Well it's been a long time since I updated this journal. I've moved cross-country to New Hampshire and I've been (surprisingly enough) enjoying the cold weather and snow. School is really tough and teachers really pile it on to you here. I also turned 15 about a week ago so I'm looking forward to the summer when I can DRIVE.

Last night I also got two pet fancy rats. I named them Benvolio and Damien. They are so adorable! They're still a little nervous and shy and all they've really done so far is sleep. I even held Benvolio and pet him until he went to sleep last night. It was so cute. I will probably be uploading a lot of pictures of them in the future.

Anyways, two more weeks until school starts... I've been homeschooled for around 4 years and I'm going back to public school. For highschool. Gah. -headdesk- I've signed up to join the Photography club/class, so I hope there is still hope that I can get in. My mom sent in my school registration late... So I've almost lost hope that I will be able to get into the photography class. Oh well, if that's the case I still have my camera!

It was a really awesome day until we meant someone who was... Shall we say... Completely against Barack Obama as president? It made me feel horrible, and this guy's remarks totally almost ruined my day. I tried to forget what he said, but his words just stuck in my mind and have dragged me down pretty much all day. It was really frustrating because I was finally in a good mood, and some guy that we don't even know has to come along and ruin it. Oh well.

Tomorrow I have guitar class and I'm not really looking forward to it. Last week I got a really bad cut on one of the fingers I use to pluck the strings, and it's going to be so painful tomorrow. Maybe I should use my electric guitar so it sounds louder even when I am plucking softly.

Yesterday my mom and I went to Target and I got some black hair dye. It's so stupid because I'm nearly 14 and I have never dyed my hair before, and of course the color I want is a major change from what I have now (very dark blond). Hopefully my mom can help me dye it before Wednesday, when I have a party type thing to go to.

Oh well. I know no one really reads my journals, but at least I am keeping track of things that happen. Hopefully soon I'll be uploading more stuff to my dA. I'm also writing a new story so if I am brave enough I might post that as well.

This week I have got so much school to do it's unbelievable... I'm reading "The Hobbit" and I have around 10 study questions per chapter. What fun is Mr. Bilbo if I have to keep answering all these questions? ;-; It's like I'm writing the whole book in my words. I suppose I should just learn to answer a question in one sentence and not a whole bunch of paragraphs. But I always HAVE to make sure someone understands what I am trying to say.

Anyway. What else is there. I had a math test today, which sucked. I think I did okay on it, but I had such a bad headache but there is always the possibility my step-dad will walk in my room with a big fat 'D' on the front page. Ah well. I will move on.
