Do they really believe the purpose of college will be to exhaust us body and mind, and drain us of all our human energy until we are too tired to even want to kill ourselves?

I think "college prep" is more like prepping for hell.

I don't like personal statement essays. They require personal exploration. I can't recall anything before 6th grade.

OKAY. My best friend just gave me the greatest news of my summer so far. There's a movie shooting in my town, using the local high school for the set of "Easy A," which is apparently similar to "Juno" and comes out next year.

Cam Gigandet is one of the best younger actors in the world, as good as James McAvoy or James Marsden. He is my personal favorite...he was in "Twilight," "Never Back Down," and The OC.

And he is in "Easy A."

THERE'S A CHANCE I COULD SEE HIM IN MY TOWN.

Found in a Manhatten apartment, with sleeping pills nearby, though it is not known yet whether an overdose was the cause of death. Apparently he wasn't sleeping well however due to stress from his role as the Joker in the upcoming Batman sequel, the Dark Knight. Heath had a 2 year old daughter named Matilda, whose mother was Michelle Williams, his Brokeback Mountain co-star.


He will be sorely missed.

I have noticed that whenever someone dares to post a fanart or statement involving the idea that they are a Jake Black fan, SOMEone always comes down on them, saying they have no right to post Jake fanart or anything to do with liking Jake. I'm NOT saying everyone; I know several of you who like Jake as much as I do. And SO many people who are POLITE about saying they don't like him. But seriously-there is not need to say someone can't support Jake. Liking Jake doesn't mean a person opposes Bella/Edward. Just b/c you don't like a character doesn't mean no one can.

Sorry. Had to get that off my chest.

And as a side note-- the reason the characters in some of my work appear so pale is b/c I colored their skin tones in very lightly. So it doesn't really show. But they are fully colored lol.
