I CAN FINALLY DECLARE MYSELF AS AN ART MAJOR!!!
Not just 10 minutes ago, I peered out the window to see my mail man stuff this big manilla envelope into my mailbox that made me think--Ohmygosh...it's my portfolioooo! So I ran out to the driveway, dodged this large ass frog that was on the sidewalk, ran back in, grabbed my scissors and cut away the beautiful taping job of the envelope.

"Your portfolio was reviewed, and the faculty accepted you for admission to the School of Art and Art History art program."

EEP!

And Jimmy, I officially declare you as the second person to know about these exciting news, like I promised!

Nothing can ruin this day.
...except the fact that I have this World Regional Geography exam tomorrow that I need to get to studying for...STILL A GOOD DAY!!!

The art program at my college needs to hurry it up. Can't they tell that waiting for a "I hate your art, you suck" or a "Ohmygosh we accept you" is really stressful? I sent them my portfolio two weeks ago...please hurry so I can sleep better at night!

Okay have any of you guys ever shopped or sold clothes at Plato's Closet? They are the world's most unprofessional group of workers I have ever seen. I went there a few weeks ago to sell my clothes. When my clothes were done being checked, I walked up to the front desk and these group of overly preppy, sleezy eye makeup inducer, obnoxious employees were just yapping to each other, not paying a single attention to the customers in need! Finally, they noticed me and just stared at me for 7 seconds with a "Wtf do YOU want?" Not a "Hi, how may I help you" but a stare that made me want to throw my cheap, $2 flip flops right through their faces. If you guys ever shopped there before, let me know about your experiences. I want to know if all Plato's Closet stores are like this.

Ok so it's been well over a year since I've made a new journal. I'm sure not many people are going to read this because I've been SOOO inactive here on DA. Well...I present to you...a few updates of me!!!

**I started college in August! It's UH-MAZING compared to high school.

**I'm debating whether or not to wipe out most of my art and start over fresh. I have some new art up my sleeve and they all make the stuff I have in my gallery now look CRAPPY.

**I am undecided on a major!! If I had the choice, I would've gone to an art college but it's so far away and inconvinient from where I live. But! The college I currently attend offers a degree in Art Studio that I want to go for! Then later on, I'll want to get an associates in Graphic Designing.

**I guess that's it!

Oh and before I go, tagged me MONTHS ago so I guess I shall fulfill it now. So...here goes...

My effin' computer just EFFIN' locked up so I lost a good bit of the progress of this art I was photoshopping today. I ALMOST posted up new art today but, it ain't gonna happen now. I'd have to start OVER and.........

**6 WEIRD STUFF ABOUT ME**

1.) I HATE mannequins. Just standing next to one kinda freaks me out a bit. They give you that sense that something "real" is right next to you.

2.) The sound of someone scratching a seat belt with really long nails is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me.

3.) I LOVE the smell of a furniture store. Always has, always will.

4.) I didn't learn how to ride a bike until the 4th grade.

5.) Hostess didn't stop offering me a kiddie's menu until I was 13-14ish. I look pretty young for my age. ><

6.) When I'm bored lying in my bed, I begin picking out shapes in the little grain up on the ceiling. (once I found Homer Simpson but that was so long ago so I don't remember which room it was.)

OMG. I'm experiencing THE worst art block ever. Everything I draw looks sooo crappy! But I guess it's because I've been so busy with school. I've learned quickly that being a junior is harder than it looks! Anyone who can give me some advice on how to get my groove back, I'd appreciate it sooo much. Cuz this is the worst case yet. So. Help a sister out!

Well my 17th birthday's just passed this week on the 9th and I've been really thinking. I have no idea what I want to do anymore with my life. I mean, I've got one more year left of highschool to think but nothing's coming to me! I want to be a graphic designer or an animator but...I'm just not sure. Growing up sucks. The only good thing about finally being 17 is three words: R-RATED-MOVIES!! Well ok, one letter and two words but you get my point. I can now see 'em without being accompanied by an adult!



In other words, I've gotten some stuff drawn but my scanner's been on drugs so we're trying to fix that. PROMISE!!

Anyways but speaking of changes, does anyone watch the Disney channel? Occasionally I watch it and I've always wondered...why did they change the look to American Dragon?? Omg it looks sooo retarded now. Haha I know I know it's been changed about a full month ago but--WHY?? I LOVED the old style. Especially his old dragon form. AH! Now he looks...just...gay. ><

Oh yeeeah and on top of that. I frikkin HATE the show "The Emperor's New School". OMFG that show annoys the hell out of me. Kuzco always sounds soooooooooooooooooooooo whiney!!!!!! I liked the movie but...they had to kill it with the show!! It's like in every successful disney movies with direct-to-video sequels. The sequels usually suck. It's like the Lion King 2 AND Balto Wolf Quest.

Iightie...I'm done ranting. I just wanted to update my journal. And trades are definitely coming soon, TRUST ME!! It's just that now that I've started school again, I've got lots on my hands.
