I haven't actually done much over summer to be honest with you, just working and doing the usual...my holiday isn't until november anyway but that's not the point.

I'm learning to paint using watercolours with my little brother, will TRY to do some sketching (non-manga, will be very difficult for me I think) and I'm attempting to teach myself japanese. so even though I'm not in college I'm trying to "broaden my horizons" as they say. so Your support, advice and constructive critism will be most welcome .

I'm back at long last after a terrible time where I became computerless... don't get me wrong I can live without a pc but I can't exactly post anything without it.

so during this painful time I occupied my life with the standard things my life usualy consists of. reading (about 9 books nearly 10), drawing (so much my hand hurts), music (involuntarily, my housemates have a thing for playing loud bass music at 1am) and the evil that is working in retail.

so let the trumpets play and let the evil cupcakes eat the ground beneath our feet in celebration!!

this year ive got my art style and lineart sorted next year my aim is to inprove my colouring. so in the spirit of this new years i have ordered some letraset markers and im determined to use them well.

i also wanna do alot more cosplaying this year (it's so much fun and the kiddies love it) they have great ideas too. we wanna do a KH's one at night were gonna get brad as sora and the littler ones as heartless then attatch a torch to a papermache keyblade.the phots are gonna rawk wen we do it.sophie wants me and her to do sasuke and itachi lol...(check my gallery and ull see

so for xmas i got the kids naruto ninja head bands (one of which i kept hi-jacking...ive oreded my own tho so ill give it back haha!, brad got roy mustangs gloves and taylor got orihimes hairpins.

gender swapped will be up tomoro (am doing it now lol) as i moved and have just dug my art stuff out of the boxes.

next week is the tokyopop re-con and i cant wait( wish me luck in the art contest people) i will be there as yuki cross from vampire knight (a very dodgy one i might add i did the costume myself so ...um yeah)
my brother is going as edward elric and im putting the finishing touches to it after ive done gender swapped.
my sister will be coming just for the heck of it (she has nothing better to do she says)
and my bros friends emily will be there but i dont know who shes going as yet (will speak to her tomoro)

I have been coming home tired but i cant sleep so i draw random stuff...okay not entirely random i've been working on gender swapped no 16 but cant seem to get it quite right (maybe thats why i cant sleep hehe). i also had an idea and started my own comic thingy (i havent straightened out the rest of the plot line but page 1 is done).
