I look at my hands and see they are becoming chapped from the sun, and the wind. My chest hurts where the sun has kissed it, bright red and screaming, refusing to heal in to a tawny brown for the rest of the warm season. Freckles bloom on my cheeks and sweep down my neck to touch my collar bones, my nails break and capture dirt from my garden.         <media:text type="html"><![CDATA[ :evillaugh:Serenade Me, Sinister<br /><br />Using the Horror/Macabre gallery to bring you music and mayhem, this week I bring to you VAST.<br /><br />VAST<br /><br />VAST is an American industrial rock band based in Austin, Texas. The acronym VAST stands for Visual Audio Sensory Theater and is the main creation of singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jon Crosby.<br /><br />Crosby's musical endeavors began at a young age of 13, where he was noted in Guitar Player Magazine as a promising guitarist of the future. He often recorded home demos with nothing more than a guitar and a drum machine, sometimes a bass player with him as well.<br /><br />VAST has six studio albums.<br /><br />Dead Angels -  ]]></media:text>

But there is another side to the scary, a side that uses less color, less shock value effects, and imagination and subtlety ro produce a chilling image.<br /><br />Things such as ghosts, forests, graveyards, abandoned houses - all of these can be used as fitting and suitable models for a very spooky scene. She's insane but it really does a household good to have a young cat in it, I think. She's brought an element of insanity that has been lacking, as kittens are crazy.         <media:text type="html"><![CDATA[ What with all the buzz about concerning CV's updating their guidelines, and a bunch of other informative journals concerning them, I realized...I've never really gone over my personal preference for daily deviation suggestions, nor have I really outlined my guidelines. I guess now is as good a time as any, right?<br /><br />For the most part, it's really easy to suggest to me, I like to think. I try to respond to most notes that I receive, and when I don't I encourage you to resend, though spamming me doesn't get anybody anywhere! Insert violent sinus destruction here.<br /><br />I realized it's been a month since my last update, which was an impersonal Round Up journal, so I thought I'd say a few things.<br /><br />1) Chinese Noodle + chocolate cookies are amazing. If you've never had one, go find one, and eat it now.<br /><br />2) Farmer's Market's have the best jam. Seriously.
