well, well, well, three holes in the ground and i've found another brilliant fandom thanks to my best friend

!!!! =MichisAngel

and have now fallen TMD for David Tennant, the 10th doctor.. as well as the doctor/rose pairing... because even I must admit that there comes a time in one's life where canon must seep into your rain and provide you with so many better scenarios.. because there is more material to work with anywaY!!!!

so. yeah.

and I have also admitted to my massive crush on Richard Hammond, which leads to a startling discovery of my liking of Rod Stewart... and it somehow snowballs from there until i wind up in a massive ball of confusion and a heartbreak the size of a small European country.

Oh, yeah. that last probably won't make much sense to most, but it's my brain and it dosn't make much sense to me half the time either... and i am far too scared to fire it in case i can't find a replacemement befor the next block testing comes around.

My cosplay vest just needs the buttons to be sewn on, and the top lining to be hand stitched... and the skirt only needs a waistband, zip and hem... so a great amount of progress has been made on this front.

ALSO I bought my Formal Dress and It's sooooooo beautiful!!!

now all i need is for some strapping young lad to whisk me off my feet and accompany me on his noble steed *AHEM*

ok, so I've woken up and realised that that's not going to happen...

and that's all for now

I have in fact been very devious of late, however amongst a hectic working schedule, countless hours on the phone with my girlfriend and the small amount of sleep that I've been getting -- there seems to be very little time to upload anything.

Today is a day of greatness, for I have decided to delve into yet another art-form.... The art of COSPLAY

Along with my crafty buddeh, =MichisAngel, we visited Spotlight and purchased everything we need to make the costumes for Brisbane's Supanova in 2008.

i learned many things, and noticed that people tend to miss the most obvious things when they don't expect them...

Also saw more people try and pick up the ten cent piece we glued to the ground last week

funny stuff.

Got offered a job today... think i'm gonna take it... so i can get some money, as funds seem to be running low.

i found out that i now have had 100 pageviews, something i never thought would happen

and also, I'm now feeling very content and have a bit more of an achievable goal for the next part of my life

I'm beginning to write my first tokio hotel fic for the FQF... but it's not due until september 1. Lucky, because I havn't got a beta reader yet...

I wanted to ask the plot-bunny-ist to... but i'll have to write it first.

I'm doing the 20th list option ~ Carnival in Venice, Bill and all the others are dressing up in these typical costumes. Tom is very intrigued by this mysterious woman. He then invites this woman back to his hotel room to find out that it's actually ???? under this costume (submitted by annie4th)

So now, it looks like a female headÂ and nothing like the original, inspired by a conversation I had with my father while looking for rope to take on the aforementioned camp.

Since IÂve been home though, I have begun another deviation based on Keira Knightly

but I accidentally made her hair and skin tone too similar and the style makes it hard to discern where her face ends and her hair begins

So i scrapped that and began on a different picture

I also have some super-mega-awesome ideas for a *Commentary Voice* AKI HAKALA deviationÂ. Speaking of who, I met a guy last night who looked so much like dear little Aki, back in the days when he had the spiky black hair and glasses, butÂ without the glassesÂ. T_T

Not to mention! I havenÂt even seen what aki looks like at the momentÂ I guess his girlfriend will be having the baby soon, if she hasnÂt alreadyÂ IÂm so behind!!! And heading over to check it out right nowÂ.

I better get back to working in a minute, IÂve been so busy today

but the important thing is IÂve completed about a quarter of the BSBADM307A unit Â only 2 and 3 quarters of my certificate left to go!!!

By September this year youÂll be looking at the girl with a Certificate III in Business Administration

the more i think about it, the more I wonder what I'm going to do on v-day? only 9 or so days...

In Japan, it is only the women who give presents (mainly chocolates) to men. Japanese women are usually too shy to express their love. (Though it might not be true nowadays.) Therefore, Valentine's Day was thought to be a great opportunity to let women express their feelings. However, this is a custom that smart chocolate companies spread to boost their sales, and it has been very successful. Now the chocolate companies in Japan sell more than half of their annual sales during the week before Valentine's Day. Men are supposed to return gifts to women on a day called "White Day" (March 14th), a Japanese creation.

However, there is a catch.... so don't get too excited when you get chocolates from Japanese girls! They might be "Giri-choko (obligation chocolate)." Women give chocolates not only to their loved ones ("A true love" chocolate is called "Honmei-choko.") "Giri-choko" is the chocolate given to men such as bosses, colleagues or male friends that women have no romantic interest in, just for friendship or gratitude. The concept of "giri" is very Japanese. It is a mutual obligation that the Japanese follow when dealing with other people. If someone does you a favor, then you feel obligated to do something for that person.

I really wish I could dance like that little blue guy, but I think I'l just have to settle for the ridiculous hopping around and waving my arms, like I am used to... ^^*

This, my friends is the first of what i assure you to be many journal entries to come. I really like the way a spell check thing comes up here... but I think that may just be my browser, I've noticed it recently... well, i guess... ever since I switched to Firefox? I wonder if that's it... oh well, I like it ^^!

The internet train has lead me to everything from Myspace to making my own website and has finally spat me off at deviantART with no road map and a killer sense of curiosity. I've been looking around and have found that there is so much beautiful artwork here. I really wish I could paint/draw like so many other people, but I guess it all comes with a whole heap of practice, and probably has something to do with owning the right tools ^^.

I get by with the free stuff. I have to re-load the Gimp onto my laptop, or maybe even see if there is a new version. I think I still have version 12pointsomething. It's not too bad, It's somewhat like the cheap person's Photoshop. I didn't even download my copy, I got it free in a Harvey Norman Show bag 6 years ago O_o. So, shoot me. I also got a copy of XaraX from the same source (as well as about a bagazillion other programs and games) hehe.

I guess, as soon as I work out how to use it, I'll show you. So far I can only do lines? I'm sure it should do more than that...

So, I guess that's it for my first entry. Bye for now, but I'll be back...
