my Outward Bound trip, which will be three weeks long. I won't have any sort of access to a phone or internet, let alone a shower, so consider it a short hiatus. Hopefully this will give me the distance I need from all the things that are stressing me out and I'll be able to handle them when I get back.

Once I do I plan to start putting together a regular update schedule for my doujin...twice a week is my goal at this point. I figure if I can't even stay organized and on-task for the things I enjoy doing, I'm not going to be able to make it through college. So yeah.

I'll miss you guys. : ) Thank you as always for your support.

See you Jan 23rd, hopefully with a big chunk of inspiration.

The response to page 6 was just amazing, guys. Seriously. Especially because I was really struggling with it. I feel loved. <3


I want to take a moment to express my love for the new gallery system. Some people find the featured thing annoying, but honestly, it's a blessing, especially for my doujinshi, because keeping up the link journals is a pain. I went and organized everything by doujin/pairing so it should be easily accessible. Too bad the same things can't be done for Scraps...

Also, the new mature content filter options get a big thumbs up. Now there's a middle option that is a warning for people under 18, but they can still view the deviation. Also, you can select the reason the deviation has been set as "mature"--i.e. violence, nudity, etc. I think I set a bunch to "ideologically sensitive". XD (AKA GAY) Actually, I probably went overboard with the filters, but I was just so filled with glee that I could get annoying people to leave me alone while not inconveniencing my lovely watchers~

So, the other day I was trying to get work on some of my originals done, so when my college application due date comes around in February, my portfolio will consist of a bit more than....yaoi. XD Or rather something else besides it. Considering, I don't think prospective colleges would take kindly to it...

Unfortunately, my brain was being extremely uncooperative. And it's extremely difficult to win an argument with it. It ended up something like:

Me: Yeah...I really need to finish the lineart for this illustration, because the coloring is going to take a while. I think it'll make a good portfolio piece. But...
Brain: You want to draw Leon/Cloud?
Me: Wait, what? I really need to work on my originals right now.
Brain: But you know you really want to draw Leon/Cloud.
Me: .....I don't have time for this.
Brain: Oh, you always have time for it.
Me: Shush! This is important for my future and my career!
Brain: Doesn't change the fact that you know you really want to be drawing Leon/Cloud.
Me: .........
Brain: Oh, for example. As a joke reference to your newest deviation, you could draw them as Christian and Satine from Moulin Rouge.
Me: ....what!?

XD I'm afraid if I do any more pieces of that...level of inappropriateness or whatever (XD) I'll have to mark them mature. ...other things. I've been meaning to ask this for a while, but totally forgot. So it's not really new anymore, but...DA's restriction of only people who are 18+ being able to view pictures marked Mature Content...is this a problem for anyone? Because I marked some of my deviations "Mature" not because they were inappropriate (there's plenty of un-mature kissing pics around) but to avoid getting drama from, well, yaoi haters...I could care less about what they think, I just don't want to deal with it.

The definition for Mature Content on DA is:

By tagging your deviation as Mature Content you are in essence informing the deviantART browser that your submission contains material or subject matters which may be found to be offensive or upsetting by more sensitive viewers. Common subjects which are considered Mature Content are nudity, excessive violence and blood and gore.

Pornographic and other unacceptably sexual themes continue to be prohibited despite the presence of this tag as are certain other contents which have been judged unacceptable. Information concerning this is covered elsewhere in this FAQ.

...basically, there's no real reason besides avoiding nasty comments that I set some of my pieces to "mature", most notably two or three pages from A Day Like This. I'm wondering what people's opinions are, if I should take the filter off. Since those images are farther back in my gallery, They're less likely to be looked at by someone who isn't, well, looking for them.


EDIT: All deviations containing nudity, excessive violence, blood, gore, or other potentially upsetting or offensive material should be marked as Mature Content. Controversial pieces revolving around religion, political opinions and other similar sensitive subject matters should also be considered candidates to be tagged as Mature Content.

The deviantART administration reserves the right to assign the Mature Content tag to any submission which lacks it but is judged to require it.

...well, I'm not quite sure how to interpret that one. Don't you love how there's no specific references to homosexuality in the FAQ? >.>

Have to apologize for there being no new page yet, but my personal life has been a bit...well, crappy lately. Usually doing art makes things better, but it's been inconvenient since i have to move my computer to get internet access. (long story) That and my sister is depending on me to make her Halloween costume early for this party she's going to, but she didn't buy the materials until the last minute. I'm kind of annoyed, but I did promise her I'd make it...trying to finish my own costume in time, too...and I'm still sick with this stupid cold, so I've been sleeping a lot.

Eh. My life kind of sucks right now. Ah, I'll deal.

On top of that, ~hanae0711 had to go and point out another thing about Kingdom Hearts that she knew and I didn't. She likes to do this to me often and watch me squirm. I'm sure it amuses her greatly. First she pointed out a while ago that Leon and Cloud are, in fact, three years apart, not two, which is what I had been going by. And that Leon is 25 in KH1, making him older than I had thought all along. Not by much, but still, to a detail freak like me (who memorized the arrangement of our favorite gunblade-wielder's belts [hint: not Seifer]) it's a big deal. So randomly she decided to once again burst my fanon bubble and mention that, hey, Cloud's skin tone is actually darker than Leon's.

I LOVE YOU ANYWAY, HANA. REALLY. IT'S A PAINFUL LOVE.

But yes, it's true, and I've been coloring them the other way around. Usually because of the effects or the colors used it's hardly noticeable, but it was glaringly obvious (at least to me) on the cover of Lead and Follow. I attempted to fix it, with moderate success, I suppose. The colors on my ancient monitor are pretty messed up to begin with. It also gave me an excuse to finally go fix some mistakes with things left unsaid which I had been lazy about.

...why yes, I am insane. Funny you should ask.

I guess there isn't really any bad news, though. XD My rewriting of Proximity is coming along pretty well, actually. The biggest problem was that Cloud was terribly OOC, and that's actually mostly fixed by some dialogue rearranging and correcting facial expressions and body language...I guess it was hard to admit to myself that I was writing Cloud OOC, since I tend to pride myself in being familiar with his character...so much for that. XD

Oh man...it's surprising how much a few hours on AIM with a friend or two can cheer you up after weeks without contact with anyone but your family...whew. Of course, seeing them in person would be much better...but I'm spending this weekend with *mame-inu, so...it's all good. And hopefully soon I'll be able to scan things again. >.<

Well, I did a lot of thinking, and initially I was thinking of dropping Proximity as a project. I mean, that seems silly now that I think about it, because I've done so much work on it already, but I was a bit exhausted whenever I looked at it because I thought it was finished, plot wise. But I've grown a lot as a writer recently, I guess, when it comes to characterization and developing stories. And I realized just how incredibly out of character the whole thing is. >.< So, uh...it needs another makeover.

So I'll be working on Proximity and Lead and Follow at the same time, I guess...hope I can handle it. Har.

Sometimes my family drives me crazy...I mean, it's not that I don't like traveling, but...I want my summer vacation! Two weeks away from home and I barely get a few days before we leave again. (tomorrow morning) I won't be back until September, sadly, unless I convince my parents otherwise. I should have a working tablet soon enough after that, so things will actually happen. Hooray.

At least I'll be working on cosplay. And maybe I can translate the doujin I bought...

HAHA. So, it was, predictably, in the first place I should have looked for it and the last place I thought to look for it. XD I left it in the basement when my friends came over to work on cosplay...expect an update either tomorrow or Monday. (I'd update tonight except my brother is home and sleeping in the computer room, so I'm on my dad's. No scanner or Photoshop. >.> Stupid brothers.)

In other news, I GET A FREE DS. 8D Well, it's used, but hey, not complaining. Any game reccomendations?


So, I'm leaving for another few weeks on Tuesday...family reunion...I'll probably have internet access, but I won't be able to post anything. (no scanner) So I thought, "Hey, I should at least try to finish ADLT before I leave, because there are only 4 pages left and I finally got over that stupid art block that's been depressing me for the past few weeks."

I can't. Find it.

I know where it is. It's in a blue folder that I organized for my recent artwork, but lately I've been carrying around a yellow folder full of blank paper because I finished my latest sketchbook, and keeping things in there...and I have no idea where I put the blue one. I wandered around the house looking for it. I know it's here SOMEWHERE, but it's driving me crazy because I WANT TO FINISH. >.<

So yeah. Bad excuse for no updates. I'll look for it again today.

I failed my mission! ....i.e. I forgot to buy new inking pens. I usually use .8 mm Sakura microns, so anything thinner than that kind of screws me up. (I prefer thicker lines) So I'm stuck finishing ADLT with .5 mm ballpoint pen for now...and my art is not looking great...I dunno. I hope to get the next page up tomorrow, at least.

...Uhh. Over the course of the week I drew three (yes, three) completely new doujinshi....all LeonXCloud consequently...yes, I'm crazy, why do you ask? XD Well, I'm going to throw the rest of ADLT up before I scan them, which should be happening this weekend. The new ones are 40, 22 and 14 pages, respectively. The shorter two are basically done, so I'll probably upload a cover and then put the pages in a zip file for download or something...we'll see.

I actually had a talk with my dad about Proximity last night...XD Well, he doesn't know it's a yaoi doujin, (he doesn't know what yaoi is) but he knows how I always have a hard time finishing things, and I tend to write stories in a non-linear fashion. Proximity has actually taught me a lot about how to manage that style. It happens to be my longest and most complete work to date, original or otherwise, not counting my fanfic, Homecoming. And the most important thing I've learned is how to accept the fact that I have to go back and revise the hell out of things.

I've redrawn or tossed out so many pages...and I was okay with it. It's usually agonizing for me to throw anything away. In fact, I took the pages I decided not to use, turned them over and drew the new pages on the backs so not to waste paper... I accepted the fact that certain scenes were going nowhere and started them over from scratch. In fact, I ended up getting rid of a lot of borderline smutty stuff for plot, which some people won't be too happy about...XDXD oh well. Several months ago I declared it finished, but yet I'm still working on it. I don't know how long I will be...but that's okay. I'm enjoying myself.

As soon as I have my scanner up and working, I'll put up the next few pages...unfortunately I can't fix the lineart until I find my tablet stylus, but whatever.

That wasn't actually the rant. The rant is:

So I was playing my KH II Proud Mode game, (I've beaten it on Standard) and I have this habit of talking to NPCs as much as possible. At the part where Tifa trashes Ansem's study looking for Cloud, if you talk to Leon, he says something like "That girl really has a temper...could you check and see if she broke anything?" Basically implying that he doesn't know her.

Which essentially screws over my entire fannon.

Rawr.

Well, I thought about it for a while...and to compensate for that I'd have to make major changes to both Proximity and the rest of the Day of Chaos...so I decided to ignore it. I try to take canon into consideration as much as possible, but at this point I'm not going to go back and change entire plotlines for a single line. I also feel like when making KH II they didn't put a great amount of thought into how the FF characters storylines fit together...and here I am trying to make it work...well, it's a fanwork, so I'm allowed some liberty, right? It's not like I'm getting paid. >.>

There's also the fact that Leon could very well be pretending not to know her. XD "Tifa lost her temper again...I refuse to be associated with her when she has no self-control..." XDD

Edit: 5/25/07 I'm going to New York for the weekend, so I won't be back until Tuesday. I might have something to post then...maybe...I hope. *crosses fingers* I don't know how much work I can get done in the next week or so, since I have to make my prom dress...but that's not so terrible for me, at least. Since it's cosplay. <3 I'll post pictures when it's done. XD

I'm also hoping to buy myself a scanner with my graduation money, now that I'm out of school and can't use the computer labs.

Well, yes, I promised three more pages of ADLT for today, but unfortunately...my sketchbook went home with *mame-inu over the weekend, accidentally. >.< And it's the pencil sketches that I was going to ink...and I have no tablet stylus, so she couldn't have scanned them for me...I'm going to try to drop by and pick it up within the next few days.

Okay, I get it, big guy up there, OBVIOUSLY you don't want me to ever finish a doujin within a reasonable amount of time. >.>

I'll try to put something up to amuse you guys in the meantime.
